- Sally (10/5): - The only downside to this hotel is that it doesn’t have air-conditioning if you’re traveling in the summer. They do supply each room with an electric fan though.I never travel in the summer so it works for me. This hotel does have an elevator just large enough for two people or one person with a suitcase. Most rooms are small but they are spotlessly cleaned, the showers have a removable handheld option and plenty of hot water with really strong pressure. The bed is comfortable and each room has ceiling to floor windows that open wide. The rooms are very quiet, especially on the courtyard side. This hotel is on a one-way street which keeps the noise down and also makes it easy when you call for Ubers. The location cannot be beat. Within minutes you are on Boulevard St. Germain with the choice of dozens of places to eat and many shops are close by. And on top of all that, it is one of the cheapest places in a prime area to stay. You need to book far in advance though because the word is out. This is the only place I stay in Paris now. The bathroom has a towel warmer and the towels they give you are nice. The showers are walk-in with zero clearance, the floor is not slippery, and the whole bathroom does not get wet when you use it. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the employees are very helpful. There is only one room on the ground floor and it is handicapped accessible with a completely ADA bathroom. hard to find in Paris! The rooms that have queen size beds are quite large.

Nespresso machine and breakfast good. Water temperature and pressure in shower is on and off so be careful. Room super small but that’s Paris. Cool restaurant and bar down the street L’Epidon was our go to! Owned by Joseph and Monica-such lovely and fantastic food!
- janice (6/5): - The rooms are small. Both of us could not move around comfortably. It says air conditioning , bye we had a fan which was not suitable for keeping the room cool. Buffett breakfast was not appealing. Overall it was okay but not great. It’s has a very small elevator in which three people barely fit.

It was mentioned in the listing, and I disregarded this because I was traveling in September and thought the temperature would be cool enough. I would have like the AC and when leaving the window open at night, we could hear the partyers nearby. Breakfast fast good. They had no tissues in the room and when I asked for some, they said they were out.

- richard (10/5): Great location , good value, surprisingly quiet st - Great location, 10 minutes walk to the Seine. Lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Easy to travel around by foot, bus or metro. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Location is remarkably quiet considering how close it is to lively streets. Rooms very clean. Breakfast is good, regularly restocked with fresh food. Rooms are cosy, but workable. Luggage can be left securely- which is a massive help to maximise the last day - as main visitor attractions do not have lockers.

It was very scorching hot in Paris. The rooms do not have aircon but they already have two fans in the room. Nice breakfast!

There was a fan provided, but my room did get quite hot during the day, as it is summer time. The room was clean, and it was the perfect size for me. I enjoyed the view out of my window, and it was pretty walkable to other areas. There were also quite a few cafes and restaurants very close by.
- Ramona (2/5): - When we looked at the review for this hotel, it showed us that it was 9 stars. The front desk manager was not very friendly and short when it comes to service. He seemed to be a little annoyed about us asking about the air conditioning. When you look at pictures of the rooms they look much more spacious then they are in reality. They are cramped rooms with no air conditioning, so the easiest way to make the room cold is to keep the windows open. Unfortunately, for us we got itchy heads in the morning and my son woke up with a rash on the back of his head. Keep in mind, we had just drove 11 hours to find a hotel in Paris. If you have lots of bags, good for you because you’ll have to take around, 3-4 stops on the tiny elevator that smells like Play-D. However, the room was very clean with no bugs, until after the window was opened, and no trash. Luckily, if you own a car the nearest public parking is 5minutes away.

The window facing outside street is soundproofed but you can still hear other guests and plumbing above/below you. It's not the hotels faults some guests are loud and thump around all the time, but better insulation in flooring might help. We would stay here again.

- Shannon (10/5): - If youd like a simple affordable bed in the heart of Saint-Germain district and youre not looking for frills, this spot is for you! A short walk from RER B Luxembourg station. Even shorter to Odeon Metro & delightful shops, food, and more! Kind staff spoke english. The room is SUPER small with a tiny bathroom/shower. I had a courtyard balcony for fresh air. They have an odd key policy. You plug the key into the room to turn the lights on and have to leave the key when you come and go. But other than that, it was just what I needed in that spot! A little art nouveau detail was nice too!

We enjoyed being able to open the “balcony” window, but it’s definitely not large enough to sit on. We really loved the availability of the fresh drinking water 24/7. It was easy to find, and fairly convenient to transportation. The hotel was very quiet and safe. We had no problem sleeping at night or napping during the day! Very quick walk to lots of restaurants. My only wish is that a convenience store was closer. But we did find a grocery store not too far away.

Resturants 200ft away. Notre dame is a 15min AWESOME walk! Louvre; 15min AWESOME walk! Pastries/mouse/pharmacy/bars/convenient store… this is literally the BEST place to stay. Only inexpensive hotel with a balcony you can step out on. The rooms are clean but small. It won’t be a bother I promise. Clean bathrooms. 🗣️STAY HERE‼️ Have fun yall 😘

The hotel doesn’t have much of lounge and breakfasts are okay but they don’t serve fresh fruit which is surprising ( only a uninspiring fruit cocktail) along with their basic continental breakfast. On arriving, I asked for a different room because the room I got had a bathroom which was absolutely unacceptable. The shower simply poured out into the floor which would have had drastic consequences (slipping on a wet floor) The key was hard to open the door and the heater in the room was too hot. Yet we stayed five days and while it was quiet and centrally located, over all, the price was quite expensive for what we received.

- Verified traveler (10/5): My always place in Paris - I have returned to this hotel for many years and am always happy to be there: its location is very central, near public transportation and restaurants and shopping; the staff are most helpful, the rooms very comfortable.
- Duncan (8/5): Family weekend in Paris - Great location on the Left Bank in a quiet area. Can walk easily to many sites like Notre-Dame and the Louvre. Plenty of chouce in nearby cafés and restaurants. Also convenient for public transport, including to CDG airport by RER B. Room was spacious and clean, staff were very helpful. Simple, nice breakfast. Elevator is a little small if you have lots of luggage.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Great location but very thin walls - The location of the hotel is great and the staff really polite and efficient. However the walls were very thin so you hearthe plumbing of the other rooms but the most bothersome thing was hearing the footsteps in the staircase all the time even if there was a carpet to absorb the sound. It would wake me up in the middle of the night because it was so loud.
