- Dakota (1/5): Terrifying experience with sketchy people outside. - Nothing It was horrible. Would never stay again. I felt my safety was a stake constantly. The bed sheets were stained with period blood or cum. It was filthy everywhere. Smoke detector was broken. The room smelled like cigarette smoke. There was mold. I was terrified of potential bed bugs or other bugs in the room. The floors were disgusting. Absolutely would never pay again.

We didn’t want to stay here because it looks nothing like what the picture shows. It’s a shame that they are allowed to take peoples money and lie about what the property looks like and offers. They know what they’re doing. The property is drastically different. This is why they don’t offer a refund because they know this property is a mess
- John (1/5): Highly Recommend NOT BOOKING WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!! - Nothing!!!!!!! There was no staff on site when i arrived to check in. Had to Spend more money to stay at a different hotel!! I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!! The Fact that not one staff member was there!!!! Could not check in and as a result had to spend Extra funds for a different hotel to stay at!!!!! I was not the only patron that this happened to. Another guy arrived minutes after i did and had to go else where too.
- Michael (2/5): Bad enough I won’t be returning. - The air conditioning worked well that’s the only good thing I can say about my stay. Upon arriving at 11:20pm a sign in the lobby stated the lobby is closed from 11-7 even though my reservation paperwork stated that check in was until 11:30. After finding an employee in the parking lot we were able to get into our room. The bed sheets were stained the shower was dirty. The water pressure wasn’t that great along with the hot water. My bother also found a bug crawling in his bed when trying to fall asleep. They refused to allow me to check out early.

The stairs and room were filthy and restroom full of mold. Blood on the side of the bed and curtains stained. Paid for a week, left within 30 min. We are out the money but have our health and safety. - Jay (1/5): Disgusting. Never again - The shower When we arrived, the heat didn’t work. We turned it on to warm up while we went to dinner. When we returned, it was blowing cold air and the room was very cold. Yes, we did get have it set properly. There is a section of the flooring that is cracked and sticking up. It is the main area where a person must walk to get anywhere in the room. I caught my foot on it several times and someone is going to fall. There is a lamp on the desk that is very rusty and the on/off switch is broken off. You must plug it in and out to operate. The bathroom sink has no plug in the drain. On the inside of the bathroom door, the wood was peeling. Someone had written on it and there was an attempt to wash it off but was just smeared but still there. Now let’s get serious. The bathroom floor in the shower area is disgustingly filthy around the edges by the wall. The base of the toilet was filthy. I used the hair dryer. When I turned it off, one finger touched the back of the dryer. I didn’t realize the covering was broken off and my finger touched the blades of the fan that runs the dryer and took a chunk out of the end of my finger. The next day, we informed the office about the heat. A gentleman came immediately with 2 space heaters. He turned on the heat and it started blowing warm air. 🤷🏻♀️. We would not return to any Value Inn and never recommend it. The filth and disrepair are inexcusable.

DO NOT stay here. If I would have known I would have told him to go to a different hotel.

There is a lot that need to be done for this facility to become a 2 star hotel. Everything, it was not to the expectations that you see in photos, I couldn't believe that Booking.com would offer this Motel as a Hotel. For the price paid, could have got a better hotel in the same area, also the prepaid is not a custom for hotels to charge the entire amount two days before arriving, usually all hotels you pay at the property. Was very disappointed.

- William (4/5): - They don't tell you on the website that this motel is actually a long-term motel, and any rooms not rented as long-term are then rented out nightly. The room next door had patio chairs and a grill right out front, as well as many others. So naturally there was partying well into the evening, transient people everywhere, and things just looked dirty. The room itself was quite dated, and the furniture was old. The A/C ran at one temp, but did keep the room fairly cool. The beds were ok, but the best thing about the stay was the water pressure in the shower. It was actually good, better than most motels. I would NEVER suggest to anyone to stay here!

- George (6/5): Fixer-upper - I was disappointed at how run-down the room was compared to the perceived modernity they portrayed in their online photos. The laminated floor in the room was warped and chipped throughout. There was a dresser drawer missing. Lamp shades were dated and dusty, one with a burnt bulb. There was a TV bracket on the wall for a tv that wasn‘t there; they replaced it with a small one on the dresser. No coffee maker, in-room phone or battery in the smoke alarm. Very dated restroom with a door that was falling apart and stapled together. I‘ve never seen a hotel or motel that was run on such a tight buget with such little attention to detail. I don‘t know if this was a one-off at this facility, but I would have rather spent $200 at Days Inn or Super 8 instead of the $175 here. Higher prices should equal higher standards.

Hotel was closed when we arrived. Paid the fee for a two bed room and place was locked up tight when we arrived. Booking.com and Value Inn refuse to issue refund. When making reservation I states I would arrived between 23:00-24:00 hours. Unfortunately they close at 22:00 hours and took my money.

No TP. Mirrors smeared. Overall, nothing an observant housecleaner couldn’t remedy.

No issues with anything beside the wifi was very poor and the cable box wasnt working for me. So, if you just want a cheap place to stay, this is your place. - Jennifer (4/5): While it is a great price the place is run down and dirty. - Staff was friendly and helpful. Privet entrance to rooms is nice. The place is run down and while they tried to keep it up it looks like it was just never updated in the last 50 years. The cleanliness of the room was a big problem. Dirt on the walls, mold in the bathroom and a floor so dirty my socks turned black. Spots of the floor were soft and had a give to them while things like the sink, light switches, shelves ect were covered in dirt and dust.

- Debra (2/5): - Everything was dirty and crusted with dust. The room smelled horrible!! The fridge and microwave smelled. There were bugs. The bed appeared clean and that’s really what I needed. But it would have been nice to have coffee when I woke up but even the packets of coffee were old and dirty. Do NOT take kids here. AND when I checked out they wouldn’t give me a receipt! Very sketchy to me. I’ll be checking my credit card as soon as I get home.

- Kelsey (4/5): - The price was ridiculous for the quality of the room. Mold, wallpaper peeling from the walls from leaks, uneven floor, a kitchen sink instead of a bathroom sink, the whole room falling apart. I didn’t dare look at the mattress, but the foot runner has never been washed. The sheets, however, were clean and the floor was freshly mopped. The people at the front desk were lovely and there was a laundry facility available.
- Christopher (3/5): This place was a crash pad to stay at, but just barely. - Location - ideal. Staff - fine. Didn't deal with them much. Price - better than its neighbors Broken amenities & Issues - Telephone in room didn't work. Fully non-operational. Oh well, we live in the cellphone age, so who cares? Table lamp didn't work - power wire was cut. Looks like it was bought at auction and never tested. Microwave worked, but didn't rotate - was missing internal mechanisms. Seems like another thing bought at "eh, good enough, who cares? attitude." Did not fulfill request. - I asked for a paper map of the area, and the tourism guide books to local attractions. Motel did not provide these, but I was able to find them (for free) at the gas station across the street. Value - cheaper than neighboring hotels, but not by so much as to be worth it. It was so much of a dive, that I don't feel that the price was worth it. For the cost of this motel, I could have taken a standard motel 8 or comparable.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Hideous Conditions-Deceptive Advertising - I chose Value Inn because I needed an overnight stay that was reasonably priced and according to the pictures seemed like a nice place. When I arrive at the address, I could not recognize the Inn. I kept rerouting, I even called the hotel to be sure if I was at the correct address. The pictures online were NOT pictures of the rooms at Value Inn. The exterior conditions were worse than the picture. There were trash cans overflowing with garbage. There were people hanging around outside of their doors. There was a man standing outside of his door staring at us. I did not feel safe. The room were dirty. The sheets were dirty. I left as soon as I entered the room. Then hotel associate did not give me a refund. I am in the process of trying to get a refund. I checked into the hotel across the street. It seems that V I am expecting a refund from a place that I did not stay because the conditions were hideous. I left so quickly, I forgot to take pictures; however, there are plenty reviews that are consistent with complaints of the conditions and deceptive advertising. Unbelievable!!!!!!

- Kylie (4/5): It's a place to shelve your body after a long convention, nothing to write home about or visit again - Place had hot running water and a bed to sleep in. AC didn't work properly, toilet was leaking, TV didn't work, remove was missing back, beds were rock solid, ordered a king suite and got two full beds instead.

It appeared to be relatively new, unlike one I had booked at the same location a week before. The Value Inn Website listed a double bed room as available at $79, but when I immediately tried to reserve that room at that price, suddenly the lowest price room available was $122. I feel "baited and switched."

- Mark (2/5): What a DUMP - It's location, and that's about it. Although, If I would have known this place was as much as dump as it turned out to be. I would have definitely paid more to stay across the street. The images they display of the rooms are very misleading. This room was extremely outdated. I've stayed in some pretty nasty fish camps and hostiles in my life. This room was pretty bad. The bed frame was metal & springs. When I got into my room it felt like I walked into an oven, and it reeked. Thank God, the AC worked. It took about an hour for the room to be bearable. It did eventually get chilly. The shower drain would not drain, pretty nasty. I inspected the bedding with a UV light for stains & bugs. Surprisingly, everything checked out ok. At about 1:00 a.m, the smoke detector kept beeping every minute, you know when the battery expires? I eventually got up and checked the detector. Pulled the battery, and it still continues to beep. I eventually said to hell with this place, packed up at 3 am and left. I also might add that all the people that appear to have set up residency at this hotel sitting out in front of their rooms with their lawns chairs and coolers doing whatever they're doing. It's a little shady. They really need to just sell this property, demolish what's there and rebuild. It's ghetto as mf

- Kaylee (2/5): Bad Experience - That you could drive up to your room. That's really it that I liked. The room was ok, but there was a lot of cosmetic damage to the room. The AC didn't work for most of the time we were there and due to that the room was boiling hot. It only started to cool the room at 4 a.m.; when we turned it on at about 7pm. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and the sheets were thin. The sheets were ok considering it was very, very hot in the room. The sink faucet was cracked and breaking. The other guests were incredibly loud in the morning and at night.

- Elizabeth (10/5): - Stayed here as a solo traveler for one night. The area was safe and quiet. There were several options for eating. The check in/out process was easy convenient. Staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean, everything in working order, and the bed was comfortable. Plus the room had a nice, fresh scent and didn’t smell like cleaning products. Loved it!

- Amber (2/5): - They illegally kicked us out and entered our room when we were at work. We paid for the day and they said that they didn’t know or have record even though I had the confirmation that it went through through Expedia they didn’t even try to contact us before they went in the room to ask us if we had or will pay for the room. After they entered the room, they contacted my boyfriend at 11:18 on 18 minutes after checkout they stated as if we were targeted they stated that we had to leave when we got off of work due to the condition of the room is a short video I have the video showing how we left the room and it is cleaner than when we arrived that’s for sure. Now we paid for a night and we have nowhere to go all because the receptionist don’t like me or has something against me. She was very rude on a few occasions when I had to deal with her. She wouldn’t even give me a room key or access to anything even though the Expedia account was in my name, and I could prove that to her.
