• Carlo 8 (9/5): Perfetto per famiglie e comodo! - Appartamento a pochi passi dal centro storico, dai mezzi pubblici e da un bellissimo parco. Pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario. La piccola piscina è una chicca per riprendersi dal caldo spagnolo. Adatto alle famiglie con bambini. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Frigorifero ed impianto di climatizzazione un pochino rumosi di notte. Sia l'appartamento che la piscina avrebbero necessità di essere ristrutturati. Bagno piccolo.

Le joli parc Del Turia et del Real à 5 min à pieds. Très proche des super marchés et boulangerie. Appartement spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes. Services au top, avec changement de serviettes de bain tout les 3 jours et draps 1 fois semaine. Hote toujours à l écoute et réponse rapide. Concierge sympathique qui nous a réglé rapidement le problème sur un volet. Piscine couverte sympathique. Plage de la Malvarrosa à 15 min en tram. Assez bruyant la nuit du aux pompes a chaleur pour la climatisation. Piscine sympathique qui pourrait être un peu plus entretenue,

• Sharon (6/5): Fine for a short stay - Location was very good The indoor pool was not clearly described as unheated, only in the guest summary it was then indicated as "Opinions on the swimming pool were mixed, with some finding it too cold." In reality it was freezing. I only chose this accommodation because of the pool due to my back problem, so am very disappointed. On a separate note, " guests expressed concern about the soundproofing"; this issue has not been addressed.
• Braga (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go. The shopping center across the bridge and down a street had amazing restaurants. We went out for Agua de Valencia's every night and they were amazing! The pool was freezing cold. Issue with the toilet on the last night. Parts needed to be replaced and could not happen until after we checked out. The response was quick which was greatly appreciated.

• Santiago (5/5): Potentially a nice apartment but actually disappointing. - The location of the apartment is quite good, only a 5-minute walk to the old city crossing a bridge. However, the apartment faces the back of the Fine Arts San Pio V Museum, which appears a bit desolate and gives an unsafe impression. The apartment is OK if you just want to drop your luggage, have breakfast and only return to sleep. However, if you want to spend a bit of time chilling out, this apartment is not adequately equipped and will not meet your expectations. It's very basically equipped and lacks comfort. The description and pictures can be a bit misleading. The state of repair also leaves much to be desired. I would ask the manager to pay attention to small details and provide e.g., quality equipment and clean taps and showers. Also, the heating did not work properly and it was quite chilling at night. I was shocked to read the price list of the equipment provided to guests and e.g. if you happen to damage the curtains, their price per pair is 450 EUR when obviously they haven't paid more than 30 EUR for them (and they are not new!)! In general, we felt quite disappointed. The apartment is designed to maximise profit with cheap, scarce and worn-off equipment, while providing little comfort to the guest, which is a shame given the price.

• Janice (9/5): Spacious apartment in excellent location - Location is excellent, minutes from the old town and well positioned for science and arts. Apartment is spacious, with two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms (lots of clean towels) and in a quiet neighbourhood. Good contact with apartment management company who checked in with us on any needs we had and also booked taxis for us. Definitely recommend this apartment. Swimming pool was freezing cold.

There was a welcoming bottle of water in the fridge. Apartment was spacious and comfortable. I was given a change of towels mid-stay. The shower head was quite loose in its holder and would not stay upright.
• Pc (6/5): Compact studio, within walking distance of city centre and sights - V good position, c 10-12mins walk from centre of this elegant city and 2 mins from the lovely park/gardens that surround it Simple, practical studio (Room 31), no views but v clean and well appointed for self catering breakfasts etc. Comfy bed. Small shower/WC room. Difficulty in initially contacting office by email and phone until established contact and took instructions in their excellent English... Parking available onsite

Perfect for our 5 day visit to Valencia. - A few days before we arrived, I asked if we could store our bags for the 1st day, as we would be arriving early. This email was not replied to until after we had arrived and were waiting in the lobby. Not a realy big issue, but the family was not happy.
• Igor (10/5): Great location - Really great location. In the apartment there is a washing machine, an iron (not the best one, but it is there, so that's a big plus). A nice addition was a travellers set of some portion of washing powder and a dishwashing liquid so we could instantly use these amenities. This is a BRILLIANT idea. We travelled through a large part of Spain with a backpack and had to carry with us a smallest bag of washing powder we could find, as there were no place to buy a smaller portion. Also the automated checkin and checkout is super convenient.

Children enjoyed the pool area, towels were changed regularly which was great for a family of 5. Great communication with the hosts. A few areas were a little tired looking decor wise but was a very comfortable stay.

Very quiet area and location is superb. Non heated pool was lovely after hot day around city. Two restrooms, one with shower, one with bath. Great service in terms of responding to issue with AC and providing clean towels. Provision of lockers for keeping luggage after check out. Apartment needs to be painted as walls are scuffed and bit shabby. Apartment is quite small and door in one bedroom will only close if push bed over against wall and blocks off balcony door. Dining table small. Too small for 2 adults and 2 kids. Balcony looks over hoarding and concrete yard and rear balcony looks over indoor pool and car port.

• Christopher (7/5): A satisfactory stay to explore Valencia once you have found it. - Location was very good to explore València. The room was large and well equipped, and clean. Decor was a little tired. The idea of a swimming pool was a good idea but not sure how often is used. The cleaning lady was very friendly. We had one issue which she resolved quickly. Arrived by car and finding the apartment was difficult. Situated in a narrow back street with copious graffiti which to us was very off putting. The shower was good but a little small.

I like this city and this apartment was excellent. 2 separate showers, comfortable beds, kitchen well equipped, elevator available. We rented a car so we could visit another coastline and parking was an adventure but we worked it out. Local restaurant convenient and excellent service and food! All accommodations met expectations = great experience overall!
• Conor (8/5): Don't hesitate just book. - Very clean and in a good location. The swimming pool was an added bonus + relaxing relief after a day of exploring. The beds were very comfortable+ extra pillows were available if needed. The letting agents were also very good and professional to deal with. I would definitely return here if visiting Valencia again. No real negatives, the furniture was a little basic + uncomfortable when relaxing + chilling in the evenings. But that's just me being picky +only mentioned so as to offer some feedback.
• Joe (7/5): Pleasant stay but for the price I expected a bit more. - Very clean and the location is very good. Some issues with AC and taps were reported at the start of the week but not fixed. Kitchen area is very small and poorly equipped - not really practical to cook for a family.
• Irma (9/5): Great stay - Great communication with apartment hosts prior to arrival, plenty of useful information provided (on the transport options from the airport, parking in the area etc.). They were also available during out stay. The great advantage of this apartment is its proximity to the city centre and the central city park, so you can reach city centre by foot within few minutes. Area in which the apartment is located is residential so lots of shops around (Mercadona and Consum), small local caffes, and other useful services (etc. bike rental). We also liked the fact that although central we did not hear the outside noise, so could actually open a window. The apartment has TV, ait conditioning/heating system, refrigerator, hair drier. The indoor swimming poll is a nice addition, but since we were there in May it was too cold to swim in it. The apartment is very basic, but its central location compensate for all other small deficiencies.
• Henry (9/5): A well located and quiet apartment close to the old town convenient for a few days away. - The approach to the property was a little worrying with graffiti on the hoardings opposite but it transpired this was a quiet thoroughfare. Access to the property was easy although the light switch in the hall could have been more obvious. The accommodation itself was spacious and clean and a replacement towels were provided on day 4 although this wasn’t necessary. We didn’t use the kitchen facilities as we ate out every day. For breakfast we did find a lovely cafe nearby, Coffee and Day, perfect for us selling croissants and cake. There was not a major problem I would add firstly. A welcome pack would have been nice (fruit, wine or similar). Owing to the concrete nature of the building, movement outside the apartment could be heard quite clearly.

Apartment had all you'd need and pool and gym a nice facility though didn't have time to use. Nothing not to like but had to squeeze down foot of beds in smaller bedroom, may be an issue for some.
• Alison (8/5): Apartment in a great location - The apartment was in a great location just a walk across the bridge to the Old Town but next to Turia Park,bike hire and The Museum of Fine Art.Also next to Real Park.Easy access to restaurants and bars.It was spacious and clean and access was easy.Staff checked on us using Whatsapp so we always had contact if we needed anything.There was a small pool which we used and a good supply of towels. Just a few things in the apartment that were a bit tired: toilet roll holder coming off the wall,difficult to wash up with no washing up bowl and a plug that didn't work.The fridge was incredibly noisy and one of the beds creaked...needs looking at.

• Bernard (5/5): Good location. Relatively good value. A little more care from the operators required. - Good location. Walking distance from Old Town. Bed's were comfortable. WiFi was excellent. The noise transmission from other apartments was uncomfortable. The hard floors and moving furniture is a terrible mix. The front door of the apartment is tricky to find the first time (in a car) and poorly lit in the evening which makes for an unsafe feeling. We messaged the operator during our stay but didn't receive a response.

We'll located apartment, though up the stairs what is not clear when booking with app. The pool is in the unheated "sun room" so even if open whole year it was too cold to use. • Jennifer (5/5): An apartment that needs some love. - The shower was very small, but hot and powerful. A tired apartment. Says great for couples. The beds were awful, old, uncomfortable, and not nearly enough of a duvet for winter months, while being asked in the message to keep the heating low! I was cold a lot as the heating was noisy and inefficient. 2 single beds, not a double. The apartments electricity supply tripped twice , leaving us in the dark fumbling to find the fuse box. Some of the cups were cracked. We were told to clean the apartment. Not a service included. No cleaning products are supplied. The furniture ( sofa, chairs) was very dirty and needed deep cleaning. The fridge makes a lot of noise, enough to wake you up. The apartment has one window. We were given instructions where to park 10 minutes away. I was given a parking ticket. There is free street parking 50m away. We were told we would get fresh sheets, they didn't come. The pool is in a glass box in the carpark of the building. I didn't use this. Whilst a great location, I would be very disappointed to pay peak prices.

• Massimo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is located just next to the city centre. The apartment was like expected from the photos in the description. The air conditioning worked very well. We requested an extra copy of the keys, and a late check-out, which they were able to accommodate in. In the bathroom where the bathtub was located, the lateral-sliding glass of the bathtub was almost broken, since one panel of the glass was almost completely stuck, and we had to move it carefully to go inside the bathtub.

• Steven (7/5): Not quite 'very' good but close. - Contact/ owner was superb. We did have an issue as outlined here also but the contact / owner changed our room for us. Always helpful. Clean, good location. Would recommend it.. but take the bigger superior apartment.. especially for a family. There was construction work next door and it was loud from 8am. The apartment's tried to get them to change to a later start but it couldn't happen. Not the apartment's fault therefore but was a problem. Also shower in regular 2 bed apartment only very thin people or chikdren can get into (sliding door into stabd in bath). This was an issue for us along with the apartment was next to the construction work so they gave us a superior 2 bed instead... which is better with 2 bathrooms and worth the reasonable extra charge. Pool good to have but freezing in November even though indoors.

• Keijo (8/5): Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment in excellent location - Clean, spacious, great location for public transport and walking, perfectly adequate crockery and cookware (however, would have liked in addition to the salt and sugar sachets to have some oil and vinegar for salads, as these are not commonly available in small portions in supermarkets) Lighting was too bright - however, easy to sort out with moving the bedside lamps to provide ambient lighting in the living room. We bought some food items (oil etc) and was a shame to throw these away - maybe there could be some foodbank recycling system for leftover staples?

Both bathrooms had problems, the doors to the shower and bath were broken causing a leak from on and difficulty getting in and out to the other. The floor was dirty through out the unit. It rained and leaked from the ceiling into the bedroom, wetting some of our clothes and a bathroom floor. The response was to offer another unit in a different building and they did send someone to clean the water. My search was based on parking available, they have one space to share amongst several units, we were informed the day before that it was not available, and we were told where we could find free parking a ten minute walk away. On our second day of the stay, guests arrived at the unit next to us, and we could hear all their speech and movements through the adjoining door. All in all it felt like a third rate motel.

• Traian (9/5): Nice apartment, quiet area, great location - We liked a lot the location and the apartment has most things one needs. Apartment is in a quiet area that looked very safe, very close to the old city and also to public transport for the beach or Biopark. We enjoyed a lot all the parks and green areas nearby, especially as we travelled with a toddler. The swimming pool is very small, I think few people might use it. Beds could be a bit more comfy, bedrooms were a bit small.
• Jo (10/5): Simple, spacious apartment, close to the centre, great value for money. - The locator was perfect- a quiet street close to the centre. The apartment was spacious and practical. The swimming pool was a plus, great to relax and unwind after a day exploring - my sons particularly enjoyed it!

• Donna (9/5): Excellent location and excellent value for money - The location was excellent, the place was very clean and spacious. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive and very accommodating to our needs. The apartment is not 5* luxury but we had everything we needed. It was fully functioning, we cooked there etc. It was extremely clean and tidy.
• Bismarco (8/5): We had a wonderful stay. Everything was good. - The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen was very equipped. The bedrooms was spacious. The apartment had a swimming pool where the kids would relax in. There was a lift which made it very easy to transport out suitcase as well as made it easier for us to move up and down. The apartment is located centrally and very easy to walk around. The pool was not very clean and no signs to say how deep the pool was. There was Netflix installed so nothing much to watch on telly.
