• Kaya (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen - Wir hatten einmal eine Suite und ein Doppelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sauber und bequem. Das Personal hat jegliche Zusatzwünsche direkt erfüllt und war sehr freundlich. Besonders toll sind die sehr großzügigen Zeiten des Spa-Bereiches! Hervorragendes Frühstück! Am Abreisetag waren wir noch im Moriki Sushi essen. Auch hier alles top - Ein insgesamt sehr gelungener Aufenthalt! Die Preise der Minibar empfanden wir überzogen.

• Helmut (5/5): Nichts für ältere Menschen - Die gesamte Hotelausstattung war sehr gut und ansprechend, auch der sehr schöne Außenbereich und die Rooftop-Bar. Am 1. Abend fand leider direkt unter unserem Zimmer eine Feier statt mit sehr lauter Musik. Durch die stundenlange Beschallung und die tiefen Bässe konnten wir nicht an Schlaf denken, meine Frau litt irgendwann später unter Herzrasen. Anrufe bei der Rezeption wurden nicht beantwortet, ich ging später direkt zur Rezeption, um nur die Auskunft zu erhalten, da könne man nichts machen. Nicht sehr kompetent von der Rezeption, auch bei der Zimmerbelegung hätte man vielleicht dieses Zimmer und benachbarte an die Feiernden vergeben sollen, oder gar nicht belegen. Jedenfalls ist das ein Hotel in Baden-Baden, das für ältere Menschen wenig geeignet zu sein scheint.

Für einen Besuch des Festspielhauses perfekte Lage - zur Erkundung der Altstadt müssen ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußmarsch eingeplant werden.

The staff told me that I had to make the additional reservation through the website or Booking.com, and they did not assist me with this. During my stay, no one informed me that breakfast was not included for the extra day—neither the reception staff nor the hotel restaurant.
