• Nhi Nguyen (7/5): Ổn nhưng chưa xứng tầm khách sạn 5 sao. - - Vị trí của khách sạn rất tốt, ngay quảng trường và trung tâm thương mại, cũng rất gần những quán ăn địa phương. - Bữa sáng ngon nhưng chưa thực sự đa dạng vì các món giống nhau mỗi ngày không được thay đổi. - Khi mình tới thì không có nhân viên nào ra phụ lấy hành lý và hướng dẫn đậu xe, phải tự dỡ hành lý và đẩy vào tận trong bàn lễ tân. - Phòng rộng rãi nhưng nội thất đã cũ, trên ghế sofa có vết bẩn, trên tường có mảng ố, vừa mới vào phòng đã nghe mùi ẩm mốc. - Khách sạn nói là 5 sao nhưng tivi thì chỉ có truyền hình cáp, ko phải smart tivi - Trong phòng tắm thì không trang bị sữa rửa tay.

• Quach (8/5): Nói chung cũng đáng tiền - Địa điểm thuận tiện, ngay quảng trường Phan Ngọc Hiển, có chổ đi bộ và tập thể dục. Bữa sáng đơn điệu, không đa dạng, chưa xứng tầm 5*, hương vị các món ăn bình thường, không có gì đặc sắc cho từng miền. Hầu hết các bữa sáng giống nhau đến 90%, không cần đến tận nơi cũng biết món đó nằm ở chổ nào. Các món ăn cần đặc sắc hơn, ít món cũng được nhưng cần chất lượng.

• Vinh (7/5): Large roomy hotel needs major upgrade. - The hotel is large and feels really open both inside and out. Although it's not right in the down town area where most shops and restaurants are located, they're all in walking distance. The rooms needs some major upgrade. First off, even though its clean, the bathroom require maintenance. The showers drainage is poorly installed and water flooded the bathroom whenever it's being used. Even though there's a hot and cold setting, there's only one option. Cold shower. There's poorly lightings in the bathroom. The carpet in the room looks old and dirty. The bedding is rough and the pillows old and lumpy. And all of this is in their VIP room.

• Jamie (4/5): Three star experience at a five star hotel. - Good price, room size was very good. Breakfast was good as they allowed us to enter at 9.35am for leftovers. Nice little children’s play area. Staff refused to call a taxi for us and told us to go onto the street to find a taxi. Their hotel car basically blocked the front entry and they seemed to be pushing you to use their hotel transport @600,000 dong per hour or 60km 20 times the price of a taxi. This is not the conduct of a five star hotel. The basic furnishings and fittings are worn and lack proper maintenance for a five star hotel. Breakfast closed at 9.30am which again is not consistent with a five star hotel. Heavily stained carpet and limited in room items for a five star hotel. At best a 3 star International hotel rating. The hotel is comfortable, Luxurious or Luxury is a very long stretch.

The room that we booked was 2 single-bed, there was missing hand-soap, and no water boiler in the room even though they offered free coffee, tea and instant cup noodles in the room

Imponente nella sua dimensione, ma diciamo mediocre per i servizi offerti. Con una bellissima vista, ma purtroppo poco altro. La camera consegnata aveva lo scarico del water non funzionante, avvisata la reception hanno mandato personale che ha attivato lo scarico dell'acqua, ma a quel il water perdeva esternamente. Richiesta assegnazione di nuova camera. Nella nuova camera ma che era incompleta nei suoi arredi... Diciamo tutto l'insieme.

• Diane (10/5): - This is our second stay at Muong Thahn. We had an enjoyable stay at the property. Room was large, Shower was good with a shower curtain. Staff was very helpful. Propery was upscale. Breakfast was very good with many selections for a healthy meal. Pool and fitness center nearby was good. Again we had a very nice stay at Muong Thanh.

Staff were just hanging around staring at me and my wife. This is not a five star hotel! Completely over priced. The chef couldn’t even make a omelette.
