Rodney (9/5): Relaxing stay, Close to Austin, but downtown Georgetown in not to - loved sitting out by pool and enjoyed lovely breakfast. The hotel even smells awesome! Views gorgeous! I requested a room that looks out back of property and we were assigned to look out front instead. I didn’t complain, but did double check myself that a request was in there as I remembered. Perhaps next time.

CLaniD (7/5): - After the initial frustration with parking, the friendliness of the staff was a welcome relief. From the front desk to the restaurant team and others we met around the grounds, most were kind, helpful, and made us feel comfortable during our stay. The shower water pressure was excellent, a small detail, but after a long day of traveling, it felt amazing and made a difference. The in-room toiletries were also a nice touch, especially the shampoo and conditioner, which smelled wonderful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet overall. The coffee was brewed very nicely, and the fruit was so fresh. While the three different bread options weren’t our favorite, the potatoes were absolutely 💯 and definitely stood out. The dining staff were also attentive and made sure guests were taken care of. Parking was stressful. Even though I paid for the garage, we weren’t able to find a spot when we first arrived because it’s also open to non-guests for free. After circling for about 10 minutes, we gave up and went to grab a late lunch. When we came back later, we finally found parking, but after a long day of traveling, it was frustrating not to be able to park right away. We also didn’t like that Wi-Fi access had a daily fee. Something we expected to be included. The lobby bathrooms weren’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell, possibly due to the convention happening, but still not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. At check-in, the front desk forgot to give me a breakfast voucher, and I only received it after asking about breakfast times. On the day of check-out, housekeeping knocked on our door twice, starting around 9:30 a.m., even though check-out wasn’t until noon. The second knock came closer to 10:00 a.m., which left us feeling rushed and ultimately led us to leave earlier than planned. Lastly, the pillows were uncomfortable. Most hotels we’ve stayed at usually offer a mix of firm and soft options, but all of these felt old and flat, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Gustavo at the restaurant was one of the nicest people ever, and he came up with a drink for me based on one from a restaurant I like. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

We reported the first morning about the temp and they would look into it. The next night you could tell the air stopped working around midnight. I reported again the next morning they said yes we fixed it this morning.

Jako jedno z mála míst v okolí mají v nabídce espresso cafe. Kola k zapůjčení zdarma Walmart v docházkové vzdálenosti Hned naproti 2 dobré restaurace s dobrým pivem Personál velmi vstřícný a nápomocný Snídaně ne moc rozmanitá, jen vajíčka, slanina, tousty, marmelády...žádná šunka, sýr, zelenina. Na objednávku ale připraví... Nojo, Amerika....

Location is near a couple nice restaurants and some walking paths/park down the hill by the river. I would stay again. Self Serve breakfast for 27 dollars after tax was the worst thing about the hotel. it really was no better than an economy hotel free breakfast in my opinion. maybe a couple more choice, but wow for that price it should be spectacular and not nasty foamy eggs and over cooked bacon,

This time, we came to celebrate my Mom’s 75th birthday with family and friends. Like always, it was awesome. The restaurant, Brixe and Ale, made the celebration even better with delicious food and perfectly paired drinks. All the staff is top notch and we will definitely be back!

X8328YAdebbied (2/5): Never again, awful - I checked in last night and was told about the complimentary breakfast, as Bonvoy members this is typical. The room was pretty clean except for the empty mint wrapper on the desk, no trash bag in the bathroom, and 1 kleenex in the box. I got up this morning and went to get breakfast where I was promptly presented with a bill for $23. For the typical serve yourself breakfast provided in every Marriott for free. I put my fork down and left the food. I've spoken to the front desk and the restaurant with no resolution. I've stayed at this hotel several times over the last couple of years. I will never stay here again. Over some cold eggs and $23. Not the best business model, Sheraton.
Christie (8/5): Comfortable beds and clean - The outdoor area Unsupervised children left in the pool area who had no respect for other guests. They were just being kids but their running , chasing, screaming and diving into the pool made me a nervous wreck. We chose this hotel for the beautiful pool and had hoped to use it.
joe-chicago-23 (8/5): Convenient location - Although other reviews make this place seem miserable, we were very pleased. The elevator was fast, the room and public areas were very clean. There are resort facilities available although we did not have time to use them. The breakfast buffet and the club lounge are ok, nothing special. Our room temperature was always below the set temperature no matter what I tried. Check in came with a surprise for parking. Scan a QR code and prepay for parking using a credit card. I guess that guests without a cell phone can't park here.

The hotel itself was lovely and the rooms spacious. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I would stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Maliya (3/5): Poor - Honestly it was a good stay at the hotel and everything but it was soooo expensive for no reason! They chargers me 200 dollars after an extra day that I told them I didn’t want. How expensive it was, barley any parking, always so loud in the lobby, etc.

Bruce (10/5): - Happy with my stay. Only thing that would make it a 10 plus is to have a bell hop. Being a single woman with some physical limitations (especially after a long trip) it would have been wonderful to have someone assist in unloading luggage and delivering to room. I would also like to give a special thank you to the bar tenders on 2nd floor and the restaurant staff on 1st floor with their help in coordinating brunch for a large family group!

Let me try this: If you were a woman guest at this hotel you were in danger of being raped, because of some of the people that the hotel allowed to host a function there. Will that work, Orbitz corporate?
