• chung li (2/5): 非常不好的經驗 - 由於從札榥未能塔上快車，所以可能無法在21：30分前抵達旅館，最後連繫上管理人表明狀況並道歉，希望能讓我四十分鍾內抵達，他只有表明這是無法延遲入住的要取消我的權利入住，我當然知道是個人不對有前，但這狀況也不希望發生，而且錢也無法退，22:00到了旅館是一棟幾乎沒有人非常暗的舊樓一直無法取得任何的答覆，在，11點多只好從別的訂房網站又重新付更高的代價並拖了近二十分鍾到新的住宿（當睌飯店幾乎沒有什麼選擇)這是一個非常不好的經驗。
• K (6/5): - 料金 ロケーション 接客対応 等は満足ですが 部屋の隅に何ヶ所かホコリの塊があったのが残念 あとお風呂のタオルがレンタルなのが 申し込み時点で解ると良い（私が見落としていただけかもですが…） あと10時から16時に連泊でも出入りができないのが不便でした 1泊で低価格でおさえたい時など 機会があればまた利用させて頂きたいです

• Nancy (8/5): Worth to stay - Receptionists are friendly. Basic facilities just like pictures. Clean, thought bathroom and toilets are old.
• Sheryl (4/5): A not so happy stay - The guest house was quite a long walk from JR. Its ok if you dont have a lot of luggages but if you do then you'll feel the strain. Upon arrival to the guest house, I find out Reception is closed until 3pm. So if you dont want to waste your time waiting or carrying around luggages, you just leave the bags at a rack outside the Reception desk (the guest house is completely closed and no one will come at the door even if you ring the bell). If you arrive at night - the elevator from the 1st floor will be closed as well. There is no elevator inside the guest house so accesibility might be an issue for PWDs or elderly. Elevator is also old so you need to keep.pressing open or the floor you want yo go to in order for it to operate. To go to Otaru Canal and the Sakaimachi St will be another long walk. So if you are in for a hearty exercise, good for you. The guest house also does not provide towel, toothbrush or sleepwear so bring your own. Room is pleasant and bed was decent. Bathroom also smelled nice and was clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided.
• Sam (10/5): A perfect stay in Otaru - A wonderful stay. Advise bringing ear plugs if staying in the shared bedroom. Had a chainsaw snorer the first night. Bed was one of the most comfortable beds ever. Wonderful feather comforter.
• Tomoyo (8/5): 4月一人旅 - 4日間の滞在でした。 時期もあり、静かな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。施設はきれいで過ごしやすく、キッチンが充実していて助かりました。 観光街や駅前から少し離れているので逆に静かなのが良かったです。でもどちらへのアクセスも悪くないです。
• Grace (10/5): - The hostel was a little difficult to get to because of the snowy roads and it isn't immediately clear when you get there because the entrance looks a little empty but you just go upstairs and I found a great hostel with plenty of charm, excellent facilities and very comfortable, spacious room with a great bed. I stayed in the female dorm alone and it's a great size since there's only three beds there. The place was definitely better than it seems in the photos, very clean and tidy. Would recommend!!

• Verified traveler (10/5): 安価で清潔、気持ち良く宿泊できました！ - ツインルームに1泊だけ利用。窓からは港が見えて一番人気のお部屋のようでした。 ただシャワールームに隣接しているので、夜遅く、朝早くにシャワーを浴びられると結構音が響きうるさかったです。 滞在の1か月半程前に予約したのですが、当日宿の方に早目に予約されてたんですか？って聞かれました。 8月一杯まで全て満室とのことでした。人気のお宿のようなので早目の予約をおすすめします。 お部屋は広く快適でしたが、小さくても良いのでテーブルがあれば良いなと思いました。 駐車場を利用させて頂きましたが、チェックアウト後まで泊めさせて頂き１泊500円でした。 キッチン、冷蔵庫も自由に使え、コーヒー、お茶等フリードリンクで利用できました。 場所は駅、運河等の観光エリアからも徒歩圏内ですがとても静かで良かったです。
• Verified traveler (4/5): 腑に落ちなかった。 - 「女性専用ドミトリー 共用バスルーム」。 写真ではベッドが2つなのに「シングルベッド1台・ 定員：1名」と記載されていて少し疑問を抱きつつ「同じ部屋にもう1名(自分を含めて2名)泊まるのだろう」と思っていたら、写真には映っていないクローゼット状の扉があり、中にもう1つベットがあり、都合3名1室。 しかも「部屋での食事禁止(飲むのはOK)」の筈なのに、扉の向こうの方は始終何かを食べていて…。 同料金でも不公平な印象を拭えず。

• BOYOUNG (10/5): 찾기 힘든 위치지만 매우 좋은 위치에요 ㅋㅋㅋ - 위치가 일본인들도 찾기 힘들어하는 곳에 있긴 하지만, 운하로도, 아케이드로도 이동하기 굉장히 좋은 위치에 있습니다. 게스트하우스 자체는 좋은 가정집같은 느낌이었요 ㅎㅎ 도미토리도 여자방 1명은 거의 개인실처럼 문도 닫을 수 있게되어있어서 일찍간 사람이 득볼것같아요 ㅎㅎ

• Verified traveler (8/5): 簡單乾淨 - 位在安靜的巷弄裡，離鬧區有段距離，找餐廳要走遠一點，但不遠處就有便利商店，對面的建築看似廢墟，下雪時卻非常有味道。Private room可以稍稍看到海。共用廚房很方便，房間衛浴都乾淨，電梯比較特殊用起來稍嫌不方便，但不妨礙住宿感受，美中不足就是房間的暖氣運轉時聲音很大，習慣睡眠時安靜的人可能會受不了。

• Hyun (10/5): Awesome. - English is fine enough for check-in and out. Easy access from JR station and easy acess to Canal. Coffee/tea is for free all day long. Bed is using normal bed frame (not noisy double decker) and so neat. Living room is ordinary japanese style so the guest may feel home life of Japan. Most of all, A Wonderful and Very Kind young owner lady is running it with the help from grand mother. Definitely will stay again at the next time.

• kinco (10/5): 定住したくなるような快適で居心地抜群のやすらぎホテル - めったに行けない北海道において、2泊3日のスキー旅行にたまたま選んだ宿でしたが、思わず延泊したくなりました。帰りの航空券の確保が困難だったため、延泊はできませんでした。　実に居心地のよい宿でして、思い起こせばスキーより宿の記憶が蘇ります。それもリフレイン状態です。

• Hannah (8/5): Perfect for the price - Very helpful host, with excellent English and good local suggestions for amazinng food. Parking was inside and secure, a huge bonus for traveling with skis. The common area was nice, and it was nice to have a kitchen to cook in! Good location to walk around town.

• daniel (10/5): cp值高的背包客旅館民宿 - 員工很熱心的為我解決預定到下間旅館的車趟,溫軟舒適的床,自由空間,離運河倉庫群很近,.附近有超商.居酒屋,離車站10分鐘.暖氣. free wifi.可自己調理食物.像家的感覺.很棒.重點是住宿費不高.提早訂還有2人或3人一間的房間可選訂.下次會再入住.

• eunji (8/5): Feels like home ^^ - The staff was very kind and general mood was quite friendly. Though there was only one bath room which seems not perfect for dozens of guests, it also had a bathtub and easy to use. Quite nice stay I enjoyed!
• kazuwox (4/5): 小綺麗なドミトリー - 受付の人は親切で申し分なし。エレベータはちょっとわかりにくいし、遅い。 部屋は運動部の部室にありがちな臭いがして、鼻のいい人には辛い面があると思う。風呂・トイレはしっかりと掃除、メンテナンスされておりマイナスイメージなし。 当日の同室の人が、(1)イビキがひどい、(2)朝5時にいきなり大きい音量で携帯の目覚ましが鳴る、(3)まだ朝早いのに(7時くらい?)荷物の整理を始め、ビニール袋をガサガサ触って騒音発生、(4)窓際の人がカーテンを引かずに寝たせいで、朝4時前から部屋がかなり明るくなり安眠が困難(あとで閉めに行った)、(5)トイレなどに起き出す人が発生させる音のため、寝続けるのはむつかしい。 電源は各個人に準備されており、サイドランプなども置かれており気遣いは十分、同室の人があまりにダメ過ぎた。2段ベッドではなく、広いスペースなのもいい感じではあるが、宿泊者のエチケットまではホテル側もコントロール外でしょう。
