• Jani (1/5): Huono ja kallis valinta. - Hotellin sijainti on melko hyvä. Tosin hyvällä sijainnilla löytyy myös muita vaihtoehtoja. Hotellista booking palvelussa olevat kuvat eivät anna todellista kuvaa hotellista. Aamiainen oli mielestäni surkea ja kun kysyin sen maksun palauttamista, hotelli kieltäytyi, koska olimme maksaneet kaiken etukäteen. Lisäksi he vastasivat Italiaksi kirjallisesti vaikka olemme suomesta. Hotelli on vanha ja kulunut, mille ei tietysti voi mitään mutta keinotekoisesti parannetulta vaikuttavat kuvat voidaan tulkita myös harhaanjohtavaksi markkinoinniksi. Lisäksi huoneessamme oli 2 kertaa "älä häiritse" valo päällä, vaikka emme sitä laittaneet ( toisella kertaa oli siivottu siitä huolimatta ja toisella jätetty siivoamatta). Hotelli on liian kallis sen todelliseen tasoon nähden. EN suosittele tätä hotellia itseään ja matkaseuraansa arvostavalle.

Pogotovo Gospodi koja je radila 23.05 posljepodne! Za Hotel sa 4* ne pristaju ovakvi pokrvaci zakrevet

Stock nach unten Lage: bei Termini und 10 Min zu Fuß ins Hotel , neben Polizeistation Im Bad wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten, Duschgel in kleinen Flaschen, Scheibe in Dusche sehr kurz und dadurch Wasser auf Boden, keine Garderobe bei Eingangstüre

• Henning (2/5): - Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at The Building Hotel in Rome. The room was in terrible condition from the moment we arrived. There was visible mold and moisture damage on the walls, broken windows that could not be locked or properly closed, and one of the windows was not sealed at the top which made the room feel unsafe and exposed to insects and animals from outside. To make matters worse, we found ants inside the room during our stay. Combined with the moisture and poor maintenance, the room felt unhygienic and nowhere near the standard expected from a hotel at this price level. The TV was also completely non-functional. The hotel was informed about these issues, and we eventually chose to leave early because we simply did not feel comfortable staying there any longer. The hotel later offered compensation for only one night, which says a lot about the condition of the room and the problems we experienced. This hotel looked nothing like the expectations created online. We are extremely dissatisfied with both the room quality and the overall experience, and we would strongly advise others to think twice before booking here.
• Olga Addimanda (4/5): - Solo la comodità rispetto alla sede che dovevo raggiungere Stanze buie, TV non funzionante, scarico del lavandino parzialmente funzionante, e nel momento in cui ho segnalato che qualcosa non funzionava (educatamente, temendo di essere io non capace di far attivare ciò che serviva) mi è stato proposto il cambio di stanza (dove comunque alcune criticità persistevano) ma mi sono sentita rispondere: "ma per lei è fondamentale che questa cosa funzioni?". Domanda posta per un servizio per cui avevo comunque pagato in anticipo.

• Dilan (3/5): Fake 4 stars and terrible hotel - The photos of the property are very misleading. Everything was old and run down and the carpets looked like they hadnt been cleaned in 20years. It was super tacky and honestly I felt scammed. There were also additional charges for the spa facilities which is written in small print and hidden amongst the details which quite frankly would have impacted my decision. The hotel Is SHIT Everything

• daphne (7/5): Fijn rustig hotel in rustige wijk - Lekker rustige locatie, heerlijk terras en zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, prachtige hal, vlakbij metro. Iedere dag schoonmaak. Ligt niet helemaal centraal dus loopafstand wat groter. Oude deken op bed, douchewater komt makkelijk op vloer. Tv werkte niet. We konden de airco niet kouder krijgen. Ontbijt vond ik matig maar dat is persoonlijk. Er stond veel zoete cake, gebak etc maar brood was matig.

• D9330TAkatyl (8/5): Modern room in a renovated building - outdoor space was good for relaxing but needed tidying up in some areas - Modern comfortable clean room with all the facilities we needed , I requested a kettle and extra pillows before arriving and was delighted to find them already in place in the room . Stayed in a superior room with a terrace with a friend - please note the twin beds are immediately adjacent with no gap to separate so you are sleeping very close together which may be an issue for some sharers . Given a token for a welcome drink both on arrival and on the day we left to enjoy while we were having some time but the pool which was a nice touch. Terrace was lovely to sit out on in the morning and gave us more living space . The pool was not heated and chilly when you first got in but you quickly acclimatised . There are sun loungers by the pool for enjoying the sun until the afternoon when it is shaded . Breakfast was OK but the same everyday - would have been nice to have optional breakfast extras like an omelette cooked or more fresh fruit such as melon or grapefruit The hotel is situated one metro stop from the main termini for Rome city which was not an issue as we wanted somewhere with more outside space . The metro station is a 5 min walk from the hotel or you can catch a bus nearby
• Dean (10/5): Lovely stay in an interesting hotel with good facilities and a convenient location. - Room was a good size, with decent shower and bidet. High ceiling and large windows which could be opened for fresh air. Bed was comfortable and being on the pool side of the building there was no traffic noise. The pool area was nice, with comfortable loungers. At this time of year the pool temperature was quite chilly but refeshing! The breakfast area was a bit cramped around the coffee station but the buffet itself was good, with plenty to chose from. You have a choice of eating inside on the minstrel gallery, or out on the terrace. We also enjoyed a visit to the spa area with large jaccuzi pool, sauna and steam room. The fruit juice could be better quality at breakfast, but served the purpose for a bucks fizz!

• patrick76AA (8/5): Handy City Center Hotel - We stayed here in early April for four nights having found online. We were searching for a value hotel with a functional pool for the kids which is something of a rarity in Rome in April as most only open the pool from May. The group review was mixed. We found the rooms and pool area to be sufficiently sized and fitted out. Breakfast each morning in the Hotel was as you would expect. A variety of hot & cold foods with the usual fruit/juices etc. The waiting staff were incredibly helpful and exceptional with the 2 Children. The hotel itself is situated well in the city and if you are able most amenities and within a nice walking distance. We found some very good restaurants/ cafe bars within close proximity. The only real negative is The bar/lounge area. BEAUTIFUL room with a piano player each evening but very uninviting. It would not be a place you could relax after a day sightseeing. It always felt empty/cold. With a bit of imagination it could be a fantastic space within the hotel. The 2 piano players that entertained during our stay were fantastic..

• COUPRIE (4/5): Décevant.... - L’état de la chambre a été réellement décevant. Elle était très bruyante et le lit n’était pas du tout confortable. Les fenêtres n’étaient pas hermétiques, ce qui laissait passer le bruit extérieur. De plus, la télévision n’a jamais fonctionné malgré mes demandes répétées auprès du personnel. Le Wi-Fi dans la chambre n’a également jamais marché, alors que celui du couloir fonctionnait très bien. La qualité générale de la chambre était vraiment très en dessous du niveau attendu pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Malgré mes demandes répétées auprès du personnel de la réception, aucun effort n’a été fait pour résoudre les différents problèmes rencontrés durant le séjour. Au moment du départ, personne ne nous a même demandé comment s’était passé notre séjour, ce qui est assez révélateur du manque d’attention porté aux clients. En revanche, le personnel a bien insisté pour que nous réglions en espèces les taxes de séjour… ce qui m’a semblé vraiment étrange. Il est surprenant d’imposer aux clients le paiement en liquide d’une partie du séjour sous prétexte de soi-disant « taxes ».

While it is located in a convenient place and you can walk to the city centre in 20-30min, it is in a rather quiet part of town. The room really needed a separation between shower/toilet and the main part of the room. Also there were not many places to hang the towels or clothes.

• Angela Lucia (7/5): Aceptable - Ubicación y desayuno Cama dura, solo dos almohadas, TV con mal funcionamiento y se salía el agua del lavabo, haciendo un charco en el piso. Pedimos que lo arreglaran y no hicieron nada.

• Nadine (5/5): Würde das Hotel leider nicht nochmal buchen, gibt mit Sicherheit bessere für den Preis! - Der Blick in den Saal mit dem Pianist Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat gerochen wie eine Wildschweinrotte Abfluss im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht Richtig sauber war es leider auch nicht Nur eine Wolldecke zum zudecken im Bett... Zimmer zur Straße: es war sehr laut, genauso wie der Kühlschrank und das knacken im Zimmer... Shampoo/ Duschgel...wurde nicht aufgefüllt Frühstück: kaltes Rührei, Brot, Kuchen, Croissant nie frisch Leider nichts besonderes für den Preis! Innenpool/ Sauna nur mit Aufpreis von 25€/Person nutzbar Echt schade...

• AneFT (5/5): Good 3 star - Close to termini train station. Room was spacious. Clean Discount to use the spa. Live Piano being played during dinner at the bar. 3 lifts, so no need to wait too long for it. Wide stairs. No kettle in the room to make tea. I had to ask at the bar for hot water, which they were happy to help. I had to ask for a mug and spoon form the restaurant, a there were none in the room. The bed sheet has a whole on it and they had works being done in the room next to mine, so I was woken up by the sound of hammering. Reception was rude when I questioned it but we're OK to move me to a different room and with an upgrade, as I was feeling poorly. The new room was really good but the shower had half a door and the toilet flush kept getting stuck. When I told the staff, they said oh yeah that needs looking into. The hotel was more of a 3 star with a 4 star price tag.
