- Zita (5/5): Nem hotel! Felújítandó lakas! - Jó helyen volt. Ez nem hotel! Egy nagy ház 9. emeleten néhány szobát kiadtak. Nehéz volt megtalálni és pénzel ment a lift. Rettenetesen ráférne egy felújítás! Lepukkant volt.

- giudici (8/5): Posizione comodissima, pulito, disponibili e cordiali, camere un po’ vuote ma con tutto il minimo indispensabile - Posizione comodissima, pulita Mancano gli appendini per l’accappatoio e questa cosa è un po’ scomoda perché nel periodo più caldo magari ci si fa anche un paio di docce al giorno e non si possono appoggiare in modo che non si sporchino o che non occupino altri spazi e ci sarebbe bisogno di un armadio un po’ più grande o comunque un posto per appoggiare i propri vestiti più grande. Manca uno specchio per intero per potersi vedere, ma per il resto non ci sono proprio problemi assolutamente. Un’altra cosa, è stata la doccia che a un certo punto veniva acqua calda e acqua fredda in alternanza e non si è capito il motivo essendo che nessun altro rubinetto della stanza era aperto

It is not a suite or hotel, it is like a dorm - very loud with paid lift and terrible neighbors. The staff did not care when I was trying to reach them at 2am to do something with the couple staying next door that were screaming and fighting. Stay away from that place

Communication was easy and quick, and they were flexible with both early check-in and leaving our luggage, which made our trip so much smoother. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for our stay in Naples. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would definitely recommend it! 🫶🏼

- Michael (6/5): - La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione collocata vicino alla fermata della metro di Toledo, quindi ci si può spostare facilmente! Unica nota negativa, il phone aveva un pezzo che si staccava, e il “filtro” era da pulire , per il resto tutto perfetto! :)

- Amalia (7/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato presso barbarella suite per tre notti e tutto era ordinato. La camera era pulita. La zona è centralissima ed è stato comodissimo raggiungere via Toledo anche di sera. Zona tranquilla e sempre trafficata. L’appartamento si trova al nono piano quindi è necessario prendere sempre l’ascensore. Quello che è stato più bello è stata la gentilezza del personale: Di chi ci ha accolto e del personale delle pulizie che ci ha fatto anche il favore di tenerci le valigie al check out. Raccomando questa sistemazione per chi ha in mente di visitare Napoli. Pochi appoggi in stanza per i bagagli.
- Kristin (5/5): Verbesserungen wären angebracht - Die Lage war Top, bekamen mehrmals frische Handtücher Der Whirlpool war optisch zwar ansprechend, aber es kam kein warmes Wasser nur eisig kaltes, Leider etwas ärgerlich, fiel uns auch erst am Abend vor der Abreise auf. Die Dusche mit integrierter Sauna ist etwas herunter gekommen, hat aber funktioniert. Vor unserem Zimmer war noch eine Tür und dazwischen eine kleine Tür die nicht zu unserem Zimmer gehörte, ein sogenannter Mini Vorraum. In diesem Raum war eine kleine Toilette, da stank es fürchterlich nach Kanal.
- Federica (3/5): - posizione ottimale al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto attendere mezz’ora per il check in perché l’addetto era in ritardo, dopo avergli scritto due volte si è presentato. la camera era abbastanza pulita ma la tavoletta del water si stacca dalle sedi appena ti siedi e durante il secondo giorno di soggiorno dal bagno usciva un odore di fogna sgradevole che si espandeva in tutta la camera. la camera non si può rendere completamente buia in quanto le tapparelle, sono site sul balcone e quindi se il vicino le ha aperte, la luce filtra dal lato. il telecomando della televisione non è funzionante.

Purtroppo gli scarichi del lavandino e della doccia erano tappati, la maniglia della porta del bagno rotta, la TV non si spegneva col telecomando e il riscaldamento sembrava non funzionare (anche se la struttura non era fredda). Manca l'insonorizzazione nelle stanze...

- GIUSEPPINA (7/5): Un soggiorno speciale nel cuore di Napoli - Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la posizione della stanza, la vasca idromassaggio (anche se il telecomando per cambiare le lucine non funzionava e quindi le lucine cambiavano sempre colore), la camera da letto, il kit bagno e la cortesia e la disponibilità dello staff. Il condizionatore non funzionava purtroppo.

- Elena (5/5): Posizione centrale, ma alcuni aspetti da migliorare. - Struttura centrale, a due passi da piazza Plebiscito. La struttura presenta gravi problemi di pulizia: abbiamo trovato un pezzo di bustina di preservativo in camera, episodio poco piacevole. La jacuzzi funziona male, sembrando più una semplice vasca. Inoltre, il parcheggio convenzionato Immacolata ci è costato €35 per un giorno, senza alcun trattamento speciale promesso. Non c'è nulla di giustificabile per il prezzo richiesto. Purtroppo, non posso consigliare questa struttura.

L'organizzazione offre un'eccellente comunicazione con il personale, dimostrando grande attenzione. Inoltre, l'efficienza nel rispondere alle richieste dei clienti è ottima. Questo rende il soggiorno più piacevole e senza intoppi per tutti. Infine, l'esperienza complessiva risulta estremamente positiva e consigliabile. Remote for TV did not work, no instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi No kettle, no access to hot water, no mugs or proper glasses. Only plastic glasses available. Its a pity that such a nice room does not some extras to make the stay very good.

- Deborah (2/5): - The location was very centralized to most attractions and shopping in Napoli, but the customer service was non-existent. We never received instructions for checking in. If the janitor had not bee there to help us, we would have been out on the street. No one ever answered the phone numbers or emails that were listed in the "contact us" link. There was no concierge service as advertised, no front desk coverage at all and the front desk, in fact, was just outside our room. These owners were ABSOLUTELY non-responsive to requests, service, etc. I would NOT recommend Barbarella Suites to anyone who appreciates customer service.

- Marika (6/5): - Posizione comodissima, staff gentile e disponibile La camera possiede un bagno turco e una vasca idromassaggio ma non è stato possibile utilizzarli il primo per mancato funzionamento del board, il secondo perchè probabilmente non usato da molto produceva male odore ad aprire il rubinetto.
