The rooms are big & the shower was powerful & hot! It was very safe. We had a truck full of bikes, etc. It was untouched when we came out the next day. It was old with old decor.

Tiffany (10/5): A very comfortable stay in central Kalibo - Very centrally located but rooms were very comfortable and the staff always willing and happy to help. The whole place was spotlessly clean. Appreciated the fact that refreshing cold water was available to guests whenever we needed.. We ate in their restaurant a number of times and the food (traditional favorites) was tasty and served with a smile. Thank you Condotel for a wonderful stay

We only stayed for one night but so far that was one of the best hotels in our one month vacation here in the Philippines.

X6139QPcatherines (10/5): Positively Surprisingly Pleasant stay in Royal Suites Condotel - 1. Excellent customer service. The front desk was spot on in responding to my text messages. Front desk was also responsive to requests to go to the nearby cathedral or to book us a van to get to Caticlan. 2. Food was amazing and value for money. 3. Accommodations were simple and clean! We had a brownout but their generator kicked in less than 5 seconds. If we hadnt asked, we would have known that all facilities were powered by generator. They are not ready to ensure guest experience was undeterred by power interruptions. 4. We were there to attend a wedding. The venue for the reception was quaint and beautifully decorated. 5. Floor had a huge sofa and teddy bear that put a smile to a weary traveler's face.

Aloysius (9/5): value for money; very accommodating to guests . .. - it's our second time with them. when we went to Kalibo Dec 28, 2019, a supertyphoon just struck the province, power was out, the Hotel that was to accommodate us was without power. luckily, Royal suites which was walking distance have their own generator and was more than willing to accommodate my family (4 of us).. . . that is why, everytime we visit my mom's province, we will most likely always stay with this hotel. nothing in particular, it's walking distance to the cathedral, town plaza, and a trike ride away to the main dept store.

CzarEmmanuel (8/5): Cozy, neat and conveniently located - This is one of the best accommodations in Kalibo, Aklan, especially if you're visiting the place for the famous Ati-Atihan festival since it's just a stone throw's away from the cathedral and Pastrana Park. It's got nice rooms equipped with AC, hot and cold shower, TV, a small fridge, a safety box, etc. Some even have a veranda that looks directly out on the street. The place also has a colorful waiting room, a restaurant, a conference room, an open-air reception area, and so forth. The staff are friendly and accommodating. There are good eateries nearby as well.

DelightedGal (10/5): Pleasant - Didn’t have a reservation, was just trying out different hotels in Kalibo. So far both Hotels I have been to was a pleasant surprise! Everyone was very professional, friendly and they assisted me well. Was fortunate that I was given a large room. Thank you! Bathroom was clean, as well as the other areas in the hotel. They made sure their place was sanitized, and health protocols were implemented. Breakfast was good too Cons- like what i read in some reviews, the room I got had no windows Coffee during breakfast could be improved as well. Overall, very satisfied and will recommend this hotel.
