• Yannick (8/5): Très confortable et jacuzzi détente pour une pause dans notre tour des parcs! - La piscine, le jacuzzi, les lits, la vue du balcon, la neige qui tombait, la qualité du resto, les cadeaux offerts aux enfants. L’attente au resto (plus d’une heure après notre heure de réservation)… avec des enfants c’est long pour eux… La qualité du petit déjeuner n’était pas au niveau du steack house…

• Gaby (10/5): Sehr schöne Unterkunft beim Capital Reef. - Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal sehr nett. Die Aussicht auf die Berge ist fantastisch. Gerne haben wir ich die Laudry genutzt.

There can be some noise in the room from upstairs or water, or even the fridge in the room was pretty loud at night.

• Gudrun (9/5): Tolle Anlage - mit Ausnahme des Frühstücks - TOP - Tolle, relativ neue Anlage, alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Sauber, tolle Betten, gute Ablagemöglichkeiten für das Gepäck, gute Heizung - hatten eine kühle Nacht. Essen im Steakhaus sehr gut. Das Frühstück! Sogar für amerikanische Verhältnisse einfach nur jämmerlich. Eine tolle Anlage und Steakhaus und dann so was. Lieber dann kein Frühstück anbieten!!!

• Traveling Nana (9/5): Great place to stay while enjoying the beauty of Utah and the Capitol Reef area. - The location was fabulous for a visit to Capitol Reef. The property was quiet, tidy and the steak restaurant a bonus. The breakfast burritos were very tasty and a treat compared to most breakfast included establishments.
• Chou (10/5): Excellence stay at an excellent hotel - Super nice people at check-in, checkout, the restaurant and the cleaning people Love the restaurant right in the hotel. The food was great. The service was exceptional. The rooms were big and clean and comfortable beds.

We had a room with a patio and we enjoyed sitting on it and having aperitifs after a hard day’s hike. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as we felt guilty using so much water. The room was very quiet. Minor really, but breakfast should have breakfast tea, not flavored tea. Some people don’t drink coffee. In the room there was a small coffee maker but you can’t use it for making tea as the coffee flavor permeates. And they ran out of breakfast burritos.
• Michael (8/5): A Good Place near Capital Reef - Place is old but well maintained. Dinner was a mix with my wife enthused about her food; me not so much. Waitress did not bring the cut of beef I ordered. It was tasty but tough.

• marie (10/5): Excellent location - Stayed 5 nights. Check in 4pm. Lady Reception staff very welcoming, and friendly. Great location  for Capital Reef. Has pool, jacuzzi  and 24hr laundry. Onsite steak restaurant and near to Torrey. There is a subway 2mins walk. From 7am free  Breakfast, sausage scrambled eggs, gravy, muffins, yogart, cereal, apples and oranges. Staff in breakfast room very friendly and kept food in full supply, tables cleaned immediately. Excellent. Room large, 1 king bed very clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was clean, shower gel and shower was really powerful. Fridge, microwave  and TV. Great pool and jacuzzi with towels and chairs Free good WiFi. Would stay again if price right

• stefano (8/5): Broken Spur I, Piacevole struttura! - Comodo e ben attrezzato il vagone Conestoga dove abbiamo alloggiato. Posizione tranquilla e silenziosa considerando che si è sotto una tenda. Buona la colazione e ben rifornito il buffet. Ristorante buono. Cortese e simpatico il personale del ristorante e del buffet. Avremmo gradito un po' di cortesia e considerazione in più da parte del personale all'accoglienza. Richiesto un paio di volte di rifornire il sapone in doccia...senza esito però.

I would not stay here again. - Close to Capital Reef National Park No elevator for second floor The room was too bright at night. It would be better with room darkening shades at the window and the sliding door to the balcony, as the parking lot lights are very bright. No place to put clothes except on a bench or small makeshift closet. The bathroom light stays on all night - we were told it was a night light and nothing to be done.. the breakfast is Awful - both mornings , all the food was cold. Eggs , pancakes, sausage, bacon. Very limited choices and not close to what other mid level chains offer. The rooms are in need of a facelift!

I had to run to instacare the day were to arrive and got the flue, I was throwing up and incredibly sick. They would not provide an exception to their cancellation policy. What hotel doesn't provide cancellation refund exceptions to medical emergencies nowadays? Customer service is everything and they missed the mark.

• Lars (9/5): - God beliggenhet og store rom. Fin restaurant med god mat og god service. For dårlig innsjekkings system. Vi kom 2,5 time før innsjekk og ventet ved bassengområdet. Da det var 15 minutter til innsjekk gikk vi i lobbyen og havnet i en kø på 30 gjester. Når alle gjester skal sjekkes inn 4 pm (ikke mulig før) bør man ha og opplyse om en køordning.

• Calvin Jay (3/5): Think twice before booking. - Location is good...the bed was comfortable. It's clearly been renovated but on a budget! Firstly you can only check in from 4pm onwards they are very strict with this. The lady behind the desk seemed flustered so we thought we would try and calm her down with some polite chit chat, she then told us her kids didn't get her anything for mothers day (the day we checked in) and she looked sad so i said well maybe they are waiting for you to come home in which she replied oh no there father died so we don't do holidays...this whole exchange was awkward and weird. The room was spacious but the first thing is the massive air conditioning unit that sounds like a jet engine impossible to have on during the night so we did get abit hot - if you are staying in the summer good luck 👍 Also the curtains are very thin and there is a light outside winch stays on all night and leaks into the room so if you need complete darkness bring an eye mask. The towels are very cheap and smelled funny and the coffee maker is a joke. Breakfast was included ... oh boy! We walked in and greeted by the lady at reception asking to show our room cards to the front desk, thinking she meant someone at the restaurant entrance so continued walking only to be becking back saying "I'm the front desk" well why not just ask to see our card when we come in like a normal person! Breakfast is a joke, we walked in and i persume he was the chef and he just looked so dirty like unhygienic, the food is self serve with scrambled eggs which looked solid and the rest of the food didn't look much better. Also the tongs was dirty and for the bread to cook toast there wasnt any tongs at all so people was just fingering all the bread trying to get it the wrapper. We decided to not eat here. I realise it's a motel but for the price we paid (£150+) for 1 night I'd say its not worth the price and to go somewhere else.
• Peter (7/5): Reasonable option close to Capitol Reef. - Good sized and clean room. Great location close to Capitol Reef NP. Breakfast was good. The rooms are quite light at night - there are bright lights outside and the blackout curtains don't cover the windows fully. Quite expensive.

• Tim (10/5): - The broken spur inn and steakhouse was definitely an excellent and comfortable place for us to stay at during our trip to capital reef national Park. The room, bed, pillows, and general set up were very comfortable. We also really liked was the restaurant and steakhouse attached to the property as it made it very easy for us to sit down and enjoy our breakfasts and dinners on site. Plus, the staff as well as the chefs did an excellent job. I would also like to say that the morning breakfast buffet was only up-ended by the smiling and courteous morning staff. They were so happy and appreciative, which is sometimes a rarity in this world today. Well done Broken spur and steakhouse! We definitely recommend and would absolutely return!! Everything was great

• Motor32 (4/5): Terrible Lighting That Keeps You Awake - The stay would've been fine except for the fact that there's lighting, inside and outside of your room, that will keep you up "ALL NIGHT", (See photos, taken at 5:00 AM). They have spotlights outside of your room's window, that shine around the too small curtain, that lights up the room. In the bathroom, there's a night light that can't be turned off, that will also keep you awake while you try to sleep. I don't think the management has ever tried to sleep in their own rooms, as this ruined what should've been a place to recover after a long day of travel. Look elsewhere, you've been warned.

L'ensemble n'est pas très chaleureux mais la chambre était spacieuse agréable et confortable avec une jolie vue. Accueil vite expédié et petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon.

Full standard breakfast — powdered scrambled eggs, white bread, banana, no fruit juice or alternative milks. Easy access to Capitol Reef NP.

• Vusi (8/5): - The location is perfect. They got a restaurant inside which served a nice dinner. Hot tube was good as well. As it's an old place, there was noise around at night. But I guess it's an individual thing.
• karoleigh (8/5): Mostly good experience - We traveled throughout Utah, Arizona, and Nevada for two weeks and this was the most expensive of all of the places where we stayed for two nights. Nevertheless, we returned because we liked the warm and friendly environment and the people who have worked there. The location is good, only within a few miles of the park's entrance. The rooms are charmingly decorated with Western decor, as is the rest of the hotel. Our room had been nicely updated and fresh looking. The hotel doesn't have a bar scene, and the town in general is quiet, so I would say it's a nice place to sleep. I had to mark down the hotel this time from a 5 to a 4. My husband and I highly value a pool and hot tub, and especially a hot tub after hiking. We were disappointed to find that the usually clean hot tub was cold and dirty looking. We wished they had it nice, hot, and clean as it usually is. We may stop and stay again. Get the hot tub cleaned and hot!
