The location was perfect, entering into ocean city and convenient to pretty much everything. The hotel was decor was great to look at. The hotel was cleaned and maintained well. The staff was super friendly. Kelsey at the front desk was delightful and made the check in process a breeze. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I do wish the shower was bit hotter and pressure was better but it was okay. The bar staff was the absolute best part of my stay. The bartenders Stacey and Shy were beyond great. They were personable and knowledge with the drinks and food. And made they made you so comfortable that you really didn't want to leave. N/A

The lobby area is so inviting grab coffee sit in front of fireplace with big screen. The bar is lively s a lil the extra this hotel gives is awesome. Clean rooms big space rooms the care and understanding to allow are fur family members to be with us and enjoy all the fun is a wonderful experience not enough words or space to say all I want . Again wonderful amazing staff oh the breakfast and the lady doing it perfect ❤️ I love it

- Chloe (5/5): Way overpriced, dirty room. - Not much They had to change our room because of the people in the room beside me. They were smoking weed in the room which it is a non-smoking room. So when we moved rooms from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor the view went away and no one wanted to discount me for that. I wasn’t told that it would cost $15.00 per day to park there. That was just charged to my card and then they told me $40.00 for incidentals and charged my card $50.00! The kitchenette was disgustingly dirty. This is the second time I stayed there and I will not be going back!

- Brandie (9/5): My overall stay was excellent.. i had a great view from my room...10 out of 10 - The location was great.. i wasnt able to eat the breakfast due to having a chronic illness. But the presentation looked great. Kelsey at the front desk was warm and welcoming. Always had a smile. Stacy who worked at the bar was so fun and energetic..her personality was also warm and welcoming... overall i love this hotel and i will return again. The only thing i didnt like was the sofa in my room... i felt that could have been a little bit more comfortable..

The hotel is conveniently located by the Marica, few blocks from the beach and 4 minutes from the convention center. The hotel is very welcoming, clean and the staff is very friendly. Breakfast has many options, food is fresh and tasty. Parking is self-parking and lots of spaces around the hotel. The hotel has a bar available with food options as well for dinner. We had a beautiful studio suite with two queen beds to include a nice living area, full kitchen except no oven but everything you need is there. Again great hotel and amazing staff!

Quiet, safe, and perfect for those seeking privacy and an environment free of crowds, with a beautiful and peaceful bay view. The breakfast is delicious. Perfect for families.

Full size fridge, dishwasher and cook top was nice. Large room with comfortable beds. Amazing view. Indoor pool is very small and not heated enough.

The property itself was extremely clean and very well maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the remarkable hospitality of the staff. During my stay, I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, Keith Whisenant, and it quickly became clear that the outstanding atmosphere at this hotel begins with his leadership. Keith demonstrates a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction, and that philosophy is clearly reflected throughout the entire team. Every staff member I encountered was welcoming, attentive, and professional, which speaks volumes about the culture he has created. Experiences like this are exactly why the Marriott brand continues to earn such strong loyalty from its guests. I was staying at the hotel because of an unfortunate situation, but thanks to Keith and his staff, what could have been a stressful time was turned into a genuinely positive and memorable experience. As a Marriott Bonvoy member since 1989, I have experienced many Marriott properties over the years, and this Residence Inn truly stands out. Because of this experience, I will absolutely return whenever I need accommodations in Ocean City, and I will enthusiastically recommend this property to friends, family, and everyone in my circle. Marriott is fortunate to have leaders like Keith Whisenant representing the brand. His professionalism, attention to guests, and the culture he has built among his staff make this Residence Inn a truly standout property.

- Pam (8/5): - Being able to get adjoined rooms at a last minute. Due to a blizzard in our area we lost electricity. When the roads were cleared the 2nd day we verified the hotel had electricity and booked 2 rooms. We were so happy to have a warm place, hot showers, and the ability to watch TV. The beds were a little hard, but the pillows were wonderful.

- JB Ike (10/5): Very comfortable and spacious - Location was perfect and the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. We were able to bring our dog which was very nice. I think there is an opportunity for added security by requiring a room key to access the floors beyond the front desk with a room key - especially from the ground floor. Our room could have used a bit more lighting on the dresser/closet side of the bedroom. We had to use a flashlight to see clothing in the drawers.
