urs (4/5): Nicht befriedigende Erfahrung. Leider, auch wenn das Personal sehr freundlich war. - Lage nähe des Sees top. WLAN hat während ganzer Zeit nicht funktioniert. Man hat mir mitgeteilt, dass der Techniker erst nächsten Tag kommt. Das ist ein absolutes NO GO. Auch in der Vorsaison ist das unakzeptabel. Das hat mich viele Roaming Gebühren gekostet. Ausserdem Dusche viel zu eng. Man kann sich gar nicht richtig drehen und kein Halter für Seife oder Shampoo.

Gerd (8/5): Zentrales gutes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub. - Ordentlich und gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage. Es befindet sich quasi mitten im Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Restaurants sind direkt um das Hotel. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter. Das Hotel hat ausreichend Parkplätze, die auch abgezäunt sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig, etwas klein, aber haben alles was man benötigt. Sogar Fön und Duschgel/Shampoo. Das Frühstück ist für das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis vollkommen in Ordnung und bietet verschiedene Brötchen, sowie Wurst, Käse, Joghurt, Müsli usw. Der Kaffe zum Frühstück ist wirklich ungenießbar und für die Anzahl an Betten ist nicht genügend Platz im Frühstücksraum. Wenn man nicht gleich der erste ist, kann es sein, dass man warten muss.

I really enjoyed the Swimmingpool- it was clean, spatious, and there were no children or annoying pool inflatables all over. The coffee was excellent. The lake is nearby. The hotel was very relaxing due to minimal noise, everything was very peaceful. The pool itself was very clean, but the seats next to the Swimmingpool were very dirty. So were the cushions on the relaxation seats down below.

Anne (6/5): - Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer. Das Badezimmer im Doppelzimmer war schon fast Lust. Die ebenerdige Dusche hatte einen Duschvorhang was jetzt garnicht so schlimm war, aber die Toilette war quasi in der Dusche mit drin. Also wenn man geduscht hat war die Toilette mit nass und wenn man dann auf klo wollte hatte man wieder nasse Füsse. Das Einzelzimmer war wie eine Knastzelle ohne Klimaanlage. Das waren schon harte Nächte. Der winzige Tischventilator hat leider auch nix gebracht. Das Frühstück könnte man liebevoller und auch reichhaltiger gestalten. Der Kaffee war schrecklich und unwürdig gerade für Italien. Der Pool war aber ok und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Lage war auch sehr gut. Aber ich würde nicht wieder in dieses Hotel.

Dorota (7/5): Polecam - Położenie przy głównej drodze, ale nie przeszkadzało to. Ważne - hotel ma swój parking, mapkę dojazdu dostaniesz w recepcji. Blisko do plaży. Teren przyhotelowy zadbany, dużym plusem są piękne rośliny posadzone na nim. Smaczne śniadania, duży wybór produktów. Jeśli tam będziesz koniecznie spróbuj słodkich rogalików - przepyszne :) Jedynym minusem był brak chociaż małej lodówki i zasłonki w prysznicu. Czysto, klimatyzacja, duży pokój i balkon. Taki mniejszy szczegół ... brakowało małej lodówki aby schłodzić napoje

O hotel tem dois prédios, um bem antigo, com elevador pequeno, banheiro pequeno, sem box (com cortinas de plástico) e móveis bem desatualizados. O prédio da frente é mais atualizado, mas os banheiro não tem box, apenas a cortina de plástico.
Oliveira (6/5): Esperava bem mais! - A localização é boa. As toalhas são de péssima qualidade, velhas e encardidas, os travesseiros são ruins. O secador de cabelo não seca, não foi pontual, pois outros quartos tinham o mesmo sistema. No banheiro não tem blindex, somente uma cortina e acaba molhando tudo, também não disponibilizam toalha de piso, ou seja, o banheiro fica todo molhado. Não ficaria novamente neste hotel.

Kohn (6/5): Schönes Hotel - Sehr saubere Zimmer. Auch die Außenanlagen sind sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt ein gepflegtes Hotel. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Zimmer sind sehr schlicht. In der Dusche keine Ablagemöglichkeit für z.Bsp. Duschgel. Zum Frühstück hätten wir uns gern frisches Obst und gekochte Eier gewünscht.
Harald (8/5): insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, welches man auch empfehlen kann - Die Lage war zum einen sehr gut, wenn man gerne in der Ortsmitte sein möchte, natürlich hat dies auch Nachteile... Es war mächtig viel los auf der Straße welche direkt am Hotel vorbeiführt. Hat aber auch was interessantes wenn man sich mit einem Kalt Getränk auf den Balkon setzt und sich von dem regen Treiben auf der Straße unterhalten lässt. Der Hoteleigene Parkplatz ist auch ein Pluspunkt welcher direkt durch den Hintereingang erreichbar ist.

Ringraziamo anche chi ci ha fornito precise indicazioni su come muoverci nei dintorni. La nostra camera spaziosa con tanti spazi per sistemare vestiti e valigie. La piscina un plus confortevole e pulita. La colazione si può fare assolutamente di meglio, la qualità di caffè e cappuccino davvero scadente, i prodotti sono disposti in maniera caotica e su alcuni non è segnato cosa siano. La cascata di cioccolato con i marshmallow la trovo fuori luogo per colazione e anche per nulla salutare. La struttura e' piuttosto vetusta, ferma agli anni 80 e il bagno andrebbe completamente ristrutturato.

Roberta (8/5): Wir würden wieder kommen. - Strand Nähe, privater Parkplatz, Pool, Balkon, sehr sauber, premium Zimmer zu empfehlen. premium Zimmer hatten einen reservieren Tisch beim Frühstück, als wir an einem Tag an unseren Tisch wollten, war er bereits mit benutzen Geschirr voll gestanden, auf nach Frage wie dies sein kann, wurde mein Lebensgefährte sehr angemotzt (Dame blonde kurze Haare), das kann wirklich nicht sein, wir haben mit so einen Tisch ohnehin nicht gerechnet und waren sehr erfreut darüber aber so eine Reaktion vom Personal kann ja wirklich nicht sein. Claudio (8/5): Grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden, Lage top - Das Zimmer war geräumig mit dem Charme der 80iger. Es war sehr sauber u wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Im Hotel gibt es wohl bessere Zimmer, daher bewerte ich nur unseres. Zimmer 110 und vor einem Jahr waren wir in 112 für eine Nacht. Das Frühstück war reichlich und etwas italienischer geprägt. Uns hat es gefallen. Personal und Service war wirklich prima. Fahrradverleih mit Lademöglichkeit gab es auch. Insgesamt waren wir schon zufrieden. Nicht gefallen hat uns das das Bad alt war, der Toilettenhalter herum zammelte und die Dusche eine Wanne war. Nicht mehr Zeitgemäß.

Peter (10/5): Erholung pur - Parkplatz gratis mit Einfahrtscode (auch unter Bäumen); nahe zum Strand und Stadtzentrum. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal auch sehr freundlich. Absolut empfehlenswert besonders die Premiumzimmer!! keine Probleme :)

Mariusz (10/5): - Hotel super. Bardzo dobry wybor sniadan hotel znajduje sie w Centrum, wszedzie blisko,bardzo dobre rozwiazanie parkingowe przy hotelu ,basen parasole itp. Generalnie wszystko ok. Pozdrawiam. Mariusz.
Maaike (9/5): Voor herhaling vatbaar - Verrast door de faciliteiten zoals zwembad, zitgelegenheid in openbare ruimtes en het balcon bij een persoonskamer. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Goede prijs kwaliteit. Inrichting (met name de accessoires) in de openbare ruimtes en eetzaal was een beetje een allegaartje. Maakt hierdoor een rommelige indruk.
Linda (9/5): - Hotelli on sijainniltaan hyvä. Lähellä kauppakeskusta, rantaa ja ravintoloita. Keskusta kävelymatkan päässä. Autoille hyvä aidattu parkkialue. Hotelli ympäristöineen siisti ja henkilökunta hyvin ystävällistä. Premium-huone kaunis ja ilmalämpöpumppu ehdotonta plussaa. Allasalue kiva ja suojaisa. Tien puolella oleviin huoneisiin kuuluu liikenteen äänet melko hyvin, mikä saattaa herkimpiä häiritä. Äänet vähenee kyllä yöllä.

Maria (6/5): - La posizione ottimale ,attraversando la strada ci si trova vicino al lago. Il bagno non possedeva un piatto doccia ,lavandosi si creava un allagamento sul water, inoltre possedeva un arredamento antico. La tavoletta del water era rotta.
Camelia Gaby (5/5): Hotel vicino alla spiaggia, lo staff della reception da migliorare molto il rapporto con il cliente. - la posizione vicino alla spiaggia Pini Beach e Sabbioni. Lo staff. Le lenzuola rotte e non sono state cambiate anche se con diverse macchie, visto che si suda nel mese di luglio, anche se camera con aria condizionata-per fortuna l'ho cambiata in tempo la camera, (prima solo con ventilatore!!)

Susann (9/5): Ein durchaus gelungener Kurzurlaub. Wenn nochmal RIVA, dann dieses Hotel. - Die Lage des Hotels ist ganz hervorragend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Pool und somit keinen Straßenlärm von der Straße mitgekriegt. Das Zimmer war geräumig mit Balkon. Zum Frühstück gibt es -alles was das Herz begehrt-.....man sagt immer "Italiener können kein Frühstück" Dieses Hotel beweist das Gegenteil ;) Mangel: Für mich waren die Matratzen und die Kissen eindeutig zu hart. Das sieht aber jeder anders. Im Bad finde ich den "Duschvorhang" nicht optimal.

Nicole (7/5): Sommerurlaub 2025 - Leider war die Hotelbar montags komplett geschlossen und an den anderen Tagen war sie erst ab 15:00 Uhr geöffnet. Uns haben die schwimmenden Gummienten im Pool vom letzten Jahr gefehlt 😀

Jetdel (8/5): Premium room with ultra modern white decor - Pristine white furniture in this Premium 2 BR suite, almost too white to be comfortable. Fantastic lights fixtures and ultra modern decor. Good location in middle of modern hotel district about 1 mile from old downtown, good private parking lot. Fantastic breakfast with everything, even sauerkraut with the eggs. The fruit was grapefruit and apples and kumquats. Nice pool and view. Has a separate room to lock up bikes. I sense that this hotel has some interesting history with this premium wing and separate eating area because the front desk is run more like a simple pension, not a luxurious hotel. They did not make up the second bed until after we arrived even though I requested it several times beforehand. No bar and restaurant for at least 3 years but it's still listed on their website. However, I learned from the staff that they open up the restaurant when they have groups, then clients can join in. No shortage of restaurants nearby.
Piotr Sla (10/5): - Kolejny pobyt w tym hotelu. Jak dla nas jest świetny, co prawda w wykupionym pokoju nie działała klimatyzacja. Ale personel szybko rozwiązał problem i zaproponowano nam zamianę pokoju o tym samym standardzie lub naprawę klimatyzacji na następny dzień. Personel jak zawsze świetny i pomocny, szczególnie pozdrawiamy Panią dbającą o czystość naszego pokoju :).

Nickol (10/5): - Umgebung, dieLage das Hotel die Anlage sehr schön liebevoll gestaltet und dekoriert. Überall Blumen, sehr schön. Frühstücksräume sehr schön. Zimmer sind auch schön. Terrasse war sehr groß und toll. Leider kein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer.

Peter (2/5): Not a 3 star hotel and I don't recommend it - When checking in room 114 was dirty and the bathroom floor was not clean. It looked like it had not been cleaned properly for a long time. It smelled mould and the rest of the room was not clean. The doorlock had a serious issue and I had to use brute force to get in. I asked the staff to help an they couldn't open the door. Then they informed me that they have had this problem for a long time but they didn't bother to fix it. I asked them to fix it but nothing was done. I stayed there 3 night because everything else was fully booked in Riva. Breakfast was a joke and the staff was not cleaning tables or filling up the buffet. This is not a 3 star hotel and I don't recommend this hotel. Stay away.

M. 01 (7/5): - Saubere Zimmer, toller Pool, kostenloser Parkplatz Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Vieles wurde z.t. nicht aufgefüllt bzw nachgefüllt, erst auf Nachfrage. Toiletten im EG Bereich waren tagelang nicht geöffnet. Zu wenig Personal. Leider auch kein Barbetrieb mehr, aufgrund des fehlendes Personals. Am Pool einige kaputte Liegen. Im Eingangsbereich ragt ein abgesägtes Metallrohr aus dem Boden .
