• ΚΑΤΕΡΙΝΑ (1/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο Io Villas ήταν απογοητευτική και είχαμε πολλά προβλήματα με τη κα. Γκούντι τη διαχειρίστρια. Πληρώσαμε 165 ευρώ τη βραδιά και περιμέναμε τουλάχιστον τα βασικά. Όμως, η κα. Γκούντι μας έδωσε μόνο ένα ρολό χαρτί υγείας για 4 άτομα για τη διάρκεια 5 διανυκτερεύσεων λεγοντάς μας ότι το χαρτί υγείας δεν συμπεριλαμβάνεται στην τιμή! Δεν υπήρχε σαμπουάν ή αφρόλουτρο. Το κλιματιστικό στο σαλόνι δεν δούλευε και μας είπε ότι θα το φτιάξει μέσα σε δύο μέρες, αλλά δεν το έκανε ποτέ. Η κα. Γκούντι μας ζήτησε να πληρώσουμε μέρος του ποσού με μετρητά και το υπόλοιπο με τραπεζική κατάθεση, χωρίς να θέλει να μας δώσει απόδειξη για ολόκληρο το ποσό! Όταν της είπαμε ότι δεν έχουμε μετρητά και πως θέλαμε να πληρώσουμε με κάρτα, έγινε έξαλλη και φώναξε μπροστά στα παιδιά μου και τους άλλους πελάτες ότι θέλω να την κοροϊδέψω. Αυτό ήταν απαράδεκτο. Η ίδια ισχυρίστηκε ότι δεν έχει μηχάνημα για κάρτες (POS), κάτι που είναι παράνομο. Τελικά μίλησα με την κα. Τερέζα, ιδιοκτήτρια και κόρη της κα. Γκούντι, η οποία ήταν ευγενική, για να βάλω όλο το ποσό με τραπεζική κατάθεση. Τέλος, η κα. Γκούντι μας είπε πριν φύγουμε να την ενημερώσουμε για να ελέγξει αν λείπει κάτι από το διαμέρισμα, σαν να υπονοούσε ότι θα την κλέψουμε! Για να είμαστε δίκαιοι, το διαμέρισμα ήταν ευρύχωρο, παραδοσιακό και καθαρό. Η κυρία Μαρία, η καθαρίστρια, ήταν πολύ ευγενική και έκανε εξαιρετική δουλειά στην καθαριότητα. Επίσης ο άντρας της κα. Γκούντι ήταν ένας ευγενικός και ήρεμος κύριος. Η πισίνα που μοιραζόμασταν με άλλες 2 οικογένειες ήταν ωραία αλλά μικρή δεδομένου των αριθμό των ατόμων που ήθελαν να την χρησιμοποιήσουν και συνήθως ήταν συνωστισμένη. Η άσχημη συμπεριφορά και οι αμφίβολες πρακτικές της κα. Γκούντι χάλασαν εντελώς την εμπειρία μας. Δεν θα πρότεινα αυτό το κατάλυμα σε κανέναν που περιμένει στοιχειώδη φιλοξενία, σεβασμό και επαγγελματισμό.

• Jon (9/5): Nice villi in olive groves with great pool - Lovey location set in Olive Groves and a really nice shared swimming pool. Nice outdoor terraces on ground and first floor, with great sea views. The main town was a little further than expected, about 15 min walk. A car is useful in this location. The main beech is quite busy, but their are some lovely others towns and beeches nearby.
• Anne (5/5): Passable - Self Catering. The pool area & pool were of good size unfortunately there was a green rim around the top of the pool which didn't look appealing. Whilst it was good there was a washing machine there wasn't an iron or board. So I had to ask to borrow these for a day. The manager said it was for safety reasons. The electric plug sockets didn't seem very safe. The cupboards with crockery in where very high up the wall I could barely reach them. The bath was a small hip bath with a hand held shower, the shower head kept coming off. The plastic toilet seat cover had a crack in it, which we highlighted to the manager but she wasn't bothered. Sadly a good night's sleep was not to be had as there were at least 5 large dogs in nearby properties that barked frequently early mornings & most of the night.
• Brendan (10/5): Perfect family accommodation with lovely pool. - Beautiful, quiet setting but minutes from the beach and tavernas. Comfy beds and all the facilities we needed, even a washing machine! The outside areas are lovely and the design means we often felt we were alone. Nothing

• Simone (6/5): Acceptable, pool is good - Lovely spot among olive groves, 10 mins walk to beach The apartment was small, only only one toilet, and no plug for the kitchen sink.
• Janet (7/5): okay although Goody was accommodating. - traditional villa. no air con in one of the bedrooms and when i have stayed in Stoupa the billa gets cleaned mid week and bedding changed.
