• Matthew (9/5): Great place to stay. My family had a wonderful time! - Room was clean and looked updated. The pool was great. All of the staff were so friendly and very accommodating. I had left something behind and the front desk staff called to let me know so we could work out how I could get it back! Good location, short walk to the beach and about 2 minute drive to the boardwalk. I wish there was a microwave in the room, however there is one in the lobby. Not a deal breaker

• Claudia (8/5): Lovely place to stay - The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They additionally were helpful and quick to respond to requests for additional towels. It was a great stay, just a bit pricey for the quality of the rooms/hotel, particularly since it was after Labor Day.
• Raymond (10/5): Reasonably priced, clean hotel with comfy beds & short walk to the beach, the manor also has a pool. - Location is excellent: directly across the street from the beach (just a few hundred feet). Pt. Pleasant is filled with great restaurants, delis, a boardwalk with rides and games for the kids. Everything is a short drive from the hotel. No complaints with the hotel.
• Colleen (9/5): Great location, accommodations are as advertised, pleasant staff. - Staff was helpful and friendly during a holiday visit, and the room had everything you need. We realized we misplaced an item after we left and a staff member was kind enough to immediately check the room for us when we called. It is a tight space with the king bed, and the soaps provided did crumble easily when using which was a bit inconvenient
• Jan (7/5): Decent stay without a lot of amenities - Rooms were renovated. A nice cozy area in lobby with TV. Bagels in the am. Lovely pool area. One block from Maryland Ave beach. No towel bar or shelf in bath to hang a hand towel or store toiletry bag. No hair dryer in room. It has to be checked out at the front desk. It would be nice to have one attached to the wall if people tend to steal them. The soap and shampoo provided were in packets and no conditioner. The soap dried out your skin. Wall mounted bath and hair gel with conditioner would be nice.

The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. The pool and facilities were absolutely beautiful and the property was so close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again anytime! None

• Mildred (10/5): - This Hotel is a Gem 💎 its a family oriented place. The hotel has an outdoor heated pool, an elegant entrance, and the rooms are modern with sea decor. The bathroom is a little on the older side, yet it was spotless and comfy. I stood in a mini suite with two full side beds and a fridge. The ladies at the front desk were all exceptional, respectful, compassionate, and helpful. Mr. J was also giving and helpful 👏💛. Would definitely stay again 💯, I even told my friends and family it was an amazing place. The staff and maids were truly awesome. The area is very quiet with some restaurants just walking distance , the broadwalk to the beach is like 5 blocks away. It was perfect because all the other hotels around the beach area are located in a noisy environment ( ex: bars, music, and smoking). I give this Gem an A++ ❤️.

• Lauri (9/5): Lovely family run motel, very clean, well maintained and centrally located - It is a very clean motel and harkens me back to my childhood. It is charming and was perfect for our one night stay for a wedding at Clark’s landing. Room has been updated except for the bathroom, but the bathroom was immaculate. I judge hotels by the caulking in the bathroom and it was new, clean and white. Room has mini fridge, it was very comfortable. I could hear the cartoons in the room next to us Saturday morning. They did have the volume turned up, when they opened the door, I could really hear it outside.

• Gudrun (8/5): We had a very pleasant experience in Point Pleasant Manor. - Our room was very clean and had been recently remodeled. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom needs some hooks and/or towel racks. There was only one hook in the entire bathroom. At most it could hold a washcloth. I suspect these amenities will be added and were perhaps overlooked as the room was remodeled.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great weekend stay - This hotel is closest to the Bay Head NJ Transit station (even though Google Maps might say Point Pleasant station). The property is literally a 5-minute walk from the non-Boardwalk part of the beach, so it’s nice and quiet, and the Boardwalk is a little further up. The room and bed were very comfortable, and the pool and patio area were super clean and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

• Paul (7/5): Place to sleep. - POOL and LOCATION We have been to Point Pleasent Manor Several times. The rooms are getting tired. The Bathrooms are way past due for an upgrade especially for what you are charging per night.
• Judith (10/5): We were very pleased and will return in the future. - The room was spacious and very comfortable for 3 adults. One person slept on the pull-out couch and found it comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed. The bathroom was clean and the shower worked very well in terms of water pressure and temperature. The pool was heated to a comfortable temperature and offered seating with and without shade.

The staff are very friendly, accommodating and made sure that we had what we needed. Most importantly, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable.

Pool was the PERFECT temperature with plenty of seating. We never heard the families next door. Lobby was clean, staff was friendly. just a short walk to the beach. Great stay for the price. One of our mattresses wasn’t great so our sleep wasn’t great, not terrible though. Bathroom entrance was small. Luckily we’re not overweight.
