• Judi (8/5): Great spot for short stay. Good restaurant on site, & plenty of restaurants a short Grab trip away. - We enjoyed the pool area after a workout in the well equipped gym. Also recommend the on site restaurant where we had a couple of meals and afternoon drinks. Location needed to use Grab to get anywhere, but that was very inexpensive.

• Aneesh (3/5): It was ok but it wasn't good enough for the money we payed. - we really liked the roof top pool and the gym. Those were cool. Breakfast and the parking were good. Also the pool had privacy. The staff were okay. It could have been cleaned a lot more. It was very dirty. There were tiny bugs in the room. One of our bathrooms had used cloths behind the bathroom door.
• Peter (9/5): - I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were very professional and super helpful and always friendly. I especially loved the unique and interesting architecture of the building. Also, for the price, the inclusion of many TV channels including HBO movies etc, a very granular aircon control and the infinity pool on the rooftop were amazing. The bed was firm, which I love. I also appreciated the bolsters that came with the comfy pillows in the Deluxe room.

• Tina1712 (5/5): - Betten waren sehr Bequem. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Gratis Wasser auf dem Zimmer und 2 Flaschen Bier im Restaurant.. War nur 2 Nächte dort . Das Zimmer hatte zwar eine Balkontür, aber nur in die lobby. Es gab keine Frischluft oder Zirkulation. Das Zimmer hat sehr nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel gerochen. Hab mir für die 2. Nacht ein anderes Zimmer geben lassen, dieses war okay aber auch wieder ohne Fenster zum öffnen. Der Poolbereich ist sehr renovierungsbedürftig.

• John (7/5): Value for money - I visit often this Hotel. The most times it is nice and comfortable. Nice swimming pool. Easy to reach everything At the time we stayed this time there, there was an extreme noise through the building, parties, wedding parties. All very loud, totally not comfortable.

• Viktor (10/5): - Отличный отель за свои деньги. Если у вас есть байк, то вы поселитесь в очень удобном месте - все рядом. Завтраки за эту стоимость отличные, персонал вежливый. Номер классный. Нам достался номер с окном на улицу, на заднюю часто отеля. Разделение душа и унитаза по разным кабинкам. Раковина стоит отдельно, многие пишут что это неудобно. На самом деле это очень удобно, кто имеет опыт проживания в разных отелях поймут почему. У кровати есть удобная длинна полка вдоль стены, две прикроватные тумбочки. Есть стол и стул со спинкой , а не табуретка. Шторы полный блэкаут. На крыше есть хороший бассейн, бар, бильярд, тренажерный зал тоже хорошие для отеля. Удобная охраняемая парковка под землей. Удобный подъезд к лобби, и лобби красиво выглядит. Нам дали бесплатный ужин, два пенных напитка и бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта . Я заселился сюда на неделю, пожив несколько дней, решил продлить еще на 15 дней. Благодарю команду отеля Infinity 8

We did get left alone in the upstairs bar while staff disappeared twice which was kind of strange. One after ordering drinks & the other after finishing our meal & some games of pool. We just left the restaurant empty while no staff were present.

• Irina (4/5): I rarely leave negative reviews, but this listing image is misleading and should be corrected. - The staff were excellent — polite, professional, and very well-trained. The rooftop pool was surprisingly pleasant, clean, and a good size for the hotel’s category. The main issue is the deceptive photo used in the listing — it shows a beach club "Klive" that is not part of the hotel and is actually far away (around an hour in traffic). The rooms are very small. The hotel is in an extremely crossroads. super busy area with no possibility to walk anywhere — only taxis or bikes, and both are affected by traffic and bad fumes. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this listing image is misleading and should be corrected ASAP. The staff and rooftop pool are good, but honesty in advertising is essential. Bad score here for misleading image.
• éric (10/5): Trop beau séjour d’un week-end ici - De grands espaces, parking sous sol sécurisé, petit déjeuner extraordinaire et copieux, le spa avec des massages à la hauteur des espérances. Mention +++ au roof top avec ses deux piscines incroyables et des emplacements superbes pour organiser événements de groupe, anniversaires ou mariages. Je compte y revenir avant de prendre le vol retour, car il est sur un axe principal non loin de l’aéroport. Le personnel est irréprochable avec le sourire balinais toujours présent. Thank you for all the team ☺️ S’il faut trouver un point alors ce serait la Clim dans la chambre qui a mon sens ne créer pas la température demandé, mais je ne m’en suis pas plein au personnel.

There are often fruit flies on the food which makes it uncomfortable to eat. One of the glass was not properly washed.

• X668LSsarahf (2/5): Tired and run down - The pictures on the booking pages do not reflect the hotel as it is now. The hotel is quite old and run down. There is some lacking in cleanliness in the rooms. The pool on the roof has mould and algae in, and some of the wooden panels around the pool are unstable. The rooftop bar has no AC and over looks the local rooftops, so no real view. We had a room facing the road, which is extremely busy and noisy. Location is near things but would always need a taxi so nothing walkable. This is not near Jimbaran Beach. We did have food in the lobby which was nice, and all the staff are lovely.

Drobne sprawy dają duże zadowolenie i w efekcie lepsze opinie. - Z racji że hotel znajduje się daleko od plaży, raczej w mieście przy głównej ulicy - basen obłożony na full. Dodatkowo przy dodatkowym doborze nocy (łącznie 3) odmówiono gratisu który był przyznawany przy jednorazowej rezerwacji 3 dniowej tj. kolacji dla dwóch osób. Oczywiście rozumiem, że nie zarezerwowałam za pierwszym razem, ale byłby to miły gest dla gościa, przebywającego na urlopie wypoczynkowym.

Les deux piscines en rooftop Un personnel très gentil. Je pourrais revenir mais sans manger sur place. Le petit dej n'est pas a mon goût du tout, mis à part les plats indonesiens, le reste était très industriel, sucré ou sans goût. Pas de produits de qualité, donc si je reviens je ne prendrai pas la formule avec petit dej qui est pour moi chère pour ce que c'est. Le café non plus n'est pas très bon. Au niveau du restaurant, j'ai vite fait le tour de la carte et je n'ai rien trouvé de vraiment bon. J'ai parfois laissé la fin de mon assiette.
