From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and romantic the entire finca was. The property feels like a hidden paradise surrounded by stunning mountain views, orange groves, and the most relaxing atmosphere imaginable. Our room was fantastic. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtful and luxurious while still preserving the authentic charm of Mallorca. Waking up there every morning felt like something out of a movie. What truly made the experience special was the service. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our honeymoon memorable. The hospitality was impeccable from start to finish. The breakfast each morning was amazing, the pool and grounds were breathtaking, and the entire finca had such a peaceful energy that made it hard to leave. It was the perfect blend of luxury, tranquility, and authenticity. This was easily one of the most beautiful and relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. A true 10/10 experience and somewhere we’ll always remember as part of our honeymoon in Mallorca. We already can’t wait to come back someday. Nothing at all. I wouldn’t change a single thing!

- KRUPPS (10/5): exceptionnel hotel de charme à soller - Endroit exceptionnel à l'écart de la ville de Soller mais avec un arrêt du tram sur la propriété permettant de se rendre à Soller ou son port. Hôtel en agritourisme haut de gamme, charmant, superbe, vieilles pierres, jardin paysagé au milieu des plantations d'agrumes. Chambres immenses bien équipées 4 ***, personnel très agréable aux petits soins et très pro, une piscine magnifique improbable bordée de palmiers avec service sur place en été . Si vous aimez l'authenticité, la nature, les oiseaux, une tortue, les grenouilles, le charme du luxe à la campagne, le calme et votre confort, alors arrêtez-vous là. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel de produits frais et de la finca, copieux et varié Rien. Il faut chercher pour trouver. La piscine non chauffée en mai. Je m'y suis baigné, mais un peu fraiche .. Les lits autour de la piscine pour se sécher au soleil une merveille. N'oubliez pas d'acheter les confitures de la ferme en partant…

- Anna (10/5): A beautiful place to unwind - Ca n’Ai was an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the first email from Marian, we immediately felt genuinely cared for. Special thanks to Bruno, Ines, and Marian for making us feel so welcome and relaxed throughout our stay. After arriving cold and tired from cycling, we were kindly upgraded so we would not have to wait for our room, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Our room was bright, spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable, with lovely touches including tea and coffee facilities, complimentary water, and a delicious bottle of Roja. The estate itself is magical, surrounded by orange and lemon trees, with a fantastic pool area where I enjoyed a swim every morning. The food was excellent throughout our stay, especially the Mallorcan bumbola and the unforgettable lemon gin and tonic sorbet. What makes Ca n’Ai truly special is the atmosphere. It is elegant without being pretentious, relaxed, comfortable, and full of people who genuinely care. If you are looking for a beautiful place to unwind, enjoy fantastic food, and feel truly looked after, this is the perfect place. Nothing

Piccolo angolo di paradiso in Aprile :) La camera Suite eveva il bagno principale al piano inferiore, con troppe scale da scendere :)

- Katrin (10/5): Traumhafte Finca - Die Lage ist einmalig zwischen Soller und Port de Soller, beides zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch können Wanderungen von dort gestartet werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück oberlecker es fehlte an Nichts. An 2 Tagen ist das Restaurant geschlossen, da wird ein Shuttle bis zum nächsten Restaurant angeboten, was wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist da genau richtig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

- Ralph (9/5): Fantastische gelegen Hotel met een fantastisch Team. - De locatie van het Hotel is perfect gelegen in het mooiste gedeelte van Mallorca (Regio Sollér) , het Hotel zelf heeft een mooi groot terrein wat ook prachtig is, Het personeel is super behulpzaam en heeft ons met alles perfect geholpen. Het Zwembad en sommige gedeeltes hebben nu wel wat onderhoud/renovatie nodig en de gerechten van de Avondkaart vonden wij wat flauw en iets te weinig keus.

The staff are very welcoming (shoutout to Bruno and his sibling, lovely to chat with them!) and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Absolute nitpick, the only thing missing was a full length mirror in the room.

From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional – the gentleman at check-in was incredibly kind, gave us a beautiful room, and surprised my husband with a birthday champagne, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast was excellent, with top-quality products and a great selection. Every detail was taken care of with such care and professionalism. This was without a doubt one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended!

Es gibt Pflegeprodukte im Zimmer, wie Seife, Shampoo, Duschgel und Conditioner. Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Bodylotion und Kosmetiktücher.

The whole property is beautifully taken care of, and lying by the pool with views of the mountains and citrus fields around was just perfect. Breakfast was really good every morning, with lots of fresh options. What really stood out though was the service—everyone we met, from the bartenders to the reception staff, was friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was beautiful, super clean, and really comfortable. You can tell a lot of care goes into everything here. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great service and stunning surroundings, I’d absolutely recommend staying here. Already thinking about coming back! On the country side, so bound by car or taxi. But the hotell offered transfer service during the evening which worked excellent.

- Annalise (7/5): A beautiful, tranquil place but, if we stay again, we'll ask for an upper floor room. - Beautiful old Finca with all modern facilities with a traditional feel. Our ground-floor room (nr 8) was disappointing. Beautifully fitted out but veranda was completely overgrown and aspect was out onto a swampy bit of garden with highly restricted view. Room smelt damp as we entered and damp was evident on doors to the veranda which was the first thing we saw as we walked in. Smell dissipated after the room became ventilated through use but the room was disappointing given the standard we had been led to expect. Other family members had a fabulous room, with amazing views and no damp. So I guess we were just unlucky. Complex is a working estate and we went in the autumn, so somewhat inevitably, a surplus of over-enthusiastic wasps meant having breakfast outside on the charming terrace was too challenging which was a shame.

- MallorcaFanSurrey (2/5): Disappointing, (outdated) style over substance - Ca N’ai had long been on my Mallorca bucket list, and the junior suite premium rooms looked stunning on the website. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short of expectations. The site promises stylish, bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms, so I was surprised they had availability with just a few weeks’ notice. On arrival, we were informed that our requested room was unavailable — a concerning start. We were reassured with news of an “upgrade,” which only heightened my apprehension. The room we were given, while generously sized, was dark, musty, and poorly maintained. The odour alternated between drain cleaner and sewage. With its bare concrete floor and tired furnishings, it felt more like a neglected basement garage than a premium suite. Access involved crossing a wet and muddy patch of ground — not ideal if you’ve packed anything other than hiking boots. The most glaring issue was the pool. It appeared to have been untouched by proper maintenance for decades: murky water, peeling paint, and a general sense of neglect. Midway through our stay, the hotel began repairs, draining the pool and jet-washing from 7:30 am — without any prior notice. The pool was unusable for at least two days. The surrounding area was equally uninspiring, featuring gimmicky concrete seating and a non-functional fountain. Due to the tree cover, the water remained freezing cold. Despite its premium pricing, Ca N’ai offered the worst value for money I’ve encountered in over 40 years of staying in finca hotels across Mallorca, including in Soller. It’s the only property I would actively avoid in future. Frankly, the hotel feels well past its prime and in need of a comprehensive renovation before it can justify its room rates. A few of the many issues we encountered include: - Ill-fitting curtains - No soundproofing (every footstep and flush from the room above was audible) - A “sun terrace” with no sun - Worn bedding and uncomfortable pillows - Stained furniture - Tatty pool towels - Shabby daybed with a torn curtain - Neglected garden areas - A fruit bowl with no fruit — ironic given Soller’s abundance of local produce - One small bottle of water on arrival, with no refills - A lampshade held together with tape I could go on. In short: do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere. But the breakfast was good, as was the shuttle bus (kudos to the driver).
- Mats (8/5): Härligt Finca - Härligt boende i Finca på norra Mallorca vid Soller. Fincan ligger en liten bit utanför Soller med utsikt över omkringliggande berg i ett naturskönt område. Den egentligen enda punkt som kunde vara lite bättre är möblerna på rummen, visst behov av att öka bekvämligheten från god till utmärkt.
- Justina (10/5): The BEST experience in Mallorca - We absolutely fell in love with this hotel. Prior to booking, we did our research and were concerned due to some negative reviews.. NONE of them were true (at least for us). The property is gorgeous – palms, flowers, surrounded by mountains. Our room was spacious, lovely terrace, we didn't hear our neighbours once. The pool is beautiful and clean and there's plenty of options to be in the sun or in the shade, whatever you prefer. The hotel restaurant was great, we dined there several nights and even if they say it's "tapas only", the portions are sizeable and we felt full; the food was really good, authentic + more global options. The hotel offers transportation to & from Soller and Port de Soller, although it's equally lovely to take the old tram (the stop is right by the hotel). We're in love and hope to be back!
- Nikita (10/5): Amazing place - The best hotel in Mallorca we’ve stayed at so far. We had very active days in Port de Sóller, and it was such a wonderful idea to stay at Finca Ca N’ai afterward. The place is beautiful - amazing views, friendly people. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back someday. I can totally recommend this place for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. Everything was perfect.

The photos don’t do the justice of how breathtakingly stunning it is, truly outstanding.

- Constance (9/5): Lovely boutique hotel in a stunning setting. - This hotel is beautiful, with the most friendly staff. We arrived quite late, but we were able to have some tapas for dinner on the lovely terrace. Breakfast was great. The pool is in a stunning setting. The ambience felt very calm, quiet and chilled. Very close to Soller town as well. Loved everything - the only reason I didn't give it 10/10 is that I do prefer separate bathrooms rather than a shower/sinks in the bedroom. There are different types of rooms though that might offer this.

- BARRY (10/5): The perfect escape - What a fabulous find. We had a wonderful stay in this rural family run Hotel. Set in the most peaceful and tranquil surroundings with breathtaking views of the mountains. Our suite was perfect possibly the best we have ever stayed in and there have been a few! Very spacious spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated. Hospitality was amazing from arriving at reception checking in to checking out. Smiling faces and friendly welcomes every morning at Breakfast. It is a calm and relaxing oasis. The pool was beautiful with plenty of space and privacy. There is also a free shuttle in the evenings to take you to the plentiful restaurants both at the Port and Soller town. The Finca Ca N'ai even has its own tram stop which is walkable to. The staff are a credit to this well run establishment. Was our perfect escape and cannot recommend highly enough.

- Meg99 (10/5): Picture Perfect - Wow! This is a dream place to visit. The whole hotel and grounds are just perfect. It is peaceful, tranquil and just what we needed for a restorative holiday. We were in room 15 which was huge and in one of the buildings away from the main area. It was set over three floors, including a huge bathroom, bedroom and seating area. We also had a private seating area outside with a day bed to relax on. The actual hotel building is beautiful and set around a courtyard where you can get drinks and Tapas at lunchtime/in the evening. The pool is quiet and plenty big enough for the guests and also has an honesty bar attached so you don’t have to go up to the main bar area. The breakfast is perfect, there are a selection of hot items available as well as lots of breads, fruits, meats and cheese. We were spoilt for choice. We had a hire car from the airport so we travelled around the island during our stay. We walked and drive into Soller and Port Soller, both of which are lovely towns. The staff were amazing and treated us very well. I was poorly one night and the housekeeping’s staff looked after me changing the bed and towels every day to make sure I was comfortable and fresh. We could not have asked for more. We spent 9 days at the hotel and I think it’s one of the best holidays we have ever had. It’s just picture perfect.

- Amy (10/5): An unforgettable, fairytale stay in Soller! Don't miss it! - Wow - what an incredible stay! Ca N'Ai will forever stick out as a memorable lodging experience for us. We arrived early in the morning following an overnight flight, and the drive into the property was beautiful. Surrounded by the sun rising over the mountains, we came onto a quiet, quaint, and stunning property of Ca N'Ai. It felt like we were heading to a Tuscan villa. Ivy surrounded the property, ponds with turtles and fish, and beautiful palm-tree lined walkways. We had breakfast and then left our bags with reception while we explored Deia & Valdemossa to await checkin. Breakfast was an incredible setting - we had a mix of a buffet and made to order crepes, while overlooking the beautiful property and watching the sun rise. The staff was so kind, helpful, and welcoming, and gave us a list of suggestions of things to do. We checked into our room which we had to drive down the property for and was in the back house with a few other villas. The room itself was spacious, had a balcony with another stunning view of the property, and was very comfortable - with a large bed, couch, TV, and shower that had a window to also overlook the property. I spent the evening at the pool - which was my favorite part of the hotel. The pool has a unique setup, with palm trees and sunbeds at different altitudes to choose from. It felt like an ancient roman setup. It was so quiet and calming it almost felt like I was at a wellness retreat. In summary - this hotel will stick out as one of our favorites we've ever visited. It was so different from regular hotels, it felt exclusive, but welcoming, and like we were staying in a fairytale. Would highly recommend staying here if you can! The walls were a bit thin in the back property - so we could hear a lot next door. Everyone was super quiet though and out and about so it wasn't an issue. Lots of bees at breakfast but that is expected in the mountains, and we made it work!

- Laura (10/5): Wonderful stay - What a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and the service was very attentive. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hotel has a shuttle (we did not use) that could take you to nearby towns! Breakfast was exceptional. None, only wished we could have stayed at the property much longer. Highly recommend anyone staying in Soller to stay here!

- Isobel (10/5): Beautiful place in Soller Mountains. Highly reccomend - We loved everything about Finca Ca N’ai, a beautiful spot in the Sóller mountains. Our apartment was amazing, large space and had such unique character to it. The hotel grounds were immaculate with stunning views from our room and also the dining areas. The staff were brilliant, kind and super helpful with any questions we had. The pool area was great with plenty of day beds to chill and relax. A special shout out to Bruno who gave us the best welcome and went above and beyond for us and also made us a takeaway breakfast because we couldn’t make breakfast due to our early flight. Will definitely be returning to stay here again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Issy and Jamie!
- Luis (10/5): 9 days in paradise! Nothing to complain. - Paradise! Felt like you’re in „The White Lotus“ in Spain! We came there looking for a place to simply relax and do nothing and that’s exactly what we got. You do not even have to leave the property at all as they are serving breakfast (included in the booking), lunch and dinner! It’s like you’re living in a bubble of perfection. The staff is superb, so attentive and friendly. We will most definitely come back. Thank you to the amazing Finca Team, we appreciated it so much.
