- Carlos (10/5): - Es como un camping de bungalows, enorme. Super tranquilo y silencioso. En una zona rodeada de canales de agua y animales. Es precioso. Tiene piscina cubierta y descubierta, aunque la cubierta tiene climatizado el ambiente, no el agua, lo que significa que el agua estaba fresca, no calentita. Se puede aparcar el coche dentro, gratis. El bungalow es correcto, parecido a los españoles. Nos gustó mucho el sitio. Muy cerca de Amsterdam y de Volendam, de Zaanse Zans, etc... Quizá habría que arreglar algún desperfecto que tiene, como por ejemplo unos inodoros muy raros, con el agujero en la parte de delante y el resto mármol hasta el final, no sabes cómo mear para no salpicar.... Las almohadas no son almohadas como las nuestras. Son almohadones cuadrados muy blandos. Hay que ponerse 2. Los colchones también se podrían mejorar.

- Marina (6/5): - El enclave donde está es precioso. No me gustó que no tenían las sábanas ni las toallas preparadas para los huéspedes que éramos y que no tiene persianas y entra demasiada luz, ya que en esa zona hay muchas horas de luz
- LANGLAIS (7/5): À part ce désagrément et surtout la barrière de la langue vive Google traduction le séjour etait très bien j’ai pu moyen - J’avais demandé une arrivée anticipée vendredi 8 mai. Nous sommes arrivés vers 13h30 , l’accueil nous a donné les clefs et notre emplacement. Nous sommes donc partis nous installer, à notre arrivée dans la location, il y avait des la vaisselle sale dans l’évier les draps étaient en boule sur les lits, la poubelle pleine… si la loc n’était pas prête pourquoi nous donner les clefs? Nous sommes retournés à l’accueil on nous a dit que tout serait fait nous avons laissé nos affaires dans la location et nous sommes partis visiter À notre retour il n’y avait aucun draps sur les lits , accueil était fermé et aucun numéro pour avoir quelqu’un après avoir essayé de communiquer avec le petit jeune du snack j’ai réussi à avoir un numéro de téléphone et 1h après nous avons eu nos draps pour faire nos lits …
- LAURANCE (9/5): - Lieu verdoyant et reposant. Très bien aménagé pour un séjour en famille. Bien situé, proximité de jolis lieux à visiter. Logement pratique, propre et facilement accessible avec place de parking. Personnel très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons passé un super séjour !

- Matthew (9/5): - Great location, easy to travel to with good access to nearby towns. Felt like it was still rural enough with great access to paths and waterways with good transport links to Amsterdam. The lodge was clean and well maintained, in a nice relaxed setting.
- Mark (5/5): Leuke locatie vriendelijk personeel maar het huisje was bagger - Vriendelijk personeel leuke locatie We hadden huisje Edam 7080. Gras stond 20cm hoog. Knop van de toilet ontbrak. Schuifpui zat uit het lood waardoor afsluiten praktisch niet ging. Ongeveer een 50 sigaretten peuken rondom het huis in de tuin.Kortom we hadden een afgeleefd huisje helaas vandaar deze slechtere beoordeling.

Wij konden niet onder de douche in het bad staan vanwege onze lengte en de douchecabine in badkamer boven was veel te krap om te bewegen. Dus beetje meer aandacht voor mensen die wat langer zijn graag

- Melissa (1/5): À FUIR CATASTROPHIQUE - Nous n’avions ni chauffage ni lumière dans la salle de bain/WC. Nous avons passé une nuit entière sans chauffage ni éclairage, ce qui signifiait prendre une douche et utiliser les toilettes dans le noir. Nous avons contacté le service d’astreinte, mais personne ne nous a rappelé. Le lendemain matin, je me suis présenté à l’accueil et j’ai dû insister pour qu’un technicien se déplace. La personne à l’accueil a soupiré à plusieurs reprises, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable vu la situation. Le technicien est finalement intervenu : il a réparé le chauffage, mais pas la lumière car il n’avait pas la pièce nécessaire. Résultat : trois jours à devoir prendre nos douches et utiliser les toilettes dans le noir. Autre point important : à notre arrivée après 18h00, un badge permettant d’ouvrir la barrière de sécurité devait être laissé dans une enveloppe. Le badge n’y était pas, nous empêchant d’accéder au lodge. Nous avons contacté le service d’astreinte, mais aucune solution ne nous a été proposée, et la dame au téléphone nous a même raccroché au nez. Nous avons dû attendre plus de deux heures devant la barrière qu’un résident arrive pour pouvoir entrer. Ce séjour a été un véritable désastre du début à la fin. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Si je pouvais mettre 0 étoile, je le ferais. À fuir !

- Roland (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen, die Unterkunft war genial gelegen, sehr schöne Hütte, toller Service - perfekt! - Die gesamte Anlage ist super, sehr schöner Platz um Urlaub zu machen, sehr zentral gelegen und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung (Amsterdam, Alkmaar mit Käsemarkt, Edam, sehenswerte Windmühlen und historische Häuser ZAnse Schanz, nicht weit zum Meer usw. Wir haben den Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen!

Endroit calme car pas grand monde dans le village. Le cadre est vraiment joli et bien entretenu. Même les chiens sont les bienvenus. Attention pas de serviettes de toilette.

- Marianna (8/5): - A szálláshely nagyon szép környezetben fekszik, közel Amszterdamhoz. A konyhában sem egy törlőrongy, sem mosogatószivacs, sem mosogatószer nem volt. A galérián lévő ágyakban majdnem lehetetlen megfordulni úgy, hogy ne üsse meg magát az ember a tetőben. Furcsa volt, hogy az ágyneműt is magamnak kellett felhúzni. Recepció nyitvatartása nagyon rövid. A fűtés, park használatához (pl. szemetesek merre találhatóak) egy pár soros leírás hasznos lenne.

Sofa møblerne var behagelige. At ovnen dryppede vildt når den blev brugt. Der ingen microovn var trods det stod i bookingen. At teressen ud over vandet endnu ikke var lavet så man kunne nyde aftenssolen. At den brugbare teresse lagde belægningen elendigt. At man skal køre bil 7 min for at komme med en bus.

- Miekie (8/5): Prima tijdelijke plek - Het is een prima plek. Voor mij waren het zwembad de sauna en de kinderspeeltuinen prima en fijne faciliteiten. Ook het buiten zitten is , waar wij zaten, privé genoeg. Het huisje is goed gefackyeerd. Bv een losstaande goede kleine fauteuil , de bank is erg laag En stoelen die ook in lig stand kunnen buiten.

- Silke (7/5): - Die Anlage ist insgesamt.sehr schön angelegt. Leider ging zu Beginn die Heizung nicht, wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Am letzten Abend und in der letzten Nacht ging sie wieder nicht mehr, der Kontakt über WhatsApp hat nur KI- generierte Antworten ergeben, die angegebene Notfallnummer, die wir mehrfach kontaktiert haben, hat nur zu einem Anrufbeantworter geführt. Es hat sich niemand gemeldet. Wir mussten mit unseren Kindern bei unter 12 Grad Raumtemperatur den Abend und die Nacht verbringen . Bis zu unserer Abreise um 10 Uhr am Morgen ist kein Kontakt durch den Ferienpark erfolgt, was sehr schade ist. Zudem war die Knöpfe am Dunstabzug defekt, dies wurde nicht repariert, so dass wir keinen Abzug und kein Licht in der Küche hatten.

Meine Frau, ich und unsere drei Kinder mussten bei sehr kalten Temperaturen übernachten, zudem gab es kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben das Problem an der Rezeption gemeldet, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Auch unter der Notfallnummer war niemand erreichbar.

- Pooja (1/5): Completely Insecure Check‑In System - Ok location This was one of the most stressful and unsafe check‑in experiences I’ve ever had. We were told our key would be in a locked locker inside a locked laundrette. When we arrived late at night, the laundrette door was wide open, the assigned locker was open and empty, and the lockers themselves were so poorly designed that anyone could reach inside through the gaps. Every phone number listed outside the building including the emergency line was “not connected at this time.” We were stranded in the dark with no access to our room and no way to reach staff. Another guest had to let us through the barriers and direct us to the bar, where a staff member finally managed to reach someone and arrange emergency accommodation. When we raised this with reception the next day, we were told it wasn’t their fault and that no compensation would be offered. The lack of accountability and the unsafe setup speak for themselves. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their security and emergency procedures.
- Nicole (6/5): - Die Lage war sehr schön. Das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Es war schön ruhig, war aber auch keine Saison. Super war auch, dass direkt ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus war. Die Unterkunft ist renovierungsbedürftig. Der Abfluss hat nicht gut funktioniert. Dem entsprechend hat es gerochen. Die eine Bettseite war total durchgelegen. Es gab kein Nachtlicht. Die Duschkabine war auch leider kaputt.
- Tiziana (9/5): - Posizione strategica! dopo le giornate caotiche ad Amsterdam,la sera è stato bello potersi rilassare in mezzo alla natura. Il complesso è dotato anche di un parco giochi, una fattoria, campo da calcio e calcetto, pizzeria.... non abbiamo avuto il tempo di esplorare tutto il villaggio, ma abbiamo apprezzato tutto. Lo consigliamo vivamente alle famiglie automunite ( noi non abbiamo utilizzato mezzi di trasporto) e speriamo di poterci tornare. Disguido per i check in, avremmo dovuto ricevere dei codici via mail per ritirare le chiavi, come da loro indicazioni, ma non è stato così. Dopo qualche minuto di panico , abbiamo risolto il problema.

- Marek Hajn (9/5): Bungalov se 3 loznicemi - Velmi prostorný dům, 2 záchody a 2 koupelny, útulně zařízený. Topení fungovalo skvele (meli jsme na začátku dubna jeste chladno). Neslyšeli jsme žádný hluk z venku, i kdyz zde bylo rušno. Krasny prázdninový park a skvela lokalita. Určitě se rádi vrátíme! Nebyly k dispozici zadne rucniky, pouze 1 role toaletniho papíru pro 6 osob, nevyneseny popelník plný cigaret (my jsme nekuraci), nádobí ve skříňkách bylo cele mokré a ne úplně čisté. Nejprve jsme si ho museli umýt, abychom ho mohli pouzivat. Postele extrémně měkké a neciste matrace (naštěstí mely alespoň chrániče).

Hygiëne liet echt te wensen over. Huis was slecht schoongemaakt. De tuin lag vol met vleeswaren, tomaten en brood. Hier na het inchecken gelijk wat van gezegd, maar helaas is het niet opgeruimd.

- Watze (3/5): Nooit meer!!!! - Erg vriendelijke receptie medewerker(s) Veel drukte en oponthoud bij de slagboom omdat nieuwe gasten eerst moeten bellen en teruggebeld worden voordat de boom open gaat. In het donker is het huisje niet te vinden, slechte verlichting en geen bewegwijzering, ook de nrs op kaartje zijn alleen te lezen met een vergroot glas. Veel Oostblok arbeiders op het park. Ook naast ons huisje Oostblokkers die 's avonds erg luidruchtig waren. Dan het huisje: de wasbak in de badkamer is verstopt, de wc was lek aan de onderzijde, douchen was met gevaar voor eigen leven, van ijskoud naar gloeiend heet en vice versa (daar kun je geen kleine kinderen onder doen), de ketel deed het meer niet dan wel, dus ook afwassen met koud water. Algehele indruk qua hygiëne was ook betrekkelijk. Patat uit de snackbar is niet te eten. Het zwembad mag die naam niet hebben, erg klein!

De honden strond waarop ik op trapte me laars was vol honden poep dat was echt viez. Er lag honden poep die niet te zien was in de avond. Mensen rappen hun honden poep niet op, dat is spijtig.

Quiet room resulted in no sleep due to this, a pump right outside the bedroom that went off continuously and loudly throughout the night and the something else going off every 15 mins

- karine (8/5): - Maison agréable et confortable, surtout la pièce à vivre, dans lieu calme et reposant en cette période de l'année (la toussaint). L'aménagement des chambres était un peu gâché par la présence d'armoires au beau milieu.
- Sebastian (7/5): Es hätte perfekt sein können! - Es war wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Ein kleines aber feines Häuschen mit Parkplatz und Terrasse. Außer einer Mikrowelle war die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Wohnbereich war auch sehr gemütlich mit genug Sitzgelegenheiten, einem genug großen Fernseher. Dazu ein schöner Kaminofen der die Abende gemütlich gestaltet hat. Leider hat das Badezimmer sehr stark nach Katzenurin gestunken. Wir selbst besitzen Katzen und früher Hunde und man sollte keine Katzen allein in kleine Räume einsperren wo sie dann aus Wut alles voll urinieren weil sie die Umgebung nicht kennen. Ich finde das toll dass man seine Tiere mitnehmen darf aber die Gäste sollten aber auch Wiesen was sie ihren Tieren zutrauen können. Und leider hatten die Couchkissen viele Flecken, wo man sich nicht anlehnen wollte.

Leider doch sehr hellhörig, Schimmel in der Dusche, Entsorgung sehr weit weg, Fluglärm, Schrankensystem funktionierte am Abreisetag nicht und es war keiner zu erreichen
