• Eva Maria (7/5): La estancia ha sido buena pero el piso no era como las fotos. - La ubicación es excelente, ya que está a un paso de la Sagrada Familia y del metro. La chica que nos recibió, la de la limpieza, muy amable y atenta. Las fotos que se enseñan en la web no son reales, ya que no tiene armarios en las habitaciones, hay unos armario/estanterías básicas. Necesitaría una reforma de ventanas y puertas ya que se escuchan los ruidos externos.

• Csabáné (8/5): Központi hely, csalàdbaràt szàllàs - Központi helyen, közelben 7 perc sètàval elèrhető Sagrada Familia. Bolt közvetlenül a szàllàs mellett ès szemben is. Buszmegálló a szomszédos utcàban 5 perc sèta. Híres làtnivalók 30-40 perc sètàval, vagy buszozàssal elèrhetők.Jàtszótèr több is van a környéken. A szàllàs kènyelmes, klímàval fűthető, plusz olaj radiátor is van. Kèt fürdőszoba wc-vel. Mosó-, szàrítógèp, mosogatógép, tisztítószerek. 3 szoba, nappali. Lift van a hàzban. A kèpek a valóságnak megfelelnek. Szàllàsadó segítőkèsz, telefonon ès watsappon is elèrhető volt. A melegvíz a zuhanynàl hamar elfogy, vàrni kell, hogy újra meleg legyen. Takarèkos fogyasztásra van beàllítva.

• Siana (9/5): Big and comfortable apartment with great location - the apartment is big enough and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and it’s nice it has three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The separate kitchen is comfortable. The location is perfect - close to the centre and the main attractions, but still a bit farther from the crowds and hence with pleasant small and ”more local” restaurants. If you go upwards towards park Guell, there is a nice and calm neighbourhood where you can feel the local spirit. The only thing I didn’t like was the noise from the neighbours as in the building you can hear everything the neighbours around are doing at any time of the day and night. No noise from the busy street though.

• Desislava (9/5): Добра локация,приветлив и отзивчив собственик ,чисто и удобно - Добра локация ,чисто,удобно.Жената,която ни посрещна беше страхотна,усмихната и гостоприемна.Домакина също отзивчив,реагира веднага при проблеми.Апартамента е просторен ,ние бяхме петима .Оборудвана кухня Имаше проблем с ключалката на външната врата,мисля че е време да бъде сменена.Четирите дни едва я отключвахме,последната вечер даже не успяхме и се наложи да дойде ключар.Вярно,че собственика реагира бързо,но това е проблем.Сушилнята също не работеше,но това си е допълнителна екстра ,която щеше да е добре да се ползва при наличието ѝ

• Tanja (10/5): Odlično. Apartma priporočam vsakomur, ki želim imeti dobro lokacijo, udobje in čistočo. - Vse je bilo super. Lokacija, udobje, osebje, čistoča. Z vsem sva bila zadovoljna. Priporočam ga vsakomur, ki želi biti blizu vseh znamenitosti. Glavne znamenitosti so izredno blizu. Pod apartmajem je trgovina, kjer si lahko kupiš vsak dan svež kruh in vse ostale dobrote. Vse je bilo v najboljšem redu, zato pripomb nimava.

The owner was always available to help. It's was a pleasant experience, we hope to come back! We were happy with everything.

• Павлина Велева (10/5): Comfortable, convenient, and with a wonderful host, we highly recommend it! - We had a fantastic stay at SAGRADA FAMILIA SUN Nos preocupa su seguridad! The apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. The host was friendly, kind, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the start, and their focus on safety gave us peace of mind. The location is unbeatable—just steps from the Sagrada Familia, with convenient public transport nearby and a supermarket right next to the building. The neighborhood is quiet yet lively, with cafés, restaurants, and bakeries within easy walking distance. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations. The only minor drawback was that the neighbors’ young child sometimes ran around early in the morning, which could be a bit noisy.

Ça a fonctionné juste le soir car le propriétaire sympathique est venu suite à notre appel et ensuite les deux journées suivantes nous avons eu très peu d'eau chaude. Le dernier soir et dernier matin nous nous sommes lavé à l’eau froide. Mauvais fonctionnement Chaudière avec odeur de gaz. Appartement propre. Très bon accueil de la femme de ménage. Malheureusement très bruyant. On entend le bruit des voisins tard dans la nuit. Problème avec un des lits des enfants, qui s'enfonce au milieu.

• Hayley (8/5): Clean and spacious, needs a little work - Very lovely cleaning lady met us to hand over the keys and show us around. Apartment was very clean and spacious enough for 3 of us. Good location, we walked most places. Working lift, it was small but we were aware of this. Our electric wheelchair fitted in ok - however - there is one step up from the street to the building, and 3 steps to the lift, so not wheelchair friendly if you cannot get out. Air con in the lounge and hallway, bedrooms 1 and 2 have ceiling fans. The smaller bedroom has no fans, not even a portable one. Decent Wi-Fi. Plenty of towels and toilet roll. Great little cafe opposite for coffee and croissants in the morning, and large supermarket right next door. No traffic noise at night. Washer, dryer, iron all provided but we didn't use them. We would stay here again when the few small things are fixed. One of the bedroom doors could not close (warped?) so we needed to use a chair to wedge it shut at night. The tap in the kitchen was dangerously loose, we had to use both hands to turn it on! Could use a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. The pillows on the bed were awful, rock hard (I read this in a few reviews, maybe time to change them?). Small child upstairs ran up and down the hallway every morning from 7:30am for about 20 minutes. Fine for us as we were awake, but not if you like a lazy morning start!

• Robertas (8/5): Flat needs deep cleaning and kitchen easy repair - Location - Sagrada in 5 min walk, flat size enough for 6 people, glocery in 5 min distance, convienent public transport system - many bus and metro stops around It was cleaned before our arrival, but anyway lost of dusts and dirty, very unconfortable hot water system as its heat water atvthat time then you use it, there are no place for drying the clothers. Neighbours has apartment renovation, so we were forced to get up at 8 am.

The location was perfect, with a supermarket right downstairs and just a 10-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia. It’s also very close to public transportation, which made getting around easy. Very easy to communicate with the host, no problem meeting to get the keys even though we were running late for our agreed check in time. Plenty of towels for our family of 5, coffee and water for the coffee maker were already there, basics for cooking also in the cupboards. Plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, plates and glasses. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely book it again, highly recommended! One of the double beds was a little hard for our preference but the other three are perfect. Memory foam pillows also a bit hard for us. Also, no bowls in the kitchen to have for breakfast.

Was easy to catch a taxi right outside the door of the apartment complex Rooms were clean and comfortable and a/c worked a treat. Host was kind, polite and easy to reach. Overall a great stay and I would recommend to others. Had to leave the beautiful city.

The aircon could have been better and it was quite loud when on full power.

• Syed (9/5): Superb - The staff was very nice and friendly. The propert is 8 min walk from sagrada famiglia and 18 min by bus to plaça de catalyuna and La Rambla. Also there are few supermarkets located in the same street of the building. The appartment was very clean also. There is nothing that i would say i didnt like. Everything was very good.

The property is located near a metro station and also within walking distance from Sagrada Familia and other attractions. Very spacious, bright, nicely decorated and secure. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again if visiting Barcelona and would recommend to others :)
• Srivastava (4/5): I'd not recommend to stay here.. - The apartment was appropriated placed and was accessible from most of the prominent locations in the city The list is long, the doors of the rooms would not close, the bathrooms had no ventilation, the showers were leaking. We requested to have an early check in which was initially confirmed by the property manager, however, upon our arrival, we were told to leave our bags and leave the property so that it could be cleaned etc, we wanted to relax for a while to utilise our day better as we had an early morning flight, however, it was made impossible by the property manager. Witnessed a few rude comments from the property manager and given the fact that in travel and hospitality, customer feedback should really be valued and respected instead of getting into arguments, this surely left a bad taste.

Our baby loved the toys in the apartment. Experienced slight inconviniece as the kitchen tap leaked but was fixed the next day. • Leanne (10/5): Wonderful apartment! - The apartment is very roomy and clean. It is very conveniently located next to a supermarket, laundromat and Metro. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. This is an excellent place for families. It has two bathrooms and a full kitchen. The host was very responsive to questions. The only negative is the hot water for showers can be a little unreliable. The water will go cold for a short period of time but it does come back. Apartment had good wi-fi and Netflix. Overall, this is a fantastic property.

It is a few blocks to walk to the metro but being away from the busy city center was best for our stay. It gave us the feeling of what it's like to live in Barcelona. Lots of room and wonderful setting.
