• Roderick (8/5): - Stayed 2 nights of 3 nights booked, please provide part refund. Thanks Rod. The air-conditioner was clogged, the filter required cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. The Manchester was clean and fresh. The TV was not easy to operate, the free to air signal would fail.

Killed about 30 earwigs and spotted a lizard throughout the night, the water pressure in the shower is not great, and the toilet does not have a light switch except in its small hallway

We had two rooms… Room 16 air con was noisy and prevented a good sleep… Room 17 3 dead cockroaches 🪳 on floor of room not a welcome sight. Grounds poorly maintained grass needed a mow…uninviting.

• sue (7/5): Relaxing motel as usual - Great location, 5 minutes from the station and easy access. Not good TV reception for the live broadcast but enough other programs were available.
• Kay (8/5): - We had a family room that was reasonably equipped.. The position was good as we were in Moree to make use of the Aquatic centre for the hot mineral pools. The room needs a bit of maintenance. The microwave handle was half off, the front door closed with a gap around for the cold to come in. There was one light and one lamp needing new globes. The air con in the kitchen needed to be checked as the temp was not very hot.

• Irene Blench (6/5): - The rooms are quite good. Our room backed onto the guest bbq areas. It was very noisy by a group of people. They were not rowdy, but it went on until after 10 pm.. probably if we had been in a different room it would have been good.

• Goschnick (2/5): Very cold. Can see why it only cost $160 for the night. - Good location for a brief stay. Full size fridge. Air-Con needs replacing (my husband is a duel-trade electrician/ refrigeration technician - this air-conditioner is dangerous and needs replacing). Safety switch tripped by air-con - a FREEZING night with no heating. Multiple tiles cracked and broken throughout - like you could physically pick up the tile and sit it back. Oven - rubber seal is hanging and oven door does not seal. Heat escapes and it takes twice as long to cook food. Taps in the shower - both labelled Cold. But one is Hot - dangerous when our kids went to shower. Tap in bathroom sink leaks constantly. Went to use bowls to eat out of - they were not clean. Had to wash all crockery before we used it.

• Jeanette (6/5): Disappointing - Some renovation has been done to the property, but it’s still in need of quite a bit more. The curtains had stains in some places. The stove top was rusty. However, there were new tiles in the main part of the room and the bathroom was quite acceptable. It was uneven at times outside in the pathways. Personally, I would not recommend it.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious, clean family room - We arrived late. The key was left for us. Good sized family room. Was perfect for what we needed. Had take out on the dining table. Shower was clean. Beds were comfortable. Car park and premises are locked at night with padlocks which is great for safety. Left early morning was a pit stop on our drive brisbane to Adelaide.

The proprietor was friendly & extremely helpful with where to eat, booking the courtesy bus & all about the thermal pool. Nothing. All good!
