• Kwestan Muheddin (10/5): - Jeg hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Beliggenheten var meget sentral, og verten var både imøtekommende og hjelpsom gjennom hele oppholdet. Overnattingsstedet passet perfekt for meg som reiste alene. Det var enkelt å finne fram, og innsjekkprosessen var både smidig og effektiv.

• Elsa (10/5): Un sitio ideal - La limpieza de la habitación, el cuarto de baño, la estancia principal. La ubicación es estupenda, a mano de todo. La habitación muy cómoda, con espacio para guardar la ropa y una TV perfecta. La cocineta (Office) era perfecta. Todo muy bien indicado La escalera para acceder al piso de la Residenza (lástima, es inevitable). La calefacción demasiado alta durante la noche era incómoda porque da muchísimo calor. Las ventanas que dan a la calle no cierran perfectamente y entra algo de frío por lo que es imposible estar sentado en la cama y ver la televisión durante largo rato porque el frío acaba molestando

• Andrea (6/5): Notte in Bianco - La posizione centrale è sicuramente un punto di forza oltre alla possibilità di lasciare i bagagli, per quanto incustoditi, nello spazio cucina della struttura anche dopo il check out. Il bagno gestisce molto male l'umidità, probabilmente perché ricavato direttamente nella stanza, gli infissi non reggono il freddo e il letto era davvero molto scomodo. In due, abituati comunque a due letti differenti, non siamo riusciti a dormire comodamente.

• Simone Pietro Emanuele (9/5): Posizione incredibile, ottima qualità - Posizione incredibile: a 10min dalla stazione di S.M.Novella, dall'altra parte della strada rispetto al Mercato Coperto e in 15min a piedi si raggiungono quasi tutti i luoghi di interesse di Firenze. Ci ha permesso di muoverci liberamente e comodamente, potendo tornare in camera per riposare, usare i servizi o cambiarci in qualunque momento. Cordialissima Veronica, che ci ha dato preziosissime indicazioni e suggerimenti per la nostra permanenza. Gli unici difetti sono veramente inezie: la pressione dell'acqua calda di lavandino e doccia a momenti era un po' bassa (complice immagino l'uso condominiale), le imposte interne della finestra non isolano perfettamente dalla luce ed è macchinoso ma fattibile chiudere quelle esterne, infine la macchinetta per le cialde del caffè non funziona benissimo, ma è disponibile una con le capsule, quindi non siamo rimasti senza.

• Daniela (9/5): Ottima esperienza in questo grazioso B&B! - La posizione era perfetta sia per raggiungere (o arrivare da) la Stazione Centrale, sia per dirigersi verso il Centro Storico. Molto bello anche il fatto di trovarsi nella via in cui si svolge il mercato principale e in cui c'è il Mercato Centrale dove poter mangiare tante particolarità. La casa in sé era semplice ma accogliente e fornita quasi di tutte le comodità, così come la camera. In alcuni punti avrei gradito un po' più di pulizia, anche se in generale non era affatto male. In più, mancavano i tovaglioli o la carta assorbente (a meno che sono stata io a non trovarli, ma ho controllato in tutta la cucina).
• Federico (10/5): Excelente Habitación en Florencia - Todo estuvo perfecto y tal cual se indicó en la descripción. Son muy profesionales para enviarte las indicaciones y el acceso a la propiedad. Super recomendable. Es importante tener en cuenta que es un departamento que tiene 4 habitaciones (3 tienen baño privado en la habitación) y 1 un baño en la zona común aunque tiene llave por lo que lo usa sólo la habitación restante (yo fui a la habitación con baño exterior). Es posible compartir el departamento con otras personas que ocupen las 3 habitaciones restantes.

Molto accurata la pulizia e soprattutto Veronica ❤️è una persona speciale, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ha molta cura degli ospiti e degli ambienti. Si nota subito che fa il suo lavoro con passione. Era tutto perfetto!
• Ng (7/5): Ok - The location was central have a kitchen There were queen bed and single bed in the room. The single bed made big screeching sound at the slightest turn in bed which disturbed our sleep a lot.
• James (10/5): Sensational - I was traveling for a conference and the hotel was just a walking distance from the venue. Also, the area is very close to most of the touristy sites and also a walking distance from the Main train station. The room itself is very clean and well-maintained. There is also a nice balcony area where you can chill outside your room. There is some noise from the vendors when they are setting up from 6 am, so if you are not a fan of noise, this is just a heads-up. Also, the shower area is small, so if you are a big person, you will struggle to bathe. I showered with the doors open.

The cleaning had used some really strong smelling substances, so as someone who is sensitive to fragrances, this was a bit disturbing.

• H (8/5): Clean, comfortable room next to Florence Central Market - The room was clean, pleasant, and the bed was comfortable. There was a refrigerator in the room, plus there was a common sitting room and fully equipped kitchen to use. Detailed instructions were provided about how to access the room. I had the option to leave my luggage in the kitchen for a few hours after I checked out, which was helpful. This was right on the street of the central market, with a street full of vendors. Very convenient if you want to buy food or do some shopping, but for me the activity level was too much. There was a flight of stairs to the apartment; I didn't notice an elevator. I'd hoped to pay the 6 euro city tax with a credit card, but that didn't seem to be an option. The single room bathroom, while clean and neat, was felt very crowded to me.

• Elena_istanbul (9/5): Very good location, good place to stay for 1-2 nights for reasonable price - Hotel is situated in walking distance from Santa Maria Nouvella train station, it is very good for people who travel by train. Also it's in 5-7 min walk from Duomo and main touristic area. Central Market is just near the hotel. The only disadvantage of location is leather market on the street, it made lots of noise. Everything in the hotel is prepared with love. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and oven and all necessary stuff even corkscrew. There is small fridge in my room. Bathroom for single room was outside of the room, you need to pass hall to reach it and have to use key to lock and unlock. I was satisfied of everything.

The single room has a private bathroom but it is external, so you have to walk through the kitchen to use it. It didn't bother me too much but I know it might be an issue for some. Also it was very noisy at night and from 6-7am with the market downstairs.

• Howell (10/5): Close to everything, I felt like I lived in Florence. Very happy with my stay. - I fell in love with Florence. My accommodation was in the same street as the leather markets so the energy and excitement from the markets started at about 7am and continued until about 9pm. Laughing, shouting, singing, happy sounds. I was close to everything. Everything in Florence seems to be within walking distance. Even walking to the Piazzale Michelangelo only took 35 minutes to see the beautiful sunset over the city. And you could buy yourself an Aperol Spritz as a reward for the walk. As a solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable in Florence and in the accommodation. Restaurants around every corner and very close to the central markets with the food hall above. I hope to return to Florence and I'll stay here again. A great solo traveller's room with a private bathroom and the use of a kitchen and outdoor verandah to relax. I had trouble finding the front door as the street numbering seemed a bit strange. But the hosts provided clearly instructions when I asked, including a video about how to use the initial entry system of codes and keys.

Clear - The property was so central to everything I wanted to see and do. The energy of the markets in the street was great. Everyday someone came in the tidy my room which made me feel very valued. The kitchen was available for a late night cup of tea. The balcony was a quiet place to sit and relax after a busy day. There is nothing I didn’t like about the property and, if I return to Florence, I’ll be staying here again.
• Laurent (9/5): Great stay in Florence - Perfect location for a first visit to Florence, close to the train station, easy access to the tram that goes to the airport, 1 minute walk from the market (food) and the multiple street market tents if you want to buy some leather goods. Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants around. 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.

Could use an upgrade. - Location was fantastic - only a few steps from the central food market, leather vendors outside the door, minutes from from the main train station and a close walk to the main sights. Room was pretty quiet and bed was comfortable. AC worked fine, although the temperature was only ~23 degrees outside while we were there, so I can't speak to its efficacy while the weather is super warm. Coffee machine in the shared kitchen works well and there is a quaint balcony to unwind just off the kitchen. Room was pretty basic and can use an upgrade but it did the job. Shower is rather small - don't expect lots of moving room.

• Jordan (10/5): Excellent apartment in the heart of Florence! - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Classic room of the Residenza Martin. The room was small but had its own bathroom and use of a shared kitchen and balcony. We were worried that the shared space would be noisy or awkward but we rarely ran into anyone and the room was very quiet. The best part of the place is the location. It is right across from the Mercato and near many great restaurants (I recommend La Falterona around the corner). We were walking distance from all the major attractions including the Duomo, the museums and Ponte Vecchio. We never had to take public transportation or use a car: everything is walkable! The communication from the host was excellent. Directions were easy to follow and they have a great manual that was very useful. I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to experience Firenze!

• Sarah (7/5): Good - Ideal location - very close to the train station and less than a minute away from Mercato Centrale. The area felt safe even at night for me to walk back to the accommodation alone. The check in instructions are very easy to follow. The residence had all the amenities needed for my stay. It was nice to have AC in the room. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The private bathroom for the single room is a bit cramped - might be a problem for taller/ larger travellers. There was some street noise (people chatting/ laughing loudly) overnight on two of the nights that I stayed.

Despite being close to the market and vendors, the room was well insulated from the noise of the street. You cannot go wrong with your choice in this location. The owners were very communicative and happy to have a chat when we arrived to the property. A final plus is the air conditioning unit within the bedroom.

• Jia (9/5): Great location, clean room and accommodating / responsive host! - It is located at the leather market - 1 min walk to the central market, and 2 mins walk to the Medici Chapel. Duomo is also just few mins away. The room is simple but big enough to 2 adults with 2 big luggages. room keeping is available (our room is kept very clean all the time), toilet is spacious and kitchen is functional. Host is very accommodating and gave a quiet room upon request. There was no noise at all despite the central location. Perhaps there should be instructions / manual on how to use the coffee machines.

I really appreciate the staff who let me to check in earlier after almost 30 hours of being on the planes/trains to get to Florence. The room was cleaned every day, the bed was comfy and the room was quiet and dark at night. There was nothing I really didn’t like, but maybe the room could be a little bigger and the facilities newer. Other than that I have nothing to add, I enjoyed my stay anyway:)

• Sil (10/5): Perfect get away in firenze - Veronica was present at our arrival, the lovely lady gave us a lot of tips about the city and made sure our stay was fantastic. The location is in the center and near all restaurants.
