• Nestor (1/5): - I need a refund When I got to the hotel there was no room for me Available after an hour of waiting they put me in a horrible motel they were partners Not happy about it I had no choice but staying there it was8 o’clock I’ve been trying to call booking but luck so far please call me back The lady at the front desk was rude like it was my fault I say hi and she wa like I got no room for you how did you where able to book I was like true booking It was horrible experience I got pictures of the place we stay For almost 500 hundred dollars?? Come on look at the pictures

• Marty (6/5): Room was clean but very basic. The staff was extremely helpful - Location is great There was no accommodations for any wet items in the room. Not one towel bar for your wet towel, hand towel or any wet clothes coming back from the beach 🤔

• Corinne (6/5): Average hotel - The site is misleading, we were under the impression the hotel was on the beach It’s actually on the Main Street which is busy. Walking to the beach is about 8 minutes but if you’re carrying chairs and coolers it’s not ideal. You can walk to restaurants and neighborhoods from the hotel. Location was on a busy street. No hooks in bathroom

• C (10/5): Great getaway stay - Notified the desk that we had arrived earlier than expected and were intending to park there and walk around till check in time. They completed the check in and called me early when the room was ready. Our room was comfortable and clean. One block from the beach with shops and restaurants in walking distance for older people. Lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

The freezer compartment of mini refrigerator didnt have a door so my food froze and had to throw out produce. The outlet next to bed was not secured in socket and filthy. When i shared feedback with receptionist at checkout, she said she would note it but made zero apology.

• Russ (10/5): Amazing Staff - We had a room with a sofa bed. We had no pillows and there were no extras. I didnt catch the guys name running the front Saturday night Aprill 11th but he went out of his way to get us pillows from a sister hotel of theirs. He went above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more appreciative. Its the little things and he did a big one for us! We liked everything!

No breakfast served for price paid. Staff had very dry welcome. Low water pressure in showers. Pool was dirty. Pleather headboards were ripped up.

• James (4/5): just okay, could be better. - good amenities, loved the heated pool. staff not very friendly, smoking cigarettes right in front of the front door as soon as we got there but there are signs everywhere about no smoking and 500$ fines. got a knock at the door 20 minutes after we arrived (at 2pm) because of a noise complaint because my child was crying after being in the car for 6 hours. made us feel very unwelcome.

• FarAway67174535422 (2/5): Will Never Recommend! Bad business! - Stay was booked through Booking.com with terms to pay property. The property refused to honor the terms and try to charge card days prior to stay and refused to keep our reservation without immediate payment. We canceled and booked at a better location. The property has charged s cancellation fee to my account a month later and no one will pick up the phone to resolve the matter after being told that I would not be charged. Very unprofessional do not book a stay here! Bad business ethics!! False advertisement!!
