- Robert (10/5): - We stayed the night in room 4, which has the 4 poster bed in the pictures, and had a great stay. The house is lovely and is in an area of relative quiet, while still being close to what you want to do. This room is the first one not on the main floor. It is on the second floor and the stairs are very steep , so keep that in mind for planning. The bathroom also has no counter, just a small sink. Shower was very nice with hot water. We slept well in this bed and enjoyed a nice breakfast in the morning. Great customer service. We recommend this location very highly.

Nice B&B with wonderful owners and healthy continental breakfast that includes incredibly delicious baked goods and the best homemade jams I’ve ever had. Free parking at the place which is good because we never had to use the car because the location was so walkable

Sitting on the beautiful porch each morning was a treat esp being spoiled with a new baked dessert everyday from Tina. The iced banana bread was my favourite. Appreciated the variety of teas and iced water with lemon. The perfect getaway. Absolutely recommend.

- Natalie (10/5): Perfect place to stay - Nice hotel off the main drag (so fairly quiet and apart from all the crowds) but a short walk to both the dining district and Perkins Cove. Our favorite aspect of the stay was breakfast. Oatmeal with all the right accoutrements. Delicious baked goods. Would be nice to have option for warm soft-boiled eggs instead of refrigerated overcooked boiled eggs, but small thing compared to the positives of the inn.
- Galina (10/5): The best place to stay in Oqunguit, ME - Everything at the place is amazing! First: after you booked a room, the owners get in touch with you, answering any question you might have, letting you know about stairs & offering to help with luggage.... When you come you may be able to check in earlier than 3:00pm & definitely leave your car ( which we did) & enjoy your walk, lunch till the room is ready. We stayed in Room/Suite#5, which is so beautiful, that we spend too much time in, because we enjoy it so much! Breakfast is home made & Tina is wonderful baker, it feels like you are at your friends place & your they are a very generous nice & accommodating people. We hope to stay at Bourne Bed and Breakfast next season & any time we are able to visit Ogunquit. Location is the best, walking distance to any place of interest!

The guests right above us made a lot of noise late into the night. In the morning, the staff getting ready for breakfast were right on the other side of the wall and it was noisy too. I would try for an upstairs room.

Tina and Scott were very gracious....Tina's baking each morning was a treat...the room was cozy, private and comfortable...we were on the 3rd floor room 7, and loved it...very thoughtful touches throughout. Enjoyed eating breakfast outdoors on the porch, location walkable to the beach, town, Perkins cove, and Marginal Way, which was wonderful.

We walked to Little Beach on the Marginal Way which was 10 minutes if you want to go to the beach that is relatively close by your stay.

Every morning we were greeted with a delicious breakfast. Especially loved the blueberry coffee cake and the fresh fruit salad. It was very enjoyable sitting out on the porch with our breakfast and talking with other guests. Jimmy was so very friendly and welcoming. He always greeted us with a warm smile. I especially appreciate how he called the beach cab for us and made great recommendations on where to eat. Our room was sooo comfortable and we probably slept the best we have in a very long time. Such a restful and relaxing trip. We will definitely return to this wonderful B&B which is in such a beautiful location. No wonderful they call Ogunguit "Beautiful Place by the Sea."

The host, Jimmy, made us feel right at home. Great breakfast each morning the cozy fireplaced dining room, coffee on tap throughout the day. The front porch is huge and welcoming, a place to chill out, read, or sip a drink. Easy convenient parking. No need to use the car since we were only a few minutes' walk to the center of town. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional and personalized service, we loved the decor and attention to detail throughout the residence, freshly baked chocolate chip cookies for a mid-afternoon pick me up - I mean???, and a super convenient location. - Randy&Sally (10/5): - The Bourne B&B (B3) is everything that one hopes to find in a small B&B. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The common area has a fireplace, comfortable seating, and is the perfect place to meet other guests and make new friends. In warm weather, the front porch is a real bonus. Breakfast is a very "upscale" continental with fresh cut fruit and pastries. While "B3" is not right on the water, it is strategically located away from Route 1, very near Shore Road, and halfway between Perkins Cove and the corner of Route 1 and Beach Road. We parked our car and walked to nearly everyplace in Ogunquit. Jimmy, Co-Owner and Manager, was genuinely friendly and helpful. He really cares about his guests. Great location, great service, great people! We hope to return soon.

The tram stop is right up the street which was very helpful when we went to the beach with our arms full with chairs, towels and an umbrella, all supplied by B3. We’ll be back.

We arrived there to stay just one night, and decided to stay there one more night, because we loved it.

B3 was beautifully lit up with twinkling lights and the most inviting walkway, a stone path surrounded by flowers. Jimmy, the owner, even after making sure we knew how to come in after hours, was waiting to welcome us in. Our room was beautiful with everything we could possibly need. The continental breakfast in the morning was delicious. The accommodations and friendly atmosphere were so outstanding that we will look no further. We've already booked our stay for next year. Thank you to Jimmy for making our annual sister trip to Ogunquit so special. We cannot recommend Bourne B & B more. Beth and Sue
