Guest Reviews
- Lydia (10/5): - Clean and I love the fact that it is comfortable
- Lydia (8/5): Good place - Everything was good the only thing was the fridge didn’t work. Other than that everything was good. Clean, comfortable, need more outlets and upgrade for charger for cell phones.
- Lloyd (6/5): - Shower structure is unsafe. Slippery.
No USB ports to recharge electronics.
- Arnulfo (10/5): - PERSONNEL
- Brandy (10/5): - not bad for the price
- Angelica (10/5): - Great stay no complaints
- Arnulfo (10/5): - Location
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap motel - This is a low budget motel. My stay was during the solar eclipse when other hotels were either sold out or their prices were in the $400+ range.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom had black mold on the shower caulking. The shower fixtures were very worn. The in room coffee maker did not have decaf coffee and the manager said they don't provide that. There wasn't any kleenex tissue in the room.
My stay was OK, but on a normal day I would not pick this motel.
- Andrew (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are basic but clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is amazingly quiet.
- Darlene Sue (6/5): - The over all stay was okay. The only thing that really got me was that the air conditioner and heater unit was not working at all and the temperatures were cold at night. The gentleman at the front desk brought me a portable space heater to keep me warm. I just didn't like that the window unit was not working at all. Not good.
- Joseph (8/5): - It was peaceful and the rooms were clean plus the staff was good people
- Javier (8/5): My stay - It was okay. Wouldn't mind staying there again. Reasonable price too
- Nyria (2/5): Dirty - They need to make it more inviting. If you have a family of 4 sleeping and there was only 2 big towels to dry yourself.. Needs to be more cleaner... Not happy with my stay..
- Verified traveler (8/5): One night in Carrizo - Just needed a place for the night. Room was nice air worked, hot water, clean towels, cable TV, I'll be back. Been here before will be back again
- Verified traveler (6/5): Not much of anything. - Meh...overpriced for nothing. A room, and a couple of towels. Wifi was too confusing...how about a simple password? No breakfast, one coffee packet, two towels...leaning on the cheap side. I suggest passing on through if Carrizo isn't your destination.
- Ezequiel (6/5): Casino trip - It was a day trip for pleasure. My fiancé and I. The room was clean and comfortable. No frills.
- Abel (10/5): Till next time - 2nd time around and will be back
- Eloisa (4/5): Truly disappointed... - Bathroom needs a good deep clean. Windows are super thin and could hear the cars passing all day and all night. Management walked into our room without knocking while we were laying im bed. TV did not work. Very unsatisfied for the price we paid and no discount was offered. Will definitely not return and will make sure to tell all of our friends and family.
- MIC (6/5): - The hotel was fine. Nothing fancy but it was clean, quite air conditioner, friendly staff, and location is very convenient to downtown. Good price.
- Hector (2/5): Poor service - The TV cable didn’t work. We called the front seat and the owners came over and did fix it only after a 10-15 min trial and error. The next morning the cleaning man walked into our room without knocking and we were super upset: we had the Rio for 2 nights and it seemed they were eager to push us out since we got the room at a discounted rate through motels.com and it seemed they wanted to rent to oil field employees who pay full price of over $300 a night.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room was nice and clean and the gentleman who attended me was very nice. Very kind people there. I would definitely stay there again. No problems at check-in or with the room.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Small town - Room was small but clean, supposed to be a non smoking room but it smelled, but manager sprayed it and it was better. Floor was tile. Ok for one night stay.
- Robbin (10/5): Hr - Good
