- DUMEZWENI (7/5): - The establishment is awsome...great attitude from the staff. Towels were too old. No iron
- Lithembalethu (10/5): - Everything i couldn't get over how beautiful the place is đ i got great content i had peace of mind . The was not a thing I didn't like . The pictures on the site are attractive but being at the villa pictures do not do enough justice it was like im not in pe I am some where else lovely place
- Burns (1/5): Awful!!!! Please do yourself a favour and give this place a skip - Nothing After confirming my stay at 5:30 in the afternoon. I arrived (light outside does not work so I battled to put in code) with no keys the Sindy tried to cancel with me (at 8:30pm!) saying there had been a double booking. Eventually she let me inside. I opened the front door and one of the guests was sitting in a towel in the lounge. I then had to choose the most clean room. None of the beds had been made, the rooms were dirty and there were no towels. To say the place was a disappointment is an under statement. I have requested for a refund but it has been over a week and no confirmation of a refund
- Phelokazi (10/5): Beautiful place in a nice central area. - Beautiful views and very spacious Nothing

- Busi (6/5): It was nice very peaceful - I liked the outside of the place, place has amazing views of the bay. The room was also nice. The staff was amazing and the check in process was very smooth since we arrived after hours. Place is very peaceful I must say The Iron and ironing board could have been cleaner. Staff should ensure glasses are clean. We didnât have milk in the rooms the shower, water was not coming well.
- Hlonipha (8/5): -
- Dr. Ernest Martin (1/5): - I did not like much of the thing about the Villa. I was never showed around upon my arrival. It was such a worst service. So was never impressed. When I got there. There was no water to take the shower. On Tuesday they did not mushrooms, peppers and cupuccino. It was the worst experience of my time.
- Moodley (7/5): - Very beautiful and neat We had no water in our shower in our room! It was horrible - we were given the room best door to use the shower but it was really inconvenient, also it should have said the breakfast only started at 08:00 - we missed breakfast on 2 days cos we had to leave early - would not have taken the breakfast option if we knew
- Mahlaba (6/5): -
- Fouche (10/5): -
- Hector (7/5): - the staff no hot water
- Carol (9/5): Splendid Villa - Great location. Clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very homey. There was a water issue on our last night but this was communicated timeously.
- Boingotlo (4/5): The staff was very helpful and friendly but the water problem overpowered the entire experience - There was a big issue with water which made our stay very very unpleasant. We couldnât shower and get re as t as and when we wanted to and it inconvenienced us a lot.
We left yesterday without having bathed cause there was no water and we had to leave early The parking issue

- Kwame Adu (1/5): I believe the guest is best suited for a large family that will occupy all four rooms at the one setting as the rooms ar - We had a terrible experience. There are four rooms with the 4th opening into a bathroom. It was the only room that could accommodate a couple but had two double beds inside which we preferred but we were moved later to a single room without an en suite bathroom. After the first night we were moved to another room as the original room didnât have an en suite bathroom but advertised as âexternal bathroom â off which we share with the 3 other rooms.
Zeer teleurgesteld.
- Vincent (8/5): -
- Marius (8/5): - Friendly staff, clean and nead premises, beds confortable, and stunning veiws While showering ,sometimes the water dissapears, think if to many people use the water, the presure is not enough
- Kefilwe (10/5): -
- Siviwe (1/5): I didnât stay. I left and cancelled the booking. I would never sleep in a filthy room. - Nothing. IIâm Waiting for my refund from booking.com. I had to cancel the booking after seeing the room. I couldnât stay a minute in that FILTHY room. Let alone spend an entire nightđĄ. The room was FILTHY, so disgusting. There was stains everywhere, the sheets, the pillows, chair, rug. đ¤˘. I put the key back in the box and left. I could even stay a minute in that room. The host only sent me directions after I called them mentioning Iâm at the gate. I had to park infront of the gate like an intruder, calling all the numbers on the wall, the other 2 do not exist by the way. So Inefficient.
- Nozuko (9/5): My stay was extremely beautiful - The aesthetics every was nice except the TV you guys should buy smart TVâs The TV
- Mpati (10/5): -
- Hannamari Opperman (7/5): Nice view. - It was a beautifull room and the guesthouse has a beautifull view. I missed warmth to make us feel welcome and make us feel the 4star experience we expected.
- Celeste (8/5): -
- Matiwane (10/5): -
- Joy (9/5): -
- Luthando (6/5): Overall stay was satisfactory apart from the noise - Location and the view is beautiful Noise levels from occupants in the passage and lounge.
- Sanne (6/5): Prima. - Ons verblijf hier was prima.

- Joel (10/5): Fabulous stay - highly recommended - Clean, quiet and perfect Nothing at all
- Elizabeth (8/5): Very good -
- Ben (4/5): Wow, that smell. - The place was massive and beautiful. Clean but not well kept. On arrival the host tried to move us into another room, we booked two rooms with an interleading door, she tried moving us to a single room saying that one of the rooms we booked was not available. Throughout our stay we were alone in this huge place, nobody was ever in any of the other rooms.
The rooms were nice but the cigarette burns on the carpet was not.
On night one we discovered the shower, bath and basin was blocked/slow running and it caused flooding into the passage. They responded immediately with a plumber but it only got resolved the following afternoon. This drain cleaning resulted in our side of the house to smell like an open sewer, we were not moved just given another room key to use that shower.
So I realise stuff happens, but the host could have moved us to the back of the house away from the dug up sewer pipes but it seemed she only made a point to avoid us.
Overall the place was great but the drains and a host that hid away from us made it a terrible stay.
Footnote, they did not charge us for laundry done, think it was a form of sorry but again not said by the host.
- Warren (10/5): Exceptional -
- Indiphile (3/5): Everything was great besides the fact that we did not have hot water for 3 days - The area and environment is very nice We did not have hot water for 3 days
- Mjekula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sakhumzi (10/5): Exceptional - Everything so beautiful and well taken care of...
- Zimkhitha (10/5): Exceptional - The house is very beautiful with nice view The water was not hot I couldn't bath my baby for 2 days
Also the rooms were cold , the econ was not working no spare blankets in the wore drobe
- Mjekula (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jacobs (5/5): Passable - The rooms with the balcony are absolutely beautiful. The electricity kept on tripping and there was no warm water the evening or the morning when we wanted to bathe.

- Mariana (8/5): Very good -
- Mfundo (5/5): Passable -
- Zininzi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Takudzwa (10/5): Exceptional - Very helpful and accommodating staff!
- Rebeca (8/5): Casino time - The village itâs nice and big our room was really big amazing pool Breakfast was weird.
- Pretty (9/5): Will definitely come back đ - The place is amazing, the views are to die for,and it was so clean and though there wasn't any staff members, everything was laid out in such a way it was easy for us navigate around on our own, we loved the privacy too as we had the whole Villa to ourselves, wish I could stay longer too. Just we saw gowns on the photos and assumed it was part of the package but didn't find any in the rooms and no pool towels as per advertisement too
- Lwazi (6/5): I was unfortunately underwhelmed by the overall experience. Perhaps it was a bad day. - The room is spacious with a lovely waterfall like shower. Albeit the water pressure is low. The bed was comfortable. The room comes with a private entrance . I just have caught them on a bad days I was booked into the presidential suite. Unfortunately nothing was working . This including the TV and the key for the outside door that led to the private entrance. Meaning I couldnât really make use of this. I had to spend time away from the property to give them a chance to clean and prepare my room. Even though I came after checkin time. It was just a disappointing experience. I am unlikely to return
- Linda (9/5): Would definitely visit again. - They have done really well with the layout and general upkeep of this beautiful villa. The staff was friendly and attentive. It could be a plumbing issue or something else- but the humid - not so pleasant smell from the bathroom that room 1&3 use- that should be looked into. It could be an easy fix- but definitely worth looking into. Would also recommend a deep/thorough cleaning of the other areas of the villa other than just the bedrooms at least every other day/ once a week (depending on how busy it is).
- Kweleta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Frans (3/5): Poor - Beds were comfortable. And the lady at reception was very accommodating with late check-ins. When my husband came back, the cleaner was lying on his pillow next to the bed sleeping. Said she wasn't feeling well.
The breakfast was o.k, but seemed like nobody knew exactly what they have on the menu. There was a party going on, on the first night. Was a bit noisy
- Mariette (5/5): Passable -
- Hennie (8/5): Very good -
- Jaco (8/5): Apart from the minor inconveniences at breakfast, the rest of the stay was great. - Overall stay was very enjoyable. The house and pool is beautiful. Breakfast was a little underwhelming. The food was good, but the people serving can take a bit long, and can improve their communication. Still cannot understand why we had to go and sit at the long table to eat, when we were perfectly happy at the smaller tables. That was a little weird. But other than that, no complaints. Better communication from kitchen staff. Especially around coffee and juice. None was offered, and it was not clear whether we could help ourselves or not. Only after we have been seated for a while, and eventually asked for some juice, it was borught to us. I would suggest a coffee and juice station, to make it obvious that guests can help themselves to it, as currenlty you have to go into the kitchen area and fridge to get it, which normally, a guest will not do at a guesthouse, as it would feel a bit intrusive for a guest to go where the kitchen staff is busy working.
- Karla (4/5): Very disappointing - Beautiful room and villa. Easy check-in and secure parking. The room had cobwebs, so it was not cleaned properly.
I understand that water is not compulsory to give to geusts, but for the price you would think there would at least be water to drink or at least leave some in the mini bar that we would have gladly paid for. We had to go out and buy water 22:00 at night.
The bath, which was advertised as a spa bath, did not work. The jets couldn't switch on, and the bath was leaking fast! To the point where I had to top it off as i was taking a bath.
The staff was totally unprepared for breakfast. Which, according to the information book, starts at 07:30, we only showed up for breakfast at 08:30. For a breakfast that costs R180 per person, it definitely was not worth the price. We didn't get options on what we could eat. Standard bacon, eggs, sausage, baked beans (which was only on one of pur plates). Half of it was cold, and the toast was rock hard. There were no bowls or cutlery set out for the cereal or the breakfast. We had to ask the staff member, which didn't seem like she knew what was going on.
I was shocked and very disappointed with the service.
The room was beautiful, but if the service doesn't improve, I will definitely not book here again.

- Antione (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lesedi& (9/5): It was really great and short. - I like the set-up of our room, and the view by the pool side. It really has a great view and peaceful and sweet workers I didn't like the fact that we were not provided with white towels, and the water was could in the m orning when we had to take a shower and also there is no YouTube, we could not play music due to that.
