• Verified traveler (6/5): - If you want to check in after 1900hrs you need to download an app to receive your room key, this key also opens the gates around the property, it failed to work properly on one occasion, not the most reliable form of gaining access to your room. Only a ten minute walk to the railway station was a bonus for me.

• Pawłowski (9/5): Jestem bardzo zadowolony. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z personelem. Obsługa na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Wszystko bez problemów. Nie było klimatyzacji, a trafiłem na czas wysokich temperatur. Ale o.k. nie liczyłem na to.

• Radoslav (8/5): - For 1 night is fine to stay.spacious room but bad quality beds, towels,broken shower,they brought us baby cot without mattress.obviously we couldn't used it and reception not open.to not mention about the parking.we paid €10 for the night and in the morning the car was full of dirt from the tree and sticky. For 2 more hours we stayed they asked €6 extra, better to park outside or ask for better spot in the premises.good location though but next time I would book somewhere else.

• Ivana (5/5): For the price I would expect better service and parking included by reservation option. - the location was good, not too far from the center the staff wasn't helpful. their Slovak/English understanding was limited. we couldn't park the car at the hotel before 15:00 and even then we had to pay extra. I couldn't get the invoice for the organization. they didn't explain anything about how to get to the hotel when they were not there or about wifi. the room was ok but the beds were quite small and squeezed between the radiator and furniture. the curtain fell off the window, there was a street lamp right in front of the window where the bed was placed.

• Branislav (7/5): Good - Breakfast was nice, overall stay was good. The place was clean, mostly staff-less which felt a bit weird at first but not bad, just a first time experience for me. Had a little trouble getting inside the hotel from outside as there were two card readers on the door and the less intuitive one was the correct one to use. The things that bother me were: 1. It was a cold night outside (-5'C) and even though I set the heater to max, the room felt cold, I think there was a constant cool draft from gaps in the window sealing. 2. Also, it being a green hotel I don't understand why the fridge was plugged into electricity by default, not possible to easily unplug it and since it was also empty, no idea why it had to be on power. It also disturbed me by randomly starting and turning off (cooling the empty self essentially) when I was trying to get some sleep.

• Catalin (8/5): A good option to stay and visit Kosice - The building is located very near to the old town, in a quiet area. There is parking inside the courtyard (with payment) or in the street (free). We stayed only one night, in generally it was good. It was an event in the restaurant but it was quiet. We stayed in the building with 3 stars, in one room there were cracks in the wall behind the bed.

• Orna (7/5): Good - the room looked big and nice. The staff in reception and dinning room was nice! breakfast was very good, with a lot of choice. The room was noisy - very close to the road, wasn't very clean, we didn't get 1 double bed - as I reserved ( only 2 twin beds). And we couldn't make tea or coffee in the room, even not in the lobby when the bar was closed!

• Cz (8/5): Pleasant stay - Delicious breakfast. Enough space in the room. Electric car chargers on site, in their own yard. In the day it was very hot and there was no AC. At night the temp outside got a bit better, so you could sleep, it just wasn't cool enough for the best sleep.

• Tomaspl (6/5): Bit of disappointment - perfect quiet location, very close to lovely city park and walking distance to anywhere within city center clean room, quite comfortable beds, spacious bathroom very non-transparent and misleading room selection - the photos of the room booked were not the photos of the actual room we were given - the explanation given by the staff : "our photos of rooms on booking.com are just illustrative and you should pay more attention to reading the room description and not just look at the photos " (??) .. which I find a bit unfriendly, unprofessional as well as pretty much against the booking.com guidance which reads : "Choose photos to set accurate expectations for your guests." so overeall ... not a bad stay, you just do not know what room you will end up in.the location is great though but will not be booking again

• Zsófia (5/5): Disappointed: constant noise, uncomfortable bed, no real windows in the room. - The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful. My room had windows only on the ceiling, so the air conditioning was not efficient. I could not look out through these windows which made me feel being in a prison. There was a constant noise (maybe from the ventilation in the bathroom?). The bed and quilt was extremely uncomfortable. For this price I was expecting much better experience. I came here to rest and to work -- non of it was possible.

• Sandrine (7/5): Good - It was very closed to where I worked from, and Kosice is really a nice city!!! the staff very helpful! overall I liked the place! the furniture probably needs a little bit of new style. there were some web in the room, but really nothing major. overall I did like the place! breakfast is a buffet, that was really practical !

• Maria (5/5): Passable - The staff were very helpful and friendly, stored our luggage for us and the location was only a 10 min walk to the old town square. The reception was nice and self check in was also very good. The room was not as the pictures. It was very dark and some simple things like a broken toilet seat, shower attachment was broken and the curtains fell off when we tried to close them. We only stayed for one night, if staying for longer we would have asked for a new room.

• Mei Ling (6/5): - 房間超小，有點不乾淨，沒有窗，只有屋頂兩個不能開的小窗，沒有陽光，空氣很差，地點離火車站和舊城區大概10分鐘尚可，但是附近只有一個公園，晚上很黑很靜。服務還挺好，雖然有點慢，而且酒吧餐廳晚上9點就關門，附近沒有餐廳商店，一定要走到市中心有點不方便。電視要入密碼很麻煩。

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Well, a lot happened at this hotel. That said, we would go back, but make sure the room was booked as requested. Here is what happened. We visited 6 rooms it total. It was a comedy of errors. That said, Thomas on the front desk, wins the customer service award. First our room was given to someone else, then in another room, the shower head was under a sloped roof at knee-height. To sit and bathe, you would bang your head. Then the TV wouldn't work. Then in the next room, after moving, the AC wouldn't work. Then, in a new room, the sink wouldn't drain. In the end, we slept. Funny, but a bit disastrous.
• Matthias (8/5): Schönes Hotel in Kosice - Das Hotel ist sehr schön. Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Hotel wird auch für Hochzeiten genutzt, dann ist es leider nicht möglich Nachts zu schlafen.
