Wij hebben een kamer met twee ruime twee persoons bedden geboekt en kregen een kamer met twee grote een persoons bedden, terwijl we met 4 personen waren. Het restaurant was ontzettend duur. ‘S ochtends hebben we gebeld voor het taxi busje naar de receptie om onze koffers op te pikken, maar die kwam niet - dus moesten we uiteindelijk zelf lopen. De kosten van de taxi naar de airport zijn daarom uiteindelijk door het hotel betaald, maar van een 5 sterren hotel verwacht je gewoon wat anders.

Lovely swimming pool , beautiful restaurants and every member of staff goes the extra mile. Loved every minute. Not keen on the area as nothing much around however we stayed one night so this did not matter. A hotel where you stay on site.

We had 2 free bottles of water a day for a family of 4 and then youd have to buy expensive large glass bottles from the pool bar. Would much rather there were free or if not, cheaper plasric bottles available like in other places we stayed.

When by the pool we loved the extra offers of ice cream and other items. Nice little local restaurant outside and nice restaurant options inside. Loved the live music in the evening. - Haynes (10/5): Paradise - The staff were outstanding; attentive, genuine & not over bearing. The location was very convenient for the airport, approx 20 mins. You could easily walk into Nai Yang along the beach in 15 mins. The entire hotel decor is very tasteful & well maintained. It was spotlessly clean. Overall, the armosphere was very calm & relaxing. The beachfront bar also served the best club sandwich ever! Everything was perfect. Literally zero fault from start to finish.
- rre10208 (10/5): Great Location close to the Airport with an Upgraded Room! - This was the perfect stay for the night before flying back to the US! Originally, I was going to book this hotel to stay the day before my 10:30pm departure but I’m thankful I chose to stay a full day/night before. They upgraded my room to a spacious modern private villa with pool, loungers and direct access to the beach. If I return to Phuket, I will stay here for longer as it’s great area. The beach is walkable to a great authentic Thai restaurant to the left and to the right there’s a small village.

- Mariafrcarvalho (8/5): Enjoyable stay - We had a very enjoyable stay at the Marriott Phuket Nai Yang Beach Resort & Spa. The staff were truly friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. I would especially highlight the breakfast team and the restaurant The Andaman Kitchen, who were incredibly attentive to detail. As someone who is gluten intolerant, I really appreciated how, after mentioning it once, the team consistently took it into account throughout our stay 🥰. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. We also really enjoyed Mama's Kitchen, which offers very good traditional Thai dishes. The hotel design creates a relaxing atmosphere. The only small point to mention is the beach directly in front of the hotel, the sea can be quite shallow and far out, with the water level rising only a few hours per day. However, if you walk a bit to the right, the beach conditions improve. The hotel also offers kayaking, which we really enjoyed during high tide. Overall, we had a very good stay.

We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and our love of the Marriott brand! We were impressed from the moment we arrived. What a gorgeous tranquil setting. Special thanks to the lovely and helpful Mook in reservations and the smiley and friendly Molly on reception. Breakfast was plentiful and everything you could hope for. Our pool view room was perfect. We loved the pool area and the vast beach. Yes the sea is far out but the beach is still beautiful. We enjoyed to walk out to the small island (at low tide) and if you do this at sunset then wow! We also walked along the beach to the Nai Yang village (10 min walk) and were really impressed with the vast amount of restaurants in the village. We especially liked Phens on the beach. There are a couple of thai restsurants on the beach right next to the hotel and we enjoyed lunch here a couple of times. We especially liked Kiaw Food Shack. The hotel have a sunset ritual on the beach most evenings which we enjoyed. Complimentary drinks whilst listening to live music and an open fire to toast marshmallows. Just a lovely way to end the day. We also saw horses running along the beach. We really enjoyed our unexpected stay here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Marriott Nai Yang.

- SariyaR1 (10/5): A Sweet Escape Before Baby Arrives - If you’re looking for chill vibes, this place is perfect. It’s right on a super quiet beach (none of the crazy crowds) The room was big, super clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The whole place just feels really relaxed and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to the staff too, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Especially "K.Molly and K.Anna" at the front desk. As soon as they noticed I’m pregnant, they upgraded my room and made sure it was close to the elevator—without me even asking. I was honestly so impressed with how thoughtful and caring their service was. Food was a win. Breakfast had a ton of options. And I really enjoyed the dinner at Big Fish restaurant. Would 100% come back again.

From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. A big thank you to Molly and Nancy, who truly went above and beyond to make my stay extra comfortable. They kindly arranged a room upgrade for me, which was such a pleasant surprise and also assisted with a late check-out — something I really appreciated as it made my travel plans much more convenient. Both of them were warm, professional & always ready to help with a smile. Their genuine hospitality made a big difference and made me feel very well taken care of Highly recommended 👍🏻 and I would definitely love to return!

When you go to the pool, there will be people serving you cold drink which is quite nice. They also handed out water melon during one of the hot afternoons when my kids are swimming. Beach is very clean and some days there are horses roaming around. It is really a very quiet property, peaceful and serene. Buggy rides are available 24/7 if you need. Initially we thought we can just snorkel off the beach. But it’s a very flat beach. You will need to walk out like 1-2km before you can really swim.. Low tide most of the time too. Need to walk nearer (walk 15min) to the airport direction (along the shore) to have a nicer beach that you can have a dip into in. It’s also more happening at that side, with private long tail boats that you can rent and there are some pop up stores/super market. Hotel Price is steep since you can’t really “play” at the beach just at the doorstep… especially when buffet breakfast is not included… away from major malls too..

- andyy844 (10/5): Really great resort for a quick, convenient break. - We stayed here for a week and found this to be a really wonderful, secluded resort with a huge beach that was largely unoccupied. I was a little concerned as some of the earlier reviews I’d read said that the resort was looking tired and that the staff were not great. It couldn’t have been further from the truth. The team were excellent, attentive but not invasive, Diamond and the team in Big Fish were particularly good. Despite being super close to the airport there was little noise and actually makes for a super convenient quick break. Negatives; not many. It would be a struggle to head out for a drink or meal without jumping in a taxi, same goes for getting to the sea when the tide is out, but these are minor. I’m sure we will be back.

The hotel is tucked away in a private quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of Phuket. It is a modern and beautifully laid out property with a beautiful pool and facilities. It is clean and the grounds are well cared for making it inviting for guests. The front desk women, Nancy and Sara, took wonderful care of us. Check in and check out was easy and they were particularly accommodating in helping us find a taxi to take us to our next location. We highly recommend this location for a relaxing stay in an otherwise busy part of Thailand!!

One thing thst made our stay special was the "above and beyond" service we received from Jin at the fromt desk. We had accidently left some of our belongings at the previous hotel in Krabi. Jin promptly coordinated with her counterpart and arranged for a cost-effective solution. "Bad-a-bing" the next day our goods were in our room. Thank you Jin!!.

Very relaxing resort with good facilities and service. Lovely bars, restaurants and pool area. Room was a deluxe king with sea views , was a little dated and tiny wardrobe, but ok since we only stayed a couple of nights. Was quite a long walk along beach to local town which you can only do daytime, at night it’s a 10 min taxi. Ideal for quick stop over as only 15 mins to airport

- RobBarbN (10/5): Highly recommended Holiday Destination - We've just returned from a wonderful two week stay at the Phuket Marriott Resort Nai Yang beach. What can we say except everything was perfect! The staff were all so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. In particular we would like to thank Anna in reception who dealt with all our queries quickly and efficiently (and with a smile). We celebrated our 35th Wedding Anniversary during our stay and Adi went above and beyond with his customer care to arrange special decorations and cake in our room to greet us on return from dinner, making it an even more memorable evening. We spent a lot of time sunbathing by the pool. Jarat, who was responsible for managing the pool area, was very friendly and helpful and was always talking to guests to ensure they had everything they needed to enjoy their holiday. We were continually supplied with glasses of iced water throughout the day by Rit and Tian - a great idea implemented by Jarat. This was a very welcome gesture as the weather was so hot. We have been on many sun holidays over the years and this is the first time we have ever had this service provided. Well done Jarat. All the meals we had at the hotel were delicious. The breakfast buffet is enormous with a big variety of different cuisines. Mama's Kitchen was our favourite restaurant and is right next to the beach. We were always well looked after but in particular we would like to thank Kam, Nuch and Beer who would always spend time talking to us and having a laugh. A great holiday destination. Thank you to everyone.

- harelfam5 (8/5): Would recomend but hesitantly... - Disabled friendly. Very clean, great service, restaurants, spa, gym and more. Expensive compared to other hotels at the same level, which is reflected in extras such as water sports, spa, cosmetic treatments, pilates, etc, some of them do not always working. There are no activities such as games or activities at ghe pool being a hotel for relaxation but on the other hand, includes families with children and youth. There are free shuttles to the center of Phuket only twice a day, in the morning and at noon, and not in the afrernoon/ evenings when people want to go out to spend time in shopping centers. Disapointed for some services like the pilates which is not profesional and at the spa, the manicure products are old and the same day color of nails just peeled off, booked for a repair and then I confirmed that the nail colors were dry /expired.

There was always something fun and creative to do with Meya Aommy and Btiherny (sorry if I write the names wrong) the 12 year old usually doesn’t like kids clubs but she loved this one there was painting on caps and umbrellas and face painting. So many fun activities on the resort, we enjoyed movie night. Restaurants on site were delicious and had beautiful views on the beach. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. Our family enjoyed playing card games on the balcony overlooking the pool. We absolutely would go back and stay again.

Este mediu ca si calitate dar acceptabil. Personalul foarte ok mancarea buna mai putin micul dejun care nu pot sa spun ca a fost atat de bun. Resortul destul de intortocheat chiar daca era micut mergeai mult si urcai scari peste scari. Alei cu bitum, pe langa piscina beton cu pietricele, nu prea relaxanta zona de piscina. Plaja ok doar ca in zona aceea se varsa un rau care era cam murdar. Locatia este indepartata fata de orice.. trebuie bolt sau taxi ca sa ajungi chiar si la un magazin.. in rest oriunde mergi faci minim 30 minute cu masina. Am facut si 1-2 ore catre destinatiile de baza ale zonei.

The hotel also offers lot of activities within the hotel so one can never be bored. We also joined in the cooking classes and got to learn Thai cooking in a fun way. I loved the breakfast an never missed a single one in our 7 days stay. Spa is always booked out so need advance booking

Очень тихое место для тех кто хочет отдохнуть от всего . Единственный минус это море которое очень далеко уходит от берега , чтобы покупаться нужно далеко идти от берега … либо идти вдоль пляжа в соседний поселок около 10 минут . Были в этом отеле первый раз в начале декабря , возможно в другое время моря рядом .
