In the public areas, music is scheduled to be played from 11:00 - 22:00 hrs. daily.
For privacy concerns, please note that all guestrooms will be secluded and restricted only for in-house guests.
On 31st December 2025 the room rate is including New Year Dinner Buffet with full entertainments (Live music, Folk cultural performances, Fire Dance Show, Fireworks, Lucky draw, Games etc. It’s included for a maximum of two people, an extra person will be charged THB4,500. - per person / child 5-11 years old offer 50% discount and can be paid at the hotel lobby upon arrival.
Please be informed that on November 10, 2023 until December 4, 2023 the hotel will start to maintenance the sign wall in front of the hotel (Polishing of wood, Replacement, Painting).
The working day will be every day between 10.00am – 5.00pm. During this period, it might makes some noise from the maintenance process.

Good range for breakfast considering it's a small hotel. Air conditioning was good. Good range of toiletries which included a body lotion. The mattress wasn't particularly comfortable.

- Andrei (2/5): Not worth it at all. - Pool was ok and that’s about it. Hotel is very old and outdated, bad value, should be priced at 1/4th the price they’re asking for. AC was making helicopter noises at night. Sheets weren’t always clean (stains and bad smell). Water stream was inconsistent switching between hot and cold randomly. Below average breakfast. Laundry took 2 days even tho they said it will be ready the next day.

Young guests misbehaving, talking,yelling late into the night.Even witnessed a brawl between two young guests in the very early hours of the morning we were leaving. - Z1581JYtraceyc (4/5): definitely not one to revisit at any point going forward - no front of hotel appeal - we chose a sea view room, which we had on the top floor, level 4. the room was smelling of damp and mold and was absolutely filthy. there were stains on the bed sheets - hand marks and stains on the walls - the balcony sofa was stained and cigarette burnt - the balcony glass was shocking with spit marks and all - not cleaned - under the sofa in the room had not seen the light of day in a long time - the shower was disgraceful - mold everywhere and above the intermittent shower was holes and mold. the 3 legged designed wooden table in the lounge is not for putting things on safely, as we had a glass on there and having then put a bag on it, it heavily fell over. The curtains were stained and shabby. the breakfast choice was dire. awful designed pool due to lack of space around it - the safety deposit box did not work and we were given the master key for it in the end. we would not be recommending or staying here ever again.

Strand winzig, schmutzig, ohne Liegen. Manager versprach Rückerstattung bei sofortiger Kontaktaufnahme mit Booking.com – getan, aber keine Reaktion. Stattdessen Drohung, alle 5 Nächte zahlen zu müssen. Am vorletzten Tag Zimmer längst weitervermietet, trotzdem voller Preis kassiert.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Good but not perfect - Ocean front room with a private pool was epic but very expensive for the condition of the room. Toilet has urine drips down the front and pool was growing algae. Shower was very aggressive and soaked the bathroom. If you want peace and tranquility and don’t mind it not being perfect this will work for you. Room service food was excellent. Breakfast limited but what was there was delicious.

- Maja (8/5): Good Overall Experience, but a Bit Pricey and Showing Its Age. - We had a pleasant stay overall, though there were a few drawbacks. The hotel is located near a busy street, but surprisingly, we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The street view isn’t anything special, but once inside, the pool area is quite nice and relaxing. The reception staff were generally kind and welcoming. The hotel proudly displays awards it received between 2017 and 2019, and I believe it was deserving of them back then. Breakfast is served across the street, and there's always a friendly staff member helping guests cross safely, stopping traffic if needed. The breakfast itself was consistently good and enjoyable. We visited during Songkran, and the hotel organized a beautiful beachfront buffet dinner for guests, complete with a fire show. It was truly a lovely experience and a highlight of our stay! All in all, the staff were helpful and friendly throughout the stay. One thing to keep in mind: swimming in the sea isn’t recommended in this area due to jellyfish, so we spent our time by the pool instead. Would I book this hotel again? Probably yes—but if I return to Koh Samui, I might be curious to try somewhere new for a different experience! During check-out, we had to ask twice for corrections on our bill, which wasn't accurate at first. The receptionist seemed a bit annoyed with us for double-checking, which left a slightly negative impression at the end. It’s starting to show signs of aging, and could benefit from some renovations here and there. Nothing major—still clean and nice—but it's noticeable. Dining at the hotel was tasty, but quite expensive, as were the cocktails. So while the quality was there, it felt a bit overpriced.

The sheets were dirty, the hotel room wasn’t clean, the lift was broken the entire time of our stay and we were on the top floor, they said they offered kayaks and paddle boards however we never allowed to use them, they never replaced toiletries and the aircon didn’t work one day, the place was run down and hasn’t been well Maintained, getting pool towels is difficult for now reason
- Daiva (10/5): - Highly recommend. Hidden gem ! It’s like Narnia - it looks simple on the outside but wow - As soon as you walk in - it’s beautiful ! Long swimming pool. Staff were gracious enough to accommodate me during my stay travelling solo. Rooms are large, clean and spacious. Breakfast is across the street - food is 4/5. There is a few to the airport.

Natürlich kann man ein Rollo benutzen. Aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen sollten große Shampoo und Bodylotion angeboten werden und nicht die, die tägl. weggeschmissen werden.

Very clean & tidy hotel 😊 Breakfast was quite limited with its options but loved the freshly prepared eggs upon your wish. The hotel / pool area is quite noisy in the evening especially if staying in one of the rooms near pool.

- Bass0174 (10/5): Great stay! - Loved our (unfortunately) short stay! When we arrived, we got upgraded for free to a room with access to the pool. It was a very spacious, clean and cosy room. Exactly what we needed after some travelling. We enjoyed it a lot, the view from the large pool was also enjoyable. Breakfast was at a restaurant across the road. Although it wasn't the most extensive buffet, the quality of the food was good and it does offer enough options. Would stay here again!

There are tables to sit at one end of the pool but once one of these is occupied by smokers it is terrible for anybody else. The street outside the hotel is in poor condition for pedestrians. proximity to Fisherman's Village understated.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Middle Of The Road - My wife and I stayed for a few nights here recently. Don’t believe the absolute terrible reviews and don’t believe the utterly amazing reviews either. For us, it’s a definite 3 star hotel. Good points: Clean, staff are friendly (although can seem a bit disinterested with some playing at the pool table for a lot of the day) and location is absolutely fantastic on Bangrak Beach with lots of really nice places to eat and drink within a 10-15 mins walk. Bad Points: Rooms are small and the pictures of balcony’s don’t really do justice to just how small they are, we had constant issues with the room (Deluxe Sea View) - lights not working or flickering which weren’t resolved, constant issues with the room safe not working properly. Hotel is beside a really busy main road and although it’s noisy, our room was on the other side of the hotel so it didn’t really bother us. Breakfast is served in a restaurant across a really busy road and it’s pretty basic but tasty. The coffee was amazing. We overpaid for our stay but overall, not a bad choice.

- Gregory (3/5): Miserable - The pool was good The safe in our room did not work and the alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. The tv remote did not work and so the tv did not work. Lights too bright outside our room. Staff at front desk very good. Staff at bar ok. Breakfast was good. Otherwise the place especially front desk was overcrowded all the time. Staff spent a lot of time talking to each other and not to us the customers. We were very disappointed by the whole stay with you. You while hotel needs a huge overhaul and some money spent on it.

- Anon124567 (2/5): So disappointing - I don’t usually write such long reviews, but I think this hotel needs a detailed review. Let me make this clear, this hotel is by no stretch of the imagination a 5*. I have stayed in far nicer 3* hotels. This is a party hotel, for those wanting constant music and noise. DO NOT BOOK FOR RELAXING! Location - The hotel is situated on an extremely busy main road, dusty, potholed road that is near impossible to cross. There are no shops nearby other than seedy looking massage places and seven elevens. The hotel exterior is ugly and the hotel right next door is undergoing building work all day. Room - The room i was given stank of mildew due to the state of the bathroom (please see photos), the safe was broken so i could not secure my passport or cards. The shower was rubbish, burning you one minute and freezing the next. I asked to move rooms the next day and i was moved to the room next door which was in an identical state. I complained to the manager and he said it is due to the humidity of the climate. Both nights i was kept awake until 4am by guests carrying on their parties by the pool area. I rang reception to ask them to do something and no answer, clearly it is not a 24 hr reception. The following morning, exhausted and upset that i had paid so much for this hotel i asked to check out. I would not be entitled to a refund because i booked through booking.com, but i had to leave. The reservations manager overheard and offered to move me to a villa room at no extra cost, which i accepted because i honestly could not have afforded another hotel, aswell as this one, would probably just have brought my flight forward. I have been happy enough with the villa room, although they had two pool parties a meter from my room and there are no curtains, so no privacy and more noise. There is just a thin voil and the lights from outside shine into the room which mades it hard to sleep until you get used to it. Breakfast - The breakfast is in a building across the street, it has 9 tables of 2 and there are 25 rooms in the main hotel and 5 villas, so after 8:30am you have to wait on the road for a table, as everybody wants breakfast after this time, totally ridiculous. The breakfast is very basic indeed. Fills a hole, but don’t expect anything wonderful!! The staff - the reception staff were very helpful and kind. The breakfast staff are miserable and the “manager of catering” rude. He kept pushing me to book the hotel fireshow, I didn’t want to book it because i don’t rate the hotel or what it provides and he ignored me the rest of my holiday for not booking it. The beaches are generally filthy with rubbish all over them and i would not swim in that. There are no beach loungers either. I have complained to booking.com because this hotel is totally mis-advertised. It is neither luxury or a place to relax or on a useable beach. The photos they have advertised with have been heavily edited. This is very misleading. If you have booked this and it is too late to back out like me, I can suggest you hang out at Tembo next door. One of the best beach clubs on the island. Minimum spend is 500 baht which is reasonable and you would have to buy food and drinks at the hotel anyway. The hotel is so run down and tatty that i did not spend a single day there. Just slept in it. The elephant sanctuary trip and Koh Tao trips were great. Would probably give the island tour and the pig island tour a miss, was not really worth the money. The restaurants along the road are good. I can recommend Green Leaf, Sengalese, Blind Tiger and Secret Garden. The little place next to the Lotus supermarket is cheap and lovely (opposite Tembo) homemade Thai food. Fisherman’s village has a night market Monday, Wednesday and Friday where you can eat and shop. Cocotams fire show is amazing and free, you just have to buy one drink whilst watching, it is on every night at 7:30pm and again at 9pm.

Plenty of toiletries. Staff were polite. Location not great in terms of restaurants but a few around. Better with scooter I guess but still a little too quiet. Beach is not huge but morning walks were nice.

- Yvonne (7/5): Not great stay - The location was good but building work going on next door and all over the Main Street as they are getting ready for high season. Most of the staff were pleasant some not so. Our room had a terrible smell when I mentioned this they said they would look into it, but nothing happened during our two night stay, I could not have put up any longer so glad we were moving elsewhere. The room was roomy but furniture chipped and dusty, from building work next door probably. Our shower was useless it kept moving and going really hot to too cold. The staff didn’t seem too bothered when you mentioned things. The breakfast was over the road, on our last morning the bread was hard, poached eggs cold and tea lukewarm so not a great experience

- Tori (1/5): Absolutely disgusting & disgraceful! - If I could rate this property a 0 I would! The customer service at this place is beyond absurd! The staff at this hotel are up there with the rudest people I have ever come across! Firstly the property forgot to pick us up from the airport as agreed upon the previous day. They then put us in rooms on the 4th floor despite our booking being 2 x ‘deluxe pool access rooms’ (next to each other), which had been booked for months prior. They then blamed this on us stating that we had changed our booking last minute. We then got relocated to 2 seperate rooms on the ground floor on opposite sides & ends of the hotel. One of our rooms was pool access while the other faced directly onto the dining area. The staff were extremely rude. Said they would check to see if our original booking could be accomodated in days to come but never got back to us. We then asked to speak to the manager/supervisor to which all of the staff just stared at us. Then said that the only way to get a refund was through booking.com which is untrue. The property are now refusing to answer our requests for a refund and are refusing to give us our money back. We are beyond appaulled with this place. This place needs to be shut down or taken off booking.com at the very least. Booking.com should be ashamed to have this place on its website. Do yourselves a favour & DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE
