• blanco00 (2/5): Terrible Experience in a Marriott hotel no Maintenance and bad smell and service - I do not think 1 is achieved, it was terrible, no Maintenance is just viewed, at arrival one of the rooms has no hot Water so we need to wait … then the view in general look Old and bad Maintenance, in other room the soap container just fall Down … next night we just arrived and the rest room was not functioning we complainted and asked to Change the room for a problem they generated, the New room was also very bad smell like drainage …. Really terrible for a hotel of this Category …

Location is good - many restaurants nearby, staff is friendly, but the hotel is warm out by now, the room and the bathroom not clean. Expected more of Marriott, to be honest. They should do a better job in keeping up with the brand.

• Albert0913 (10/5): With over 90+ marriott nights a year this is one of our favorite properties. - We visit this property frequently and the service is always great, housekeeping does an amazing job at keeping the property clean. For the past year and a half we have had the pleasure of having breakfast with the amazing service provided by Maria, Juan and the captain and they have made us feel welcomed and at home but this Saturday the wait-staff was completely different and the service fell short of the usual experience to the point of my wife saying that if Maria and Juan are gone it would be hard for us to come back thankfully we did get to see Maria on sunday morning and the whole thing changed. Thank you Maria for always remembering us and for providing a top notch service our kids always remember you and you are the reason why we keep coming back.

• Tiger (4/5): - The room was sticky all over the place. There was gooey, sticky stuff on the night stand and the desk. There was hair on the beds and in the restroom. The restroom had a bad smell of sewage and mildew. Parking: the hotel has maybe 20 parking spaces. With the nightlife all around, we had to park in public parking garage over 2 blocks away after fighting the horrendous traffic for 15 min looking for a place to park. The street at the front door is closed and one way. So you must drive the wrong way to access the front door. All in all, a bad experience from arrival to the room itself which was not cleaned properly.

• Nizarali (10/5): Great hotel close to everything - Great place and close to everything. Enjoyed it immensely. Saw the reviews about service, Check in and rooms. Based on them we almost didnt stay. But we chose to come here anyway. AND so glad we did. Great hotel, feint desk was extremely friendly and checked us in, made restaurant recommendations. Then in the morning went to breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and great service and food also. Same here the waitress made recommendations off the menu amd truly enjoyed it. Will definitely return later this week for our return flight back. The only recommendation i would have is please have more firmer pillows(my preference) but othe then that awesome experience.

We wanted to come back and stay there again, called and they hung up on us several times, so we just ended up staying at the Ramada across the street with a better rate and breakfast included!

At 2/3 pm they sent someone to fix the room at 10 pm, the handyman finished at 12:40 am at midnight not allowing us to get rest . We informed front desk and they did a darn thing about it they kept saying the manager was out. Why not swap our room?! Or offer a refund for one night ?
• DanSeattleWA (8/5): A nice play to stay in Chihuahua - This was a very nice hotel, nice comfortable rooms and a nice restaurant for breakfast in the morning. Some of my coworkers had problems- a/c did not work or hot water did not work, and they were moved to other rooms. Mine was fine though. The area around the hotel has a vibrant nightlife.

There was a single employee at check in. Took almost 30 minutes to check me in despite having only 1 person ahead of me. Bathroom showers was dirty with stains and hairs. There were 2 clean towels in the bathroom (for 3 guests staying in the room). I asked for another 4 towels and was asked to turn in the other two. Great location with lots of food and nightlife within minutes.

I especially likes the bathroom which had a small space that communicated with the shower so you would never run out of shampoo and were able to quickly get anything you needed without having to get out.

• Regina_phalange0 (10/5): Great quick stay!! - Wonderful staff, clean, very modern rooms, great showers with good water pressure (which is always a must for me), comfortable and not hard mattresses which I seem to normally come across in Mexico, so I was surprised to see softer mattresses here. This hotel is in a wonderful spot in chihuahua, lots to do around and walk to. Breakfast buffet was great, and staff is very friendly. My trip was very quick so didn’t spend more than one night but would definitely stay there again.
