- Leila (6/5): Good price and great location - It was cheap and cheerful and just what I needed for one night's stay. The location was great, only 5 mins walk to the Sunway Pyramid. The room was clean and the shower was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a very small kettle in the room and space to hang a couple of clothes. The bed was OK and I had a reasonable night's sleep. It wasn't anything to write home about but did the job for one night.

- chienchen_525 (8/5): Excellent location with many food options, but the sound insulation is poor. - The location is excellent — very close to the mall, with plenty of food options nearby. There’s even a 24-hour restaurant just around the corner downstairs. The only downside is the poor sound insulation. If someone talks in the hallway, it feels like there’s no wall at all.

- SOH (8/5): Overall is good. - Location is excellent and nearby the Sunway Pyramid Mall and Convention Centre because we've big event there. Bathroom is very clean c/w nice water pressure. But the room is quite small. Some furniture need to be upgrading and restoration such as wall paper peer off, vanity top, etc.

- Robert (1/5): Unhelpful staff - Location Booked for 3 nights stay. Had issues with the room's aircon for 2 nights. Azlan, the staff handling the case was verbally intimidating as if I was the one at fault. Reluctantly put me up into another room for the first night and on the second night lied and said all rooms were occupied and later put me up into another room. Did not argue with him as he put on a sour face that's reluctant to help.

They kindly allowed an early check-in, nearly 4 hours ahead of schedule, and provided a secure storage room for our bags until our room was ready. 2- Fantastic location! It’s very close to the water park, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot to unwind after a full day at the water park and the nearby shopping mall.” The room can be cleaner.

The host was friendly and helpful As I tried to pick something which had dropped off on to the floor, I noted a lot of dust under the bad, there was also a black ladish panty and some facial tissues. It pained me and buried my first impression of the facilities.
