Birgit (8/5): Tolle Lage und überraschender Service, Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wir würden wieder buchen! - Sehr gute Lage, unser Zimmer lag nach hinten zu einem Innenhof und war sehr ruhig. Der Empfang sehr nett, Toll, dass der Inhalt der Minibar, die erste Füllung total umsonst war, das haben wir noch nie erlebt, Kaffe, Tee.. alles verfügbar, sehr nett Trockenfrüchte und kleine süße Snacks auf dem Tisch! Super Frühstück, TG unmittelbar neben dem Hsupteingang, sehr geräumig und gut befahrbar. Der Frühstücksraum ist im Gegensatz zum Frühstück selber nicht so schön … war aber nicht schlimm.

Erica (9/5): Goed hotel op fijne locatie - Vriendelijk ontvangen bij aankomst door de receptie met duidelijke uitleg over de kamer en het parkeren. Het hotel ligt gelegen in het centrum aan de markt, tegenover het politiebureau, veel winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Op de kamer is de minibar gevuld, dit is inbegrepen in de prijs. Wij verbleven er één nacht met het gezin in een ruime familiekamer als tussenstop op doorreis.

Markus (8/5): Der Kaiserhof ist eine gute Adresse für einen Kurztrip und wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen. - Wir wurden bei der Anreise an der Reception sehr Freundlich empfangen und konnten schnell einchecken. Das Doppelzimmer hat eine gute Grösse, das Einzelzimmer war eher etwas klein. Aber nur für eine Nacht, war das kein Problem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, da sehr Central gelegen. -

Nicole (10/5): Verrassend leuke stad, hotel ligt ideaal om alles te verkennen - De locatie aan de rand van het centrum is ideaal. Een paar stappen en je staat op het Marktplein. Onze kamer was ruim, netjes, modern en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en altijd behulpzaam! Ook de eigen parkeergarage naast het hotel is fijn. Daar laat je je auto met een gerust hart achter (want je hebt hem echt niet nodig om de stad te verkennen).

Personeel : vriendelijk en bereidwillig. Ontbijt : ruim en gevarieerd. De kwaliteit van de hoofdkussens kon beter.

Gefreut haben wir uns über den geschützten Privatparkplatz. Dieser kostet übrigens 19 Euro, nicht wie hier bei booking.com angegeben 17 Euro! Wir haben sehr kurz entschlossen gebucht und hatten daher keine große Zimmerauswahl. Das Queensize-Bett war mit 1,40 m für zwei Personen dann doch etwas schmal. Aber für eine Nacht war das okay. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt achten wir auf eine bessere Kategorie.

Pamela (9/5): Wir sind sehr zufrieden. - Die Lage war super. Es war alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und die Bahn war auch gleich um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war schön gross und wir hatten eine super Aussicht zum Marktplatz und Schloss. Minibar und Verbrauchsmaterial wie zbsp. Schampoo wurde leider nicht wieder aufgefüllt.
Ciprian (9/5): - Very well located. No noise from the outside of the hotel. (Police is on the other side of the street.) Breakfast was good, varied enough. The hotel is nice and cozy. It has a very small reception. You get free delicious green apples and a free minibar in the room. Bathroom was small, with a shower cabin only about 1 meter wide and long. The hot food can be kept hotter. Often it's just warm.
David (8/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe - Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Moderne saubere Zimmer mit hygienischen Hartböden. Eigene Parkplätze mit gutem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein und war dadurch sehr voll. Das Hotel ist relativ hellhörig.

mantzalady (8/5): - Sehr gute Lage, direkt im Zentrum von Karlsruhe, leckeres Frühstück und ein bequemes Doppelbett. Das Schlafsofa war völlig unbequem – man bekam starke Rückenschmerzen und konnte kaum schlafen. Außerdem war es hinter dem Doppelbett extrem schmutzig und offensichtlich seit längerer Zeit nicht gereinigt worden. Unter der Matratze haben wir sogar eine alte Kondomverpackung gefunden, was sehr unhygienisch und eklig war

Sonja (9/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt (2 Nächte) - Zentrale Lage, tolles Frühstück, Dampfbad/Sauna, bequeme Betten, Fitnessstudio, Nackenkissen auf Nachfrage, Fahrradverleih, freundliches Personal Frühstückszeiten könnten noch etwas länger sein in den Ferien (aktuell 10 Uhr)

Silvia (9/5): Gutes Hotel in super Lage - Alles wunderbar, Lage, Garage, Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer hätte ein bisschen wärmer sein können, die Heizung liess sich nicht regulieren.
Greta (7/5): - Es gibt eine kleine Sauna und ein kleines Dampfbad, das sehr nett gemacht ist. Bei uns war nur ein anderer Gast da, das war okay. Wenn mehr als 3 Leute die Sauna nutzen wollen, wird es eng. Der Abfluss im Badezimmer hat sehr gestunken.
