Studio spacious and well appointed, ground floor pool and gym open 24 hrs. Great reception service, laundry room for apartments without a washing machine. Very good value for money in a cool District 3 neighbourhood.
• Nicole (7/5): - Riesiges Appartement, bequemes Bett. Super Lage recht zentral aber doch ruhig. Schöner Pool. Kein Frühstück inklusive für den Preis und vietnamesische Verhältnisse dann recht teuer. Zimmer war leider sehr muffig. Hat nach Schimmel gerochen. Rezeption konnte kaum Englisch und war nicht freundlich und konnte keine Frage beantworten.
• allison (10/5): Amazing stay. - Everything. It was amazing and the best place we stayed at in Vietnam. We have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining table, sofa, full kitchen and full size fridge, washing, drying and ironing facilities and 3 TVs. The pool is open 24 hours. It was brilliant. Getting out of the bath was a huge step down for me.

• Perianne (8/5): We were delighted with all aspects of our stay and will definitley return. - Well planned minimalist room (executive 1 bedroom) that covers all the essentials and presents very nicely. Maintained to a high standard by excellent cleaning staff. Pool, spa and steam room were a pleasure to relax in, well serviced and rejuvenating. Interior noise from other apartments was occasionally intrusive. Water availability could be more generous .. 2 small bottles for 2 adults is just a tease

• ALAN (10/5): Can't fault anything - Lovely hotel & good location for lots of attractions. Rooms & bathrooms are generous & very clean. Bed felt quite firm but was actually very comfortable. Pool was very welcome after a hot day of sightseeing. Lots of cafes, restaurants & bars nearby; Pasteur craft beer bar is next door & serves good food as well as beer! Can't fault anything

• c_belei (10/5): Great stay! Great staff! - I stayed here with a group of 17 people from 19-21 of February 2026! It was an amazing experience: - good location - about 1 km away from Independence Palace, about 2 km away from Old Town of Saigon - reasonable rates (even if we stayed during TET) - nice reception, restaurant and SPA - incredible helpful staff (manager, receptionists, waiters) - big rooms but they some refurbisment. Also in one of the rooms we had some bad smell but the situation was solved very quick. Really reccommend it! Thank you SILA staff!

• Samuel (10/5): Sauberes Hotel mit Top Angebot und Service. In Vietnam in der Qualität eine Rarität - 10/10 - Tolle große saubere Zimmer mit eigener Küche. Klingt in der Beschreibung nach einer Art Airbnb Wohnung, aber ist tatsächlich ein Hotel und für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse ein excellentes. Die schönste Wohnung in den 2,5 Wochen Reise durch Vietnam, und wir haben immer Minimum 4 Sterne gebucht. Kann man nur empfehlen. Das Personal ist perfekt geschult und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant "Cocotte" (französische Küche) ist excellent und trotz europäischer Küche unfassbar günstig. Die Pool, Spa und Fitnessbereiche können 24/7 benutzt werden. Alles ist in einwandfreiem Zustand.

• Jakub (9/5): Very luxurious and comfortable stay. - Very nice specious apartment in great location, lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna which were great during the breaks from sightseeing. Our apartment was on the 2nd floor facing Main Street and it was quite loud till late, as there are few bars and restaurants just next to the hotel. Live singing was finished at about 10:30pm, so not too bad, but very noisy chatter was annoying till late. It wouldn’t stop me to stay again, but I would ask for a room higher up and ideally facing pool, more inside the building.

• Wai Ming (7/5): Too noisy during the night time. - Neat and Clean. I stayed for one night. The window glass is not sound proof well. Loud musics and sounds from the nearby open bar made me difficult to sleep. It finally stopped at about 11:30pm. However another noisy situations started from 3:00am created by several tourist coaches parked nearby the hotel with people using noisy microphones continuously to guide the tourists. It stopped at about 5:30am when they had left. I lost the whole night sleep and it made me very tired the next day.

• Pascale (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft und tolle Lage - mit etwas Lärm - Sehr schöne und große Zimmer sowie eine ansprechende Lobby, besonders mit guter Aussicht in den oberen Etagen. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Freundliche, hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende und ein schöner Poolbereich mit Liegen. Am Montag ab 6 Uhr morgens gab es für rund zwei Stunden extrem laute Musik von einer nahegelegenen Schule, die selbst im 15. Stock deutlich hörbar war – Ausschlafen war trotz Ohrstöpseln und Noise-Cancelling-Kopfhörern nicht möglich (gemäss Mitarbeitern ist das jeden Montag so). Zudem war abends Lärm von den umliegenden Restaurants, Bars und vom Straßenverkehr zu hören.

• Vincent (10/5): The perfect stay! - We liked everything!!! The service was great; friendly and helpful but not effusive. The pool was beautiful and there were enough towels and sun beds!! The suite was beautiful, and super-clean. This is how a hotel SHOULD be run - but rarely is. Not applicable. We couldn’t find a fault.
• Kai (9/5): - Friendly staff. Nice big, clean and well equipped rooms. Location is excellent, close to main tourist attractions in city if you’re interested. Also airport is close only 20-30 min with taxi (3€ ride). Hotel own Restaurant is good Frenzy alternative for local food. Gym was also well equipped compared to many other hotel gyms. Sauna, jacuzzi & pool is available also. Would select this hotel again if visiting Ho Chi Minh again. The bed was a little on the firm side, but I adjusted pretty fast.

The room came with a washing machine, but no detergent was available for purchase from the hotel. I had to walk in torrential rain to the store to purchase. It would be a good service to provide dtergent to guests - even if at an additional cost.

Le personnel est serviable. Le personnel pourrait être plus impliqué pour une experience sans fausse note. Améliorer la qualité du pain et des viennoiseries au petit déeuner.

L'emplacement plutôt central pour visiter ho chi Minh Le confort des lits et la tranquillité des chambres C'est un peu élevé comme tarif pour un appartement. Le petit déjeuner est cher pour le Vietnam et le repas servi en chambre n'avait aucun intérêt Mais cela est sans importance par rapport à tous les avantages !!

• heidigS7985CA (6/5): Not a holiday place - We booked as a group of friends on a holiday if but it’s really more suited to business people who were attending confrences or staying for business matters. Bit too far out of the hustle of Ho Chi Minh. Rooms comfortable except the bed and air con. Breakfast was next door but the food was average and the toaster took way too long and didnt cook properly. Staff not efficient or as helpful as was expected.

• MilitzT (10/5): Great place to spend a night when travelling! - SILA Urban Living is my favourite place to stay when transiting through HCMC on business. The hotel is perfectly located - a few blocks from the city centre and on a quiet side-street, but within walking distance of numerous restaurants and cafes. I can recommend the breakfast buffet as it is well-balanced and good value (the soup of the day is always a treat!); the French dining options at the hotel are also enjoyable and good value. Internet is high-speed and rooms are generously sized to allow for writing emails and reports in comfort. There is also a lap pool, full-service gym, spa, and sauna. Amenities and rooms are well-maintained, and staff always willing to assist when needed. Depending on traffic, about 20min. from the airport and sooo much more enjoyable than any of the other places I've stayed in HCMC.

• Peter (4/5): - Staff polite but that's about it. Hotel rooms were very clean but stark and beds were OK -3 star standard. Showers were great. Pool clean, long and thin but not picturesque and noisy some evenings. Would not stay again as checked in with 2 persons and was given ONE key which we lost and the hotel charged us almost the same price as the breakfast for losing it. Apparently it was in the small print but left a very bad impression especially as on the day we checked out we were told the room was missing 2tiny towels which we had taken to the pool and were found there. At this point we expressed our frustration at the hotel's handling of the key and towel issues. As we got in our taxi to the airport a staff member(presumably management) came to apologize and offered us what looked like 2 tiny moisturizers or something which of course we did not accept as the damage had been done and seriously 2 moisturizers? Really short sighted management at this hotel in our opinion.
