• Owen (8/5): Convenient location for visiting different parts in CSRA; super friendly staff! - We stayed around Christmas holidays and there were a lot of families in the hotel. The area is a little run down near the hotel now but the crowd in the hotel was great and the staff really friendly! This place isn't spectacular but still serves as a nice family and business hotel.

Our door to our room was not fully closed when we arrived and that’s because there was something wrong with the hinges . We were able to shut it completely and lock it . I didn’t report it until we checked out be sure we were busy and since we were able to shut and lock it but it was in need of repair .

The area we stayed in was very busy, but everything at this Hampton Inn was great. One of our rooms had a strong smell of bleach but, the young lady at the desk was willing to move us.

• Ann (1/5): Terrible. Will not stay there again. Worst Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. - The room smelled like urine from the moment we walked in. Our dog does his business outside. If we have to pay an additional $75 to have our dog there, we want a clean room. The urine smell was so bad it made it difficult to sleep. Also they would not give us a room on the first floor which made everything more difficult. The staff was rude.

It was not safe to walk off property. My room was clean, although there was left over food in the mini fridge. I simply threw it away and cleaned the fridge. But fire pit and pool was nice.
