En el momento de pago por dos noches el total fue de 272 dólares, no lo que estimaba de 142 dólares. En el resumen de Booking apareció cargos de seguro por la estadía de 130 dólares, que deberían ser reembolsables.

• Domingas (1/5): Moldy hotel - Nothing really! It had a moldy smell from the reception area to the next building. The smell was so bad that I was sick for two days. No parking my boyfriend drove with his daughter from Tampa at midnight he asked about parking they send him to a public parking lot 4 blocks down from the hotel. He was not comfortable leaving his daughter’s car in the lot they stayed up all night in the car. When I checked in I asked if all 3 rooms can be close by and when my daughter and sister checked in they put all three of us in 3 separate buildings. The receptionist looked angry like I have her stuck in a moldy building. The bar is around the corner they have happy hour from 5-6 it took me 20 minutes to get a drink because the bartender was serving everyone else, and act like she didn’t see me. I wouldn’t stay at that hotel if they gave me a room for $10! My son in law paid extra money for pool access and he was told the pool was closed and they wouldn’t refund his money. The pool was so small they should advertise it as a jacuzzi!

They did there best and finally made it find out you had resold their room. 2 children had to sleep in a car on the street last night. You need to think about that terrible policy. Angel was awesome as well as every one of the front desk staff were patient as well as accommodating. This is my 5th stay. Regarding deposits due at check in: Every hotel in the area charges deposits, understandably. I do not mind paying 1 deposit but after adding an additional night stay It was requested another $100. Deposit & I think that is unfair. The deposit should be carried over. Then waiting 1 week for the return was unwelcome, given that I was a return customer with no history of making trouble or damaging the room. Consideration should have been made & if there is a change of staffing, follow-up on emails since I was told 1 person authorizes returns(and once they found out they acted quickly I am grateful)!

When they showed us to the room it had mold and smelled like sewage. When we went to the front desk to tell them and ask for another room they said there were no other rooms and refused to refund our money. The housekeepers said the staff was aware and that every time they clean the rooms the smell comes back an hour later. We called booking.com and they refused to refund the money as well. They said I should have read the reviews. There is a huge difference between some uncleanliness and a health hazard due to fecal matter in the air. Extremely unhappy with both companies.

Is not clean, I stayed for three days, and from the moment I arrived, the room was not cleaned properly. There was a strong mix of unpleasant smells throughout the hotel. Our flight was canceled from Miami, and it was in the 11:00 hour, but apparently Booking.com wouldn't look for a room for us for the same day. First time ever writing a review for a hotel and I must warn everyone about the lack cleanliness. Horrible Dirty bed sheets; hairs in both beds. Bathroom dirty
• Andrew (3/5): OK for 1 night. Would not stay here again. - There was no parking- Had to Pay $46/day to park in a public lot down the street. No elevators for 2nd floor.
• Jackson (8/5): The room was fine but parking was not available and last minute deposit - I did not like the none parking situation and the last minute deposit after arriving
• Maria (4/5): room was nice, no parking and no food - it’s pretty, the room was clean and i felt safe they don’t have any parking at all, had to walk about a block away with all my belongings back and forth and constantly pay for parking and move my car around so it wouldn’t get towed, it’s also not in a very convenient or safe area to be walking around

• J514MYdaniels (2/5): Really disappointing - After arriving too early for check in we left our bags and returned at the time told to return of 4pm and when checking in we’re told about a resort fee $72 which was for towels at the pool and access to a happy hour, which was still very chargeable, after that we go to our room which was a queen room not a twin queen room we booked, the only reason we booked was the twin room. When challenges at reception regards the mistake the lady just was dismissive and had a bad attitude offered no resolution or even extra blankets or pillows so one of us could have slept on the floor! So at 5pm ish I then had to find alternative accommodation which was not easy or cheap to do so when Naomi was already pretty much booked due to public holidays and concerts happening. Overall left out of pocket and feeling worthless by rude staff. The lady in the morning time was pleasant and helpful however

• Mitchell (8/5): A very comfortable space to allow myself to spend time in Miami Beach - Angel at the front desk was exceptional. She was professional, friendly and helpful. The room had very useful items even a wine bottle opener. The little dressing table with a mirror was unique. The room itself was very comfortable. The restaurant hours menu and workers are all top notch. No information about access to park while checking in and then they need to go and park your car in a different location. It would’ve been very helpful if there was information about pulling into the driveway and where you would access that driveway.

• Saint Jean (3/5): - Room size Oceanside have not yet refunded my advance 100 USD even after a month. No response to any of my reminder mails. While taking the advance, reception staff said the refund will be immediately on check out. This is making us lose trust on your booking partner, Booking.com also for referring/recommending your hotel. The housekeeping service was also poor. Bath towels collected was not replaced. Going for a shower, I had to dress again, come to reception, wait and collect towels. Intercom was not working. Room key card reader in the door is of poor quality. Every time it opened only after repeated attempts. Reported to reception about the issue no solution
