• GOH (8/5): The overall stay were comfortable and enjoyable. - Breakfast was good but the time allowed is up to 9:00 am. The staffs services were excellent for both check-in and restaurant. The staffs were helpful to guide us on the specific tour to our liking and preferred arrangement. Breakfast time till 9:00am is relatively short where we like to enjoy and take our breakfast at our own pace especially when we are not joining any tour group. The house-keeping should be more alert by sharing more bath wash.

• David (3/5): A busy conference hotel for locals but not convenient or friendly for foreign tourists to Da Lat. - Rooms are a good size and we appreciated the standing balconies. We felt that the swimming pool was purely for show - located adjacent to the entrance, the water was cold, there were no changing facilities and the reception staff didn’t seem to know where we could get pool towels.

Kainos restorane ne didesnės, nei naktiniame turguje, bet aptarnavimas ir maisto kokybė tikrai geresnė. Paparašius, kad įjungtų pirtį, personalas ją įjungia tik turėkite omenyje, kad pirčiai gerai įšilti, reikia 2-3 valandų, tai paprašykite iš anksto. Labai gera viešbučio vieta lokaliai. Nepatiko, kad personalas nekalba angliškai ir išvykstant turėjome nemalonų nutikimą su taksi, kai paprašėme reception iškviesti taksi į oro uostą, bet visko pasitaiko, aš tikiuosi jie pasimokys iš situacijos ir ateityje bus kitaip. Mums tai irgi buvo pamoka nebeprašyti tokių dalykų personalo. O šiaip viskas patiko. Viešbutis tikrai nuostabus.

• Vinh (8/5): Vị trí tốt, phòng và tiện nghi ổn, có hồ bơi nhưng ăn sáng hơi chán. - Vị trí cực tốt, gần trung tâm và chợ đêm Đà Lạt, có thể đi bộ. Xung quanh có rất nhiều quán ăn ngon, quán cà phê hay điểm du lịch. Gần nhà thờ để đi lễ. Phòng rộng, sạch, trang trí đẹp, nhưng thiếu két sắt. Giường rộng, nêm hơi cứng nhưng mền to. Phòng và trần cách âm không tốt lắm, âm thanh tầng trên và phòng bên khá rõ. Đồ dùng toilet không có dao cạo râu, dầu gội loại 2 chai bé tí. Đặc biệt có hồ bơi trong nhà rộng, rất đẹp, tuy ít người bơi. Không thấy nhân viên bảo vệ trong hồ bơi. Nhân viên lịch sự, lễ phép, tận tình. Các anh bảo vệ còn chỉ chỗ mình lấy nước lau xe, và chỉ đường đến các quán ăn. Chỗ đậu xe rộng, thoải mái Buffet sáng nhiều món nhưng không đổi món mỗi ngày, trừ món ăn nước như bún bò, bún riêu hay miến. Các món làm tạm được chứ không ngon đặc sắc, và khá nhàm chán. Phong cách quản lý và phục vụ vẫn đậm kiểu khách sạn cũ: phát phiếu ăn sáng đóng dấu hàng ngày.

• Colin (8/5): - Good location. Large room away from street noise so we slept well. Friut delivered to your room each day. Friendly helpful staff. Very clean. Although breakfast was good it was exactly the same every day. We had a terrace but there were no chairs to sit on. The porter brought us 2 from the restaurant. The hotel generally feels sadly rundown and tired. The bar upstairs was open but no one was there and they didn't serve wine by the glass and had run out of tonic. The main clientele seem to be coach trips for bed and breakfast.

• Niels (6/5): Niet geschikt voor families - Kamer waren groot en schoon. Ontbijt was op een paar zaken - uitgedroogd en weinig fruit - na best goed. Bediening behulpzaam, ondanks ze weinig engels spraken. Locatie is voor mensen die graag iets wandelen prima (20 minuten lopem naar de Night Market). Ik heb dit hotel geboekt vanwege het zwembad zodat de kinderen hier na een dag activiteiten zich lekker konden vermaken. Het hotel is echter vooral gericht op (zakelijke) evenementen. Het zwembad werd daarom gebruikt als feest en dinerlocatie. Geen ligbedjes (zoals op de foto’s) maar gedekte tafels en stoelen en een podium. Bovendien was het zwembad ijskoud en twee dagen vanwege een evenement dicht. Dit is geen hotel voor families!! Overigens nauwelijks restaurants in de buurt.

Misunderstanding re free airport transfer by booking.com unresolved. - breakfast was ok but the but baguettes wasnt fresh the bathtub / shower pools up water around the sides - so the bathwater drips down to the floor, its a poor outdated bathtub design. We had to mop up the bathtub and floor after use.

The room itself is large and modern. We only stayed for 1 night, but it was a pleasant stay. We got a good price during the low season. The pool shuts early compared to other hotels.
