- Thomas (7/5): Sehr angenehmes Hotel, bis auf die Negativpunkte, bei denen ich wohl etwas Pech hatte. - Zimmerausstattung und Design sehr schön und sehr sauber. Frühstück und Frühstücksraum sehr gut. Parken in Tiefgarage problemlos, aber recht teuer. Fußläufig sind in 5-7 Minuten schöne Lokale in Pempelfort erreichbar. Leider habe ich trotz früher Buchung ein Zimmer mit zwei Sngle-Betten bekommen. Zimmer zur Strasse sehr laut, wenn man das Fenster schräg stellt. Toilettendeckel nicht mehr ganz 'frisch' - sehr negativ. Wasserflasche war nicht versiegelt, offensichtlich schon einmal benutzt, Batterien der Fernbedienung waren leer.

- Osama Ammar (10/5): Mooi - Het betreft een net hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel. Het ligt op ongeveer 10 à 15 minuten lopen van het mooie centrum van Düsseldorf. Als we nog eens naar Düsseldorf komen, kiezen we zeker opnieuw voor dit hotel. Het ontbijt kan verbeterd worden, met name het tijdig aanvullen bij laat ontbijten. Tijdens ons bezoek was het brood bijvoorbeeld al op en werd dit niet aangevuld. Hierdoor was de keuze wat beperkt.

The price of parking, though pretty average for a city hotel, adds €21 a night to the cost of the room. Just something to keep in mind.

Enige tip is dat de ramen verder open kunnen of beter lucht ventilatie. - De ligging, schone kamers, aardig personeel Dat het raam bijna niet open kan, en het luchtfilter/airco systeem was te benauwend voor mij. Teveel eigen co2 in de kamer waardoor ik slecht sliep

- Mart (10/5): Weekend on an exhibition - Nicely designed, clean rooms. Good bed and no street noise in the room. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good breakfast selection. The hotel is a little further than a short walk from the Messe Düsseldorf and city center, but the hotel restaurant offers a good dinner.

- Christina (8/5): - Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist super. Das Frühstück passt und das Zimmer insgesamt gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad war schon ein wenig abgenutzt, der Teppich war nicht ausreichend gesaugt, die Vorhänge und die Nachttischlampen waren mit Flecken versehen. Das hat das Wohlfühlen ein wenig eingeschränkt. Überteuerter Parkplatz.

- Serdar Ateş (9/5): Aile için uygun, güler yüzlü personeli olan bir otel. - Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Oda genişlik açısından gayet yeterliydi ve aile ile konaklamak için uygun bir yerdi. Oda genel olarak iyiydi ancak biraz bakımsızdı. Bazı lambalar yanıp sönüyordu, çalışma masasındaki lamba ise çalışmıyordu. Tuvalet kapısı sürgülü olduğu için yerinden çıkabiliyor, bu konuda dikkatli olmak gerekiyor. Tuvalet otomatik sistemli fakat düzgün çalışmıyordu. Bunların tamamı küçük kusurlar; giderilseydi konaklama çok daha iyi olabilirdi.
