• Nina (8/5): - We stayed for two nights and they cleaned the room. New towels were provided as well. Normally at hotels since COVID you have to ask for both. The hotel is more expensive than most howwever we stayed because of the location.

Location was great with Walmart and fast food right there. Curtains were great with one pull down light filtering pri any and one blackout. I would stay again. Oh and the hall smelled good.

• Dakota (10/5): Spacious and quiet room - Great hotel overall! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi, although the water did have a rusty appearance—I’m hoping that was just from well water. This was part of a 4-night trip, and we allowed housekeeping in during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised to find the room completely reset and refreshed, and it was reassuring that our valuables were untouched. A very good experience overall.

• Sandy (8/5): - I want to update my review of the Grand Stay Motel and Suites in Waseca MN. I just received a call from them and they apologized profusely, for our bad experience and have had professional cleaners come in and disinfect the room from top to bottom. They even had a roofer come in and fix some bad spots on the roof and and siding checked and the windows re-caulked. It appeared that all the rain and humidity was what caused the wet carpet problem. They have offered us a free night on or next trip to Waseca and we will definitely give them another try. Thank you Grand Stay for listening and taking care of this issue!

• Sandy (4/5): - We had a pretty bad experience this time at Grandstay. The carpet was very wet in the whole room, the sheets were damp, and there was a splotch of mold on the ceiling. We had to lay all of our towels on the floor to walk on the carpet. We walked barefoot on the carpet at first and our feet were black with dirt from the wet carpet. I don't know how house keeping didn't notice this from cleaning the room before we checked in. Last time we stayed it was a much better experience.

• Dix (1/5): Horrible. - After I booked, I called the hotel to add a night prior to my stay. When I checked in I specifically asked if it were for two nights and was told yes. A little after checkout time the second day, I received a call to return to check out. Even after showing them my Booking.com reservation confirmation, I was told they didn’t have it and they didn’t have any rooms available. At least they allowed us to get ready for the family wedding we were in town to attend. I was very disappointed in how I was treated. I just hope I will get a refund for my room.
• Ninanicole (10/5): Highly recommend. Great people and place to stay. - From the outside I was a little iffy. As soon as I walked in I was blown away. It smelled so fresh and clean. The gal the checked us in was the NICEST. She was so helpful, kind and friendly. She went out of her way to do anything she could. We had an issue with the tv not working when the night staff was on and he also was VERY helpful and got it fixed. We travel a lot in the summer and the service and hotel stay was by far the best all summer.
• Alan (8/5): - The breakfast eggs and sausage could be improved greatly by changing out to a scrambled egg or small cheese omelette option and a sausage link rather than the greasy sausage patty. Egg was bland and dry. The rest of the breakfast options were fine.

• Mary (10/5): Clean comfortable and amazing Hotel - I thought the evening staff was amazing very respectful and pleasant morning staff not so much lady always seems crabby doesn't have good customer service skills but the people who run the hotel are very respectful and amazing. The room was very clean and very comfortable.the continental breakfast is to die for everything but the morning staff was perfect I'd suggest staying at this hotel to anybody trust me you won't regret it The morning desk clerk she's never friendly doesn't visit or make conversation with customers and that's something you need in any work environment granted it's not Walmart but you should have a smile on your face all the time when it comes to your customers
