While breakfast is cooked to order from 8-10, coffee cups were not accessible prior, which was a real bummer for us early birds. Breakfast was ok, we didn’t really interact with the staff. Maybe we came on a frustrating morning, our experience didn’t align with most reviews. Clean home.

We loved the breakfast because we were able to order off of a menu. Eggs, waffles, avocado toast, fruit etc.

Unknown rubber object under bed. Glass shelf directly over bathroom sink positioned too close. Struck head on shelf while using sink. Good location - close to track and short walk to downtown. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.
- Thomas (10/5): Exceeded Expectations! - My stay at the Brunswick B and B was everything I expected and more. The attention to detail and overall room accommodations were outstanding. Room 3 had a sitting area overlooking Union Avenue and made my mornings that much brighter as I had my coffee. The breakfast on both days were made to order and were excellent. Daniel, the host, was also available for any questions I had. I would recommend this establishment to my family and friends.

Breakfast was fine, but they would bebnefit from better inventory management. Investing in new towels, sheets, toiletries would give it an upgrade.
- Leslie (6/5): Nice Place but No Customer Service - The place was lovely, breakfast was made to order with a number of choices, bed was comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. The only negative was the absolute lack of customer service. I had an issue with the lock on my door as soon as I arrived. Called twice, both times was told someone would get back to me. Sent two texts, no response. Never, ever heard from anyone, even after speaking to the woman serving breakfast. I was there for two nights, plenty of time to respond. Absolutely unacceptable to not receive a response of any kind.
- Leslie (6/5): Nice place...as long as you dont need service. - Property was lovely, room and breakfast area were were very clean. There were a lot of breakfast options. The only thing that would stop me from staying here again is the complete lack of any customer service. Weeks before my reservation, I called to add a night to my stay (no way to do it online). Left a message, no one ever got back to me so I eneded up just making a second reservation. That sould have been my warning sign. I arrived at the B&B at 7:05 pm. No issues getting in, room was ready and lovely. Half an hour later I went to leave to meet a friend for dinner. Locked the room door with the key given, but could not get the key out of the lock. Tried numerous times but was afraid it was going to break off in the lock. Called the number given for customer service. Gentleman said he wasnt n the property but

- Robert (8/5): Generally Disappointed - A well located propert. On the positive side, the serves breakfast was excellent and the service was cordial, but overall, there are several deficiencies. The exterior, including the porch and its furniture aren’t well kept and the parking arrangements are inadequate and cramped. The suggested alternative is on an insecure, busy main street. Our room, #3, was small and cramped for two people with luggage. The television remote was incomprehensible. A table lamp was missing a bulb and neither of us could get hot water in the shower. The owners need to address these and other issues before rhey deserve a rating above 8.

- Gerald (10/5): - TJ was awesome! He went above and beyond to accommodate us due to the cook not being available this weekend. We got upgraded from a very nice room at the Brunswick (our original reservation in Room 9), to the beautiful suite at their sister property, Union Gables, in the Henry suite. The room was immaculate, with a full working kitchen, bar area, king size bed, a fully working soaker tub, a gas fireplace, a dining table, TV, and working ceiling fans. The area itself has tons of charm, with many restaurant to choose from (and yes TJ recommended several great options) all within walking distance, as well as Congress Park, and the Saratoga State Park (we visited the Automobile Museum). If I ever need to stay in the area again I'll be back at either of these properties. Great experience.
- Guillaume (4/5): Terrible service - Clean and nice room The service is terrible. The portion of the breakfast are very small. I was supposed to received instruction to get to my room that I never received, I sent an email to the manager at 9pm and I never get an answer. When I call, it took a long time to have someone that could answer me, and they told me that there is no code on the door, but there is one. They told me that they cannot hold a bad securely for the day for me.
- Christina (4/5): - We were very disappointed that we were unable to stay at the Brunswick. Prior to our stay, we were emailed about breakfast not being served and asking us to select a room at Union Gables instead. We were told the room would be an upgrade - it was not - the bathroom was small, the shower was old and had spackle dried up on the shower handle; it was disappointing since we really were hoping to stay at the Brunswick. We did not realize until we got there that there would be no breakfast served at Union Gables as well. We were told by staff that they do not do breakfast during the off season - if were knew that we would have stayed at a hotel or another B&B that offers all its amenities even during the "off season". We have stayed at both Union Gables and The Brunswick before during the off season and never had such issues. Unfortunately, we will not return.

- Lorraine (8/5): - On out way to Saratoga we got a call asking if we would change locations from this one, Brunswick B&B, to Union Gable which was just down the block. The person speaking to us said it was an upgrade but the room seemed the same. Anyway the Gable was lovely and charming. The couple who worked the morning were helpful and friendly. My husband and I were a bit disappointed in the person who welcomed us. There are no 24/7 staff on hand and he told us to text him if we needed anything. At night we returned to our room about 9:00 and text him that the remote battery for the fireplace was dead. He never responded and our room got a bit chilly during the night. That aside, the place was lovely.
- Andrea (8/5): - I had to change the dates of my reservation last minute, and after reaching out directly to The Brunswick they were very accomodating and made the change. Breakfast was incredible and the variety of gluten-free options was a huge bonus! The staff was very pleasant. It was quiet and we felt safe. Parking was easy and it was just a short drive to the local shops and restaurants. These aren't deal breakers for us but may be for others: the king sized bed was two twin mattresses pushed together and not super comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was ok, but not great. The tv channel selection was terrible. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and were happy with the accommodations. No complaints to management! A great place to book if you aren't planning to spend a ton of time in the room.

Walkable to Saratoga race track and it was fun to watch the horses train on the morning.

There are surrounding spaces for neighboring businesses but I was nervous to park there in case my car got towed. Detailed parking direction should have been provided with check in information.

I also found the bed a little uncomfortable but I have back issues so it may have just been a bad back night for me in general. The whole place was clean and charming! It’s an old building w old building issues: creaky floors, hot water in our shower was only warm at best, window AC units in each room. But the charm and ambiance makes up for it. The price is excellent. There is also coffee 24/7, extra towels and water as needed. Very friendly staff. Fabulous breakfast - even offered avacado toast. I would return here on my next visit to Saratoga.
- Stephanie (10/5): - I had a wonderful time staying at the Brunswick. The room was cute, clean and comfortable. I chose room 7 and enjoyed the jacuzzi hot tub. My daughter was able to get ready for a prom that she was attending at the Hall of Springs and it was easy and hassle free to get there. The race track is right there too. We would stay there again if in the area. Definitely better than a hotel!

The manager (Matt) is very friendly and helpful although he works at both properties so you won’t see him much. Breakfast was fantastic and overall happy with our stay.

The properties in the area are stunning. our bed and breakfast was the best experience that we could have had. the shops were unique and fun to explore. we were there after Christmas, so the race track was closed, but we drove around the lakes and did some hiking. We had a fantastic time. our room was spacious; the breakfast was very good. our hosts were very friendly and accommodating. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We walked down to another bed and breakfast location for breakfast. We were again treated like royalty. This location was built in 1901. From the moment we walked in Chad our host took care of us. . Our breakfast was hot and delicious. After breakfast Chad took us on a tour of the house. Each bedroom was unique in design and decor. Chad was very informative about each room and it’s history. Can’t wait to come back next fall.

This threw a wrench in our plans to get to SPAC early for a concert. We were able to check in slightly early, but this was only after some back and forth with staff and couldn’t be guaranteed.

Breakfast was great as was the young lady working breakfast.

- Jeffrey (6/5): - Got call the morning before we arrived telling us we couldn’t be there till 4pm. Got reprimanded for smoking Outside on the porch. They said others turned me in because they didn’t like it. No one ever even came onto the porch, but the doorbell camera could see we were smoking and the manager didn’t like it as she watched on screen. In the morning I turned music on at around 7:30, not load that I thought but within seconds got text to turn it down. Breakfast was awesome, best part of the trip.

- Stefanie (8/5): - This is a fine and convenient place to stay on a pretty street between the Race Track and the town. It was mildly disappointing that for a B and B it had no special charm and the proprietors never greeted us -- only staff. The breakfast was good but, also, not generous. Nonetheless a comfortable, clean, pleasant place for Saratoga Springs.

- marjorie (10/5): - A night at the Brunswick was just what I needed after a hectic week. Amazing breakfast with a chance to meet and visit with the innkeeper. Definitely a place where I will return.
- Kevin (10/5): Great Get a way - We love this place, always get room 9 "The Spa Sweet" Comfortable, the jacuzzi is amazing after a long day on the town. Staff is friendly and very accommodating, breakfast is delicious. Never Disappoints

- Marian (10/5): - The room was spacious, clean,had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Parking space was small, seemed too few spots for the number of rooms. Location was convenient to I-87 as well as center of Saratoga Springs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

- Nathan (10/5): Great Stay - Excellent stay at the Brunswick over Travers weekend. Room was very clean, location terrific (with free parking), and staff was attentive and helpful. We will definitely hope to stay again in the future.
- Gilbert (8/5): - Check-in was a confusing mess. Existing guests had to help the new guests check-in. Not easy to contact any management or host. Parking in the back was tight but manageable. If you wanted hot breakfast in the morning, you had to walk a couple of blocks to sister B&B owned by same group. Again, had to have existing guest let us in for breakfast. Place itself was nice and clean. Bed was comfy. Neighborhood was beautiful. 10 minute walk to main shopping district. Would absolutely stay again but, it was little disappointing.
- Jackie (8/5): - It was nice and clean. No breakfast at this Bed and Breakfast.
- Michelle (4/5): - Pretty neighborhood but terrible service at the Brunswick. There was no cream or milk available for coffee in the morning and kitchen was being renovated. Guests should have been informed in advance of booking. Beds were comfy and shower was great. The breakfast at sister property was very good.
- Karen (10/5): - The room was very clean and provided thoughtful items such as a 24 hour Keurig in the guest area, a nightlight in the bathroom, extra pillows, good lighting (especially in the bathroom which is often not the case in hotels) and efficient methods of communication. Despite needing to walk a bit down the block, the breakfast was wonderful. The Innkeeper was courteous and attentive. The room was a little stuffy and there was not creamer or sweetener for the coffee.

- John (10/5): - The light switches for the lamps by the head of the bed was under the bed. Even after pulling the cord out a bit initially I didn't see a switch. Found it the next morning. Shower is also small. Otherwise, I plan to go back hopefully in the fall. The owner and staff are great and the breakfast was wonderful.

- Seth (4/5): Won't be coming back.. - Second stay at the property. And our last The advertised queen sized bed is a double. And breakfast is served at a partner property a quarter mile away. Both are mildly annoying, but not deal-breakers. Easy 15ish minute walk to the main drag in town. There was an incident in the parking lot while we were there involving two other guests. But the hotel felt it reasonable to call me and have the police threaten me as part of the investigation. That's not something I'm keen to forgive.
- Philip (10/5): - Friendly staff, well maintained property under joint management with another property close by. Excellent breakfasts, individually cooked to order. We went out of season, so property had vacancies and manager was kind enough gave us an upgraded room. Town center and restaurants were within 10 minute walk, but parking in town is easy if you need to take car.
