Guest Reviews
- Keven (10/5): - Merveilleux endroit, excellent repas!!
- Claire (10/5): - Delightfully peaceful, and excellent food and drinks
- Carmen (8/5): Visit to Aux de Provence - The best view of Mountain Victoria. The best meal of our Aux-Provance visit. Room was simple but yet comfortable for a one night stay
Service impeccable.
A coupler avec le restaurant gastronomique.
- Pier (10/5): - great location, rooms are nice and clean, wifi works great and restaurant has amazing food. what else to ask?
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Amazing setting with panoramic views of the valley below and mountains. Food is really good. Service is pretty tense, very rushed, slap stuff down on the table, take a long time to come back to you, snappy responses to simple questions. So what attitude. Rooms are also very small. Something more akin to a short stay airport hotel
- NickWhite (10/5): - Lovely, clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff (especially Renaud), in a lovely, beautiful part of Provence (foot of St Victoire mountain). As we were staying during a particularly hot period the swimming pool was really appreciated (and virtually empty most of the time). If you are staying for a few days you will need a car though, as it is quite isolated...
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The hotel is greatly located in a very calm village far away from the buzz with a wonderful view for people looking for calm.
The disadvantage was the personnel we found rude and the cleanliness disappointing including the cleaning lady.
Admittedly the owner/boss tried his best to support and was very helpful and polite. I recommended him to change the staff.
In such a place as a tourist you look for a supportive and caring stuff and especially cleanliness in such a beautiful property of 8 rooms.
We wish the owner good luck with his staff.
- Peter (10/5): - Well off the beaten track . Prices for food are high . Stunning views and great place to have breakfast outside ( weather permitting )
- B (10/5): Nice contemporary hotel - Great one night stay on our way from Paris to St tropez. The hotel is in the middle of vineyard with amazing views. The restaurant is beautiful and staff very friendly with very nice food.
- Kathryn (10/5): - Very tranquil location with excellent service and food! Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing few days!
- Catherine (10/5): Tranquil Setting - Very pleasant motel in beautiful surroundings, tranquil with lovely views.
- Sterling (10/5): Hidden Gem - Do not over look this place. Had we not discovered this property on Hotels.com, we never would have made it!
This is a hotel AND restaurant tucked away in the foothills of Mt. Saint-Victoire outside of Puyloubier. I can't imagine people seeking this area out for tourism, which makes this place so great.
The hotel room was clean and spacious and the best of the 5 properties we stayed in during our trip to France. The room almost has the feeling that you're the first guests to stay in the room.
The restaurant is excellent with local cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients and plated beautifully. The ambiance for the restauraunt is a bit spartan but the food and service makes up for it. We had a waiter named Ben who was excellent for explaining the dishes and their history. The outside terrace seems like a great place to eat lunch overlooking the pool and the rolling hills.
Plenty to do here away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Read and relax, swim, hike, eat, drink etc.
- Gretchen (10/5): Must stay! - Wonderful accommodations!! Can't say enough wonderful things about this place! Also some of the best food I have ever had!
