- Verified traveler (2/5): 호텔 운영팀 꼭 읽어보시고 개선 바랍니다. - 욕실에 곰팡이 많고 샤워기호스에 머리카락 뭉탱이 걸려있고 배게에 머리카락 있었음 들어가자마자 천정에 벌레한마리 잡았구요 욕실보고 침대 이불 덮지도 않고 위에서 잤습니다. 와이프는 무섭다고 샤워부스 들어가지도 않았고 아이는 씻기지도 못하고 잠만자고 나왔어요 주차할곳도 없고 한화콘도 2틀 자고 서울오기전 하루 잤는데 마지막날 기분잡쳤음 청결상태가 참. 호텔이 맞는지 피곤하니 잠만자고 나왔음 어딜가나 애때문에 조식먹는데 먹을 엄두도 안남 평점이 괜찮아서 예약했는데 나만당할수 없다 일부러들 그런건지 하아~~ (사진 많은데 다른분들 정신건강을 생각해 올리지는 않겠음)
- Verified traveler (4/5): Stay here if you are not picky. - If you are looking for a hotel near Everland, this is the place. And the staffs are very nice and kind. But that’s it. There were dirty spots right above the headboard. And the hair conditioner was like hell. Wasn’t it supposed to be silky?? I had to pump some time because maybe the amount of the soap wasn’t enough but it wasn’t. Just bring your own hair conditioner. And I don’t recommend you purchase the breakfast if you are non-Korean. It seems everyday same manu and not many choice. It’s mainly focus to Korean. And about the pool, they open 11am to 6pm so if you are planing to go to pool, don’t go out for other activity because that’s the only time that you can use the pool. And the ppl upstairs, there were so loud and their foot step sound was so bad. So I had to complain to the counter. But like I said above, the staffs are really nice and kind, so they offered me changing room.
- Eunjung (2/5): 청결상태 엉망입니다 - 소독냄새 엄청심하게나면서 전체적인 청결상태는 별하나도 아깝네요;; 욕실의 벽면과샤워기는 곰팡이 투성이고 냄새가너무심해 문열려다 깜놀 방충망의 먼지와 커텐이 시커멓고 벌레도 기어다니고 윗방의 발망치소리 하며 하나마음에 드는 부분이 없네요~~ 여기예약하시는분은 한번더 생각해보심이~ 단하나 장점은 에버랜드에서 가깝다 그거하나 이구요 돈아까워서 잠만자고 아침일찍 퇴실했습니다 부디 이런글 관계자분들 보시고 개선되었으면 하네요~~숙박요금을 받으면서 최소한의 청결은 되어있어야 되지않나요? 아토피 딸램은 샤워도 안했어요;;
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - Slightly older property but well maintained and clean. Ended up booking amother night here because we wanted to stay until EverLand closed. Shuttle is small but we were able to get spots on it for the next day. It runs from 930 - 2000. We took a taxi back to the hotel from EverLand since we stayed past 2000. Staff is very nice and helpful! There is a hill that u need to walk up to get Building A and B. B is further back. There was an English speaking staff member.

- James (10/5): So welcoming our family loved the place - The check in and evening team are especially wonderful, so welcoming especially for foreigners. Made us feel very welcome including showing us to our rooms. Shuttle service to/from Everland operated by the hotel is excellent in a modern Hyundai van. Breakfast buffet is a good fare, though not a lot of options in evening. Would definitely recommend for those travelling to Everland and surrounding area.
- EUNYOUNG (10/5): 만족했습니다. 재방문 의사 있어요:) - 가족 여행에 최적인것 같아요. 에버랜드 입구 근처에서 도보로 10분정도 거리인데 저녁 먹고 소화 시키기 좋았어요. 바닥, 침대,이불 먼지도 없고 청결했습니다. (천정에 길게 먼지인지 거미줄인지 있었던건 비밀요 ㅎ) 욕실, 냉장고도 깨끗하고요. 가족 여행 고려하셨는지 좌식 테이블도 있어요. 배달 음식을 시켜도 호텔 입구에서 받으면 반입 가능해서 부담 없었어요. 전화하면 봉고차로 에버랜드 입구까지 픽업 서비스 해주셨고 작지만 수영장도 있어서 아이든 만족도를 높일 수 있었어요. 다음에 또 방문 의사 있습니다:)

- Hyejin (8/5): 재방문 의사있어요 - 위치 마음에 들었어요 에버랜드 3대장 호텔중 가장 멀지만 대신 룸이 넓어서 편해요 주차공간 넉넉치않아 지하에 주차는 못했고 좀 걸었지만 호텔자체가 그렇게 넓지않아 괜찮았어요 근데 층간소음 장난아니예요 물론 애들이 많긴하지만 바닥자체가 울림이 좀 큰것같아요

- sunhung (8/5): 찐 가성비 에버랜드 코앞 숙소 - 어린이날 에버랜드 야간 불꽃놀이까지 보고 늦게 도착했는데도 직원분들의 찐 친절함으로 우리가족이 편안하게 잘 쉬다 갈수 있게 해주셨네요..특히 어린이날이라고 둘째 아이가 좋아할만한 캔디 선물셋트도 주시고 너무너무 감사했습니다 잠만자고 나오는거라 층간소음은 있었지만 자는시간동안은 문제 없었어요..다 자는 시간 이니까요.. 그리고 다음날 체크아웃 하는데 청소하시는 아주머니!! 어쩜 기침하는 저희 둘째 목 말라서 기침하는둘 아시고 물챙겨 주셨는데 너무너무 감사 드립니다 ㅠ 퀸사이즈 침대에 두명자고 더블침대에 저혼자 자고 큰아이는 소파에서 잤는데 너무 포근하게 잘 잤어요 애들은 소파에 푹신한 요깔고 자기만의 공간에서 자는거 좋아했는데 다행입니다

- Verified traveler (8/5): - ホテルも綺麗で、スタッフの方も親切でした！ エバーランドに行く目的でした。 行きはホテルの方が近くのエバーランドの無料シャトルの乗り場まで送ってくださり、シャトルに乗って行けましたが、帰りがホテルの送迎は電話連絡が必要なため、外国人には少し難しいかもしれません。 エバーランドにもタクシー乗り場はありますが、常に停まっているわけではないので、アプリなどで呼ぶ必要があるかと思います。 あと部屋の空調の調整の仕方が分からず、少し部屋の温度が暑かったです。 今度はホテルの方に調整の仕方を確認しようと思います。 総合的にホテルはとても素晴らしかったです。

- Jongmin (8/5): Nice stay for the family of six! - Hotel rooms were nice and cozy, but the parking space is very limited. We did enjoy the nice clean rooms, easy access to the rooms via elevator. Microwave was located in the hallway, so we had to go outside the room to use it. Biggest issue was finding a parking spot. We've had 2 rooms reserved with one car, but still hard to find a parking spot.

- Verified traveler (4/5): 에버랜드 가는 분들은 괜찮아요 - 청결은 기대하지 마시고요, 에버랜드에서 "어디든 씻고 눕기만 하면 좋겟다" 라는 생각이 들 때 가서 바로 씻고 잠들기는 좋습니다. 샤시와 벽이 너무 얇아서 외부와 층간소음이 들리지만 피곤하므로 쓰러져 잘 수 있습니다. 근처에 편의점 많아서 간단히 요기하고 체크아웃하면 딱 입니다.
