• 607angelh (4/5): You should pick this hotel, since there is no other better. - I have been in this same hotel some few years ago and I remember it was much better. This time I found it old. It really needs an overall update. It has very limited service and it is very noisy. I think that it is time that Tulancingo has a much better hotel.
• Maryon (10/5): Excelente! 😊 - Muchas gracias la estancia y todo mucho muy bien, excelente las habitaciones la limpieza en general, la atención en el restaurante muy educados, respetuosos, todos muy atentos, el desayuno todo riquísimos, gracias 😊 Sugerencia podrían darle mantenimiento al estacionamiento la verdad da un aspecto de suciedad. Aunque no hay basura, pero las paredes y lavamanos estan muy sucios, el cesto de basura también, ni para lavarse las manos.

• Titi (8/5): - El personal de recepción, de limpieza y el señor de mantenimiento que me acompaño a mi habitación a mi llegada no recuerdo su nombre fueron siempre muy amables, muy agradables y todo el proceso fue rápido, los meseros realmente no fueron tan amables aunque tampoco fueron groseros si podrían mejorar un poco su servicio, en general mi estancia resultó agradable solamente lo que ya comenté en un mensaje anterior me gustaría que contaran con un espejo en la habitación ya sea en el vestidor o en la mesa ubicada junto a la cama, el único disponible está dentro del baño y si es necesario que cuenten con uno en la habitación pero fuera del baño, de igual manera al baño le falta un poco de iluminación el foco solo da luz al aérea del lavabo y el sanitario pero la regadera queda obscuro fuera de eso solo tengo comentarios positivos para este hotel

Lo que no me gustó es que las paredes son muy delgadas y se puede escuchar todo lo que hacen en las habitaciones de al lado. También nosotros teníamos un evento a las 7 am y nos queríamos bañar a las 5 am y no salía nada de agua caliente por mas que esperamos.

There’s no air conditioning but they can facilitate a super loud fan, bed is comfortable, the cleaning people are excellent however the carpet needs to be replaced ASAP. We would stay there again, hopefully they can fix these minor issues.
• 319MikeS (8/5): Yes, the best hotel in Tulancingo - Staff is friendly and helpful, free breakfast buffet is lunch size, room is clean, location is central, a mid range hotel in budget price, will stay again if going to Tulancingo. Just that kitchen vent is loud when it is on.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Be aware Children are not appreciated - We stayed there for only a night, room was nice and service was fine until next morning when AFTER having breakfast with our kids, we were informed that children breakfast was NOT included and that we had to pay for it. We were shocked and explained that nobody had informed us of such policy and here on EXPEDIA was no advice about it when we made our reservation. We moved on but later when we checked out they came back again with the subject, We explained the same thing again ang started aking about who showed us to the room so they would charge him for the breakfast for not telling us about children not being included, I think that was lame, to have that argument in front of us. At the end they didn´t charge us for it but it was kind of againt their will. POINT IS: if you go with kids: their breakfast is not included as advertised here. It doesnt say "kids breakfast included" but it doesnt say the opposite! Anyway, what kind of policy is that? Are they not welcomed? Usually kids eat so little specially at mornings, specially when traveling...

• 607angelh (6/5): The Best Possible in Tulancingo - Definitely you won't find any other better hotel in Tulancingo than this. Is really cheap, clean and it has the least necessary to stay comfortable and secure. The restaurant is acceptable and very convenient. Service is very kind of all collaborators here.
• blairm905 (8/5): Very pleasant city center hotel - The courtyard design is very lovely and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Some rooms were a little loud but most were not. Excellent staff and great location near Tulancingo Centro. We did not speak much Spanish but were able to get along great with the very helpful staff. Would pick ten stars for value if I could. The stay was similar to a mid range hotel in the US but at a budget price.
