• jagodaxxx (6/5): Room for improvement - We visited this hotel early October and can fairly say it wasn’t the best. We have paid for an upgrade to Jacuzzi room which was worth the money everything about the room and cleaning was great :) we got vouchers for free Starbucks drinks which was nice. All the reception staff, housekeeping and bar staff was helpful. Then it started going down from there. Entertainment- Throughout 10 days we have been there we have seen entertainment person once. Not a whole team just one person it was awful, there was one game of darts and thats all. Restaurant/food- Every night we had to wait until the last minute to go have dinner as restaurant couldn’t accommodate all the guests, one night there was no tables available inside, outside or even at the restaurant next door so we skipped dinner and ate out. (Bare in mind we visited mid October so it wasn’t a busy period) Not enough sun beds- Throughout the whole stay we had to pay hotel next door for sun-beds on the beach because no matter if you come at 10am or 2pm there was no space on Narcia side whatsoever. Pool- Once again not enough sun beds around pool and aqua park extremely cold water in the pool it was warmer to go to the beach. Extras- Ridiculous prices for pool table. You are expected to pay €6 for 30mins of pool game cash only. Table tennis is “free” but throughout the day you cant use it as the balls are nowhere to be found and reception doesn’t store spares so you need to wait till evening time for the game room to open in order for you to grab some. Location- Great location, close to shops, beach and bus in front of the hotel takes you to Old Town Side. We paid extra for late check out, had to move to a different room for few hours which was fine staff was accommodating it was helpful for us as our flight wasn’t till 9pm. Overall, it wasn’t our first time in Side and we can fairly say there are better hotels around so if you have a choice go elsewhere and you will be happier :)) Hotel wasn’t awful but there are things that could make the experience so much better.
• 342evieh (10/5): Enjoy holiday ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ - We had a holiday at this hotel with my friend. Everything was great. We had a wonderful holiday. We didn't get bored. We saw Türkiye's natural beauties and participated in many activities. The hotel is well-located. Good food, good music, great animation. I liked the show programs. We would like to thank Romeo and Aydın who work in the animation department. They were also very good guides. If you want to see them at this hotel, you should definitely see them if you go to this hotel.
• W2147WKhelenr (10/5): That was ok :) - Staying from 9-17.05.2025. You can start with Russian and English. You can also ask for a bracelet to be put around your foot. WIFI throughout the territory. Separate air conditioning in the room, but the engine outside is roaring like crazy. The gym is equipped with everything you need. The room was cleaned every day. The mini-bar is stocked with water and soft drinks. Safe is paid. The food is delicious. Hummus is excellent. Something for children of all ages to do on the territory. There is a playroom for small children, where they can run around. Carousels outside that start in the evening. Older children can enjoy water fun. Older children can get procedures in the SPA for money. Evening entertainment is different every evening. Local alcohol is included in the price. I'm not an expert on taste, but whoever wanted to drink themselves silly could handle it. You can even get milk from the bar for small children in the evening. When there are more people, the 3 elevators are quite busy. I only went up the stairs myself. I was on the sixth floor. Sea view. The rooms are clean but the furniture and walls are a bit tired. There were "sticks" drying on the balcony. Vegans, bring plant-based milk to drink your coffee with. The food was wild. 22 types of cheese. Meat both hot and cold. Cake and tart for every taste. The choice for vegans was a bit limited. Not that I was hungry, I just didn't know what was added to the hot dishes. Sauces for every taste. Oh, if you consume mayonnaise/ketchup, bring your own, because the local one is sour. Pizza/bread oven next to the pool. The evening "wok-making shoud" is great. Ice cream is available in a cup and waffle.
• Olinka_Kr (10/5): Excellent vacation - Thanks you for beautiful vacation in Narcia resort side. Hotel have very nice rooms (in main building), everyday cleaning, everyday we have water in fridge. First day we have bottle od fanta and cola in fridge for free too. You Can eat 24/7 if you want. During all night od restaurant open and bar in reception too. Very good meal, lots of vegetables, varianties of meat, fish, some grilled specialities included. Cozy coctails in pool bar, I recommended drink Narcia special. Sandy beach is 10 minutes away from hotel, Shuttle bus for freee every 20 min. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Very good animation program during day and especially in the evening. Really gooooood hotel for your vacation, mainly for children 😊
• D6704BCnathanl (4/5): Proceed with caution! - Having recently returned from 7 nights at Narcia, I feel I have to give prior warning for anyone looking to book here. Starting off with the positive: Cleanliness - The cleaners did a great job in the hotel rooms and around the hotel in general. This is the only reason I didn't give it 1 star. The negatives: Food - Repetitive, low-quality food. Although we hadn't budgeted for eating out most nights from the hotel, we had to. The food was really poor. Drinks - Unpredictable. You never get the same drink twice. Staff - Most staff could not speak a word of English. This I suspect is due to the fact the hotel almost exclusively occupied by non-English speaking guests. Guests - If you are British, expect to be in the minority and expect to be shocked how rude certain cultures can be. Entertainment - Budget. Keep expectations low. Kids Aqua Park - Ice cold in a shaded area. This park was empty pretty much all the time. We went in with the kids once and it was that cold we never did it again. Main Pool - Again, ice cold. 140cm depth all the way around so no shallow end. We wouldn't be in a hurry to return.
• dianaflorea (10/5): Best hotel in Side - It is the third time I return to this hotel, on October 14th we celebrate 30 years of marriage, there is no better place to celebrate, I can't wait to get there! Everything is excellent, spacious rooms, tasty food, very good drinks, excellent location for shopping, sandy beach, sea with smooth entrance.

• A399XCanat (4/5): Vacation from hell - If you can't stand extreme hot, don't visit Antalya at August. It says 30 degrees but feels like 50, because humidity is 40%. There is 3 elevators, 1 always broken, the area around no A/C. So you wait 20 - 30min on elevators every time you want to use it, because even the staff uses them. Sunbeds around pools were always busy with towels but people only around animation time which is 1h per day. Same happens on the beach. One day we tried the pool inside, which was smelling on chlorine, after few hours my kid got water poisoning. They use shuttle to transport you to the beach, but every second day was broken. Animation at night was made in area where you literally stand and sweat. Because no space again. During breakfast/lunch /dinner you wait 1h to eat, because no space and the food is traditional all with spices. They close the fridges with water bottles after eating time and in morning they pick up milk 30min before time for breakfast ends. They lock coffee machines around the same time so if you want to drink coffee after breakfast you must go back to lobby which is 1 floor up and always busy with people, because there people wait their bus for airport. The game room which has kids playground, is not allowed to leave your kid, but also no chairs or any waiting area, so again you stand 1-2h till your kid get tired. Before to arrive they told me they let late check out, when day came, me and my daughter with fever, I tried to explain we are not well but they didn't wanted to listen, so instead to give me 6h, they let me use the room only 3 h and the group of new tourists arrived 30min before we left. Meaning they had room, they just didn't cared about it. My vacation was literally hell, hope my review will help you in your decisions.
• AndreaH2052 (10/5): Great for families with little ones - We only spent 4 nights in Narcia. A family room, with two separate bedrooms and a bathroom, which was super modern 'club' room with air con and an amazing shower!!! Our room overlooked the waterpark. I am English and my husband and kids are Turkish. There are few Brits there, which I am fine with. Most guests are Russian, German, Dutch, Polish etc.. The place is very busy in August, yet you get a great atmosphere. The staff are all lovely and the place is so clean. I think it is a perfect place if you have little kids as they have a little funfair, water park, entertainment, little ride on electric animal bikes and so on.
• Tariq (2/5): 2-stjernet beskidt hotel med ringe personale. - Virkelig dårlig hotel og beskidt. Rengøring kom kun for at hurtig fikse sengetøj og der gik flere dage før de skiftet det. Toilettet blev heller ikke gjort rent. Personalet brugte så meget tid på gangene om morgen og larmet vildt meget. Ingen aircon kun der hvor der var personale. Aircon på værelserne virkede on/off. Total arrogant personale, hvis man klaget fik man af vide: vi gør det om 10 min men der blev aldrig fulgt op på problemet. Mad område mega beskidt og forfærdelig mad altså virkelig dårlig. 2 stjernet hotel. Spar jeres penge og hold jer væk.
• Hamila (2/5): Not what we expected - This hotel did not live up to the standards and expectation that were initially set by the hotel. When we first arrived the bathroom smelled like urine. We went to the reception where we asked for a new room to which they replied, that the smell was a problem in every room. However they sent a guy out to fix the problem. The smell did leave for a few days however it returned shortly after. A lot of the stuff in our room were rusty, the walls had several cracks and holes. The rooms did not get efficiently cleaned. A lot of the staff members were angry and would talk badly about the guests in Turkish. Due to the above mentioned conditions we chose to leave earlier, as it became too unbearable to stay at the hotel. The entertainment for the kids were however really amazing.

Alexa at guest relation is very rude unprofessional and has no manners or training. She is dealing with guests to maintain good relationship but her attitude and service is very poor. She doesn’t deserve to be in this position.
• Fatma (4/5): - This was the second time we went on holiday in narcia resort. First time was 6 years ago that time was all good. This time we felt like we overpayed, room was dirty/ airconditing was leaking. Overal we diddnt enjoy our vacation. We couldnt find a place to sit near the pool/ yet in the restaurant. Always short in tables. Or it was all taken we had to pull chairs to use for our stuff. No we wre not amused never again.

Hotels.com/Expedia bot mir keine Entschädigung. Ich könne lediglich ein anderes Hotel buchen, was ich nach einer langen Anreise und mit Koffern an der Rezeption nicht akzeptiert habe. Was ist was für eine Service von Hotels.com/Expedia? Am besten vor der Anreise die Buchung vom Hotel bestätigen lassen!

One day I had to drink cold tea because they could not manage heating the tea. There are better hotels in Side, this is five stars hotels but it is not like five stars. We had to leave our car on the street, sometimes street was also busy. We stayed in three five stars hotels nearby but this was the worst one, though the budget was similar. they need more staff, better organization.

• Günter (10/5): - Schönes Hotel, sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Essen war gut und vielfältig. Buss Transfer zum Hoteleigenen Strandbar und Strand alle paar minuten direkt vorm Hotel. Zimmer täglich gereinigt und sauber. Wir waren sehr Zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.
• Maya (2/5): Ingen 5-stjärnigt resort. - Dåligt bemötande av personalen på receptionen. Fick ingen information om hotelet, mat tider mm. Hamnade på anexet som inte är själva hotelet. Det var sunket, gammalt och absolut inte 5- stjärnigt. Fick gå till receptionen och byta rum till huvudbyggnaden mot en avgift. Maten var bra men allt annat var dåligt. Det är ingen 5-stjärnigt resort.

• Selim (8/5): Leuke hotel. Ultra all inclusive met vele activite - Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Hotel beschikt over vele interne acommodaties en biedt ook gezellige activiteiten aan.
• Izabella (10/5): Хороший отель, прекрасный отдых! - Отдыхали в июле 2018 большой компанией - я с мужем, две взрослые дочери, каждая со своей семьёй. Общим числом - 9 человек, пятеро взрослых и четверо детей от 4 до 13 лет. Отель очень понравился. Как говорится, что на витрине - то и в магазине. Действительно, хорошо подходит для отдыха с детьми. Малышами занимались с утра - дети рисовали, лепили фигурки из муки с солью, раскрашивали сумки по трафарету, украшали пиццу - аккуратно выкладывали начинку на раскатанные лепёшки. Всё под руководством девочек-аниматоров. Вечером - детская дискотека. Всё доброжелательно, легко, увлекательно. Детям очень нравилось! Перед отъездом грамоты вручили. Прекрасная память. Хорошее питание. Каждый мог подобрать себе еду по вкусу. Некоторые блюда казались острыми, солёными. Но можно было найти альтернативу. Много фруктов, сладостей. На горячее предлагалась и курица, и рыба, и мясо. Гарниры разнообразные. Обслуживание в ресторане прекрасное. Ни одного косого взгляда, даже если дети испачкали скатерть или уронили прибор. Тут же подойдут заменят. В целом отель выглядел чисто. А вот номера убирались не очень тщательно. В углах пыль. Как-то упали очки, отлетели под тумбочку в ванной. Достала в ворохе пыли.И очень душно в лифте. Кнопка с изображением вентилятора есть, нажимаешь - ничего не меняется.Мест на пляже хватало.А вот у большого бассейна к концу нашего пребывания (очевидно, был наплыв гостей) шезлонгов не хватало. Но эти мелочи не испортили нам впечатления!В целом - очень хороший отель!
• Aydin (8/5): 3 night stay - I have selected this hotel based on user reviews and hoping that 5* will be at least 4* level. Checkin was fast, room smells and hard to get rid of smell. Hotel Russians oriented and I have no problem with it except the fact that drunk couples fight each other 3 a,m, when other people sleeping. Territory of hotel is small. Beach is nearby (300m) and bus every 10 minutes leaves there and back. WiFi is unstable at all, very bad. Food was OK but could be better. I call it there were so many food that was nothing to eat.
• cat (10/5): nice hotel - What a great place to be in with warm friendly staff. the food was first class and what a nice looking hotel in a great location. Shuttle service to a private beech which was only minutes away if walked. The rooms where quality cleaned every single day. i Cannot say much else about the place but would surely return and would recommend anybody to try this place out. You will for sure love the different varieties of foods presented each day

• KJELL (8/5): Bra medelklasshotell - Man får vad man betalar för och lite till. Billigt all inclusivehotell med bra rum med sat tv och A/C. Maten var god. Färska bröd och mycket goda sallader till alla mål. Bra lunch på beachen där kebaben var bäst. Snacks och god glass som mellanmål. Kött, fisk och fågel till middagen. Bra sandbeach. Inget hotell för småbarn. Ingen kvällsunderhållning. Mest tyskar och ryssar. Dåligt vin men god öl och Raki.
• Renata (8/5): Нам понравилось - Хорошее сочетание цены и качества. Много развлечений для деток: 2 лабиринта, детская площадка, игровая комната, водные горки. Вкусное мороженое. Уборка номера хорошая, состояние самого номера приемлемое, кое-где отходят или порваны обои. Номер достаточно большой. Есть чайник, набор чая и кофе. Ванна просторная. Еда вкусная, а вот качество уборки столов и чистота посуды не очень радовали. Приборы часто приходилось брать самим в ящиках, детские стульчики часто были не протертые после других деток. Официанты на улице убирали солонки прямо из-под носа за полчаса до окончания ужина, правда после укоризненного взгляда возвращали обратно :) в целом, персонал приветливый. Замечательные женщины делают замечательные лепешки и омлеты. Соки вкусные из пакетов, вода в бутылках в неограниченном количестве. Море шикарное, береговая линия широкая, мягкий песок. Для деток просто сказка. На обед в отель ни разу не ходили. Ели в ресторане на пляже.

• dina (4/5): Some stuff - The hotel, food even services was not suited to 5 star hotel. The only thing that stopped me from changing the hotel was the ( guest relations) she was nice and Driver Adnan, some of the animation stuff. Otherwise there was no internet or when they clean the room they don't replace the empty stuff. They was bad. The public bathroom was discasting ???

Zespół animatorów rewelacyjny. Do plaży (hotelowej) 5 min. spacerem lub busem hotelowym. Polecam budynek główny. Warto się wybrać!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - hotrl bastante cómodo y muy bien ubicado, personalmente yo creo que debe ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas, los programas de entretenimiento durante el día no cambian, siempre son los mismos, por otro lado sigo sin entender el por qué los horarios tan limitados de los toboganes los cuales operan entre 10:00 y 12:00 y desde las 14:30 hasta las 17:30, no es porque hay algún operador o persona pendiente de los niños durante el periodo operativo. En mi caso la habitación estaba bien, pero la habitación de mis colegas estaba en muy malas condiciones. Como dije anteriormente la comida es muy buena y bastante variada, los espectáculos nocturnos también son bastante buenos, en mi caso solo pude ver dos y fueron bastante interesantes. La playa está a unos ocho minutos caminando desde el hotel, lo cual está bien aceptable además cuentan con un servicio de transporte hotel-playa-hotel cada 20 minutos, hasta las 17:45. En conclusión es un hotel de categoría media comparando con las opciones que hay por la zona.
