- Jorge Luis (8/5): Dar información al huésped sobre la reserva del restaurante!! - Las instalaciones muy bonitas, muy limpias y queda a 10 minutos del pueblo de quimbaya, de hecho estaban en ferias, en el hotel hubo una fonda me en cantó con cantante invitado y cerveza artesanal libre 1 hora, estuvo increíble!! Cuando llegamos al chek in, preguntamos por el restaurante, y nos dijeron que el restaurante sólo funcionaba con reserva, y cómo no se había dado esa información pues, uno imagina que el restaurante siempre está disponible, me parece que al escribir sus servicios en la página deberían informar éste tema, les falta un poco de coordinación con el tema de la información entre empleados y sus directrices, habíamos pagado la cena, y cuando fuimos a cenar y estábamos en la fila la niña del restaurante no nos iba a dar la cena porque según ella la manilla no correspondía,nos hizo pasar un poco de pena, con los demás huéspedes, luego confirmaron y la recepción había omitido un documento que ellos deben tener para saber que clientes pagaron la cena, soy un poco estricta con los temas laborales y esto me pareció muy desorganizado. No habían muchos clientes para haber tenido dicha confusión. En tema de utensilios de aseo que según informan tener para sus huéspedes no había jabón en la ducha.Es una crítica constructiva para tener en cuenta.
- Jhoan Sebastian (1/5): Pésimo lugar - El paisaje La vía de acceso es muy mala , está muy mal señalizada la entrada . el parqueadero del hotel queda retirado en la misma parte que parquean los usuarios del parque no se ve vigilante, el personal del hotel no es amable les falta atención al cliente, además no querían encender el jacuzzi y turco (nos dijeron que porque había llovido) tocó enojarnos para que los encendieran porque la Sra del bar al preguntarle su respuesta fue que no encendería nada, la Sra del bar nunca estaba no había forma de consumir nada en el lugar, se notaba que quería irse ya, aún eran las 9pm y el servicio se informó que era hasta las 10pm a otros clientes les dijo que ya no iba a ensuciar nada por lo que pidieron un licor en botella, las toallas estaban manchadas y en la ducha del cuarto toda el agua se quedaba estancada, la comida regular, no volvería, no lo recomiendo hay mejores en la zona, adicional no entregan factura.

We picked this hotel for that reason only. To take advantage of staying there and doing the park activities also. Room door locks are a joke. They have a padlock Food is average

- Lilly (8/5): Pleasantly suprised! - The hotel features a spacious steam bath, jacuzzi, and pool. I particularly enjoyed the gardens and the views. The pricing included a full wonderful breakfast and for an additional $15 we had a full dinner the food was great! The best part is that they're right across the parking lot from the park, which offers fantastic entertainment and only cost $26 USD for 2 adults (if you stay at the hotel they give you 20% discount on park entrance). They have a huge lake with fish where you can take a boat ride, they have a small kiddie pet farm a mechanical bull, pony rides for the kids, mini kid park, trampolines, slides and a miniature small town plaza where they marry the towns crazy old maid. There are singers, troubadours, theatrical performances depicting a day in the life of a married arriero couple. Additionally, there are jokesters and a great live depiction of coffee bean processing after they are picked. Once inside, it will take about four to six hours to explore all the attractions in the park. It was a pleasant surprise—very well-organized they have many stations where you walk, take a seat watch the show and walk to the next station for the next activity, very entertaining and comfortable because the stations have much trees to shade under from the sun but do take comfortable sneakers. The location to this hidden gem is 15 minutes from Quimbaya or 35 minutes from Armenia. The standard room is not worth staying the bathroom too small and you can hear everything the next room does. ITs worth getting an upgrade in the room. The parking lot is dirt so if it rains be prepared a slippery, very muddy parking. Also note that jacuzzi's and steam bath are only available from 6pm til 10 pm they did not tell us this when we checked in so we missed using the jacuzzi and the steam bath was not working that day.

- Carlos (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the property is very good and the attraction next to it is excellent experience of farmers life style and coffee culture in Colombia. The accommodation buildings are well distributed around the social kitchen area and the pool attractions. I enjoyed the entrance to the property because it was very welcoming. First, overnight the property has no staff to respond to any emergency or issue that might happen. No security surveillance cameras present on the property entrance or the overnight parking lot. That is a risk for a rent car. Second, the Wi-Fi is sporadic and not present by the rooms, only on social areas around the pool and kitchen. Third, the rooms have metal windows without any bugs screens to prevent critters from coming in nor does it allow for proper ventilation. It only provides a noisy ceiling fan that does not do the job to cool down the Hot room. And finally, on our second and last night on the property, the water ceased to work and we told the staff right away about the issue that took several hours to get resolved. On my behalf, I will come back to the theme park next to it but not to stay overnight in the hotel. I just want to mention that my comments are all constructive to find good solutions for all future guests comfort and safety. Thanks to this outlet by Booking.com

Well, it would be great if we had access to A/C or at least a fan in the rooms. Better WiFi would be great, too. There were also lots of bugs in the rooms and we had small pieces of animal scat on our bed when we got back from wherever we where. The shower was missing a shower head. There was mold on the floors and walls of the shower and stuck to the drain. The room had mold, too. The bar was also very expensive and slow service. The chicken nuggets where undercooked and very cold and smushy. Same with the empanadas.

I don’t like their shower needed to be improvement update better for hot water. They should have more a decent for their guests. I hope they can do improvement on that. - Juan (7/5): Good - The staff was very friendly and the rooms were cleaned. The place was beautiful and peaceful during the day. On our last night they had a music show and it was suppose to go until 9:30pm but that night there was a guy named Juan who apparently brought people to the hotel. He is friends with the signer and when she was closing her show he told her to sign more. The show continue until midnight, not letting us rest even though we asked for it to be stopped to a woman in the kitchen staff who replied to us. The show will go until Don Juan says it. He is not the owner nor was he paying for my stayed in the hotel. So, he should not get to decide wether or not she keeps signing or not. Also, the signer got so drunk because she was drinking a beer every time she finished a song and was getting shots from Juan's table. The administration needs to do something about this because I would want to stay there again but not if he or her are not going to let us rest.
- Mario (10/5): - Me gustó mucho el hotel, casi no lo reservo porque lo vi calificado con 7,4; cuando en realidad es un hotel cuya calificación mínimo es de 8,5. Muy buenas instalaciones, además que el sábado llevan música en vivo. De paso: el mejor calentado de desayuno que he probado en años.
- WILLIAM (6/5): Servicio deficiente - El hotel tiene buenas instalacxiones, pero el servicio es bastante deficiente. En mi opinión, el personal no está entrenado para atender huespedes. Falta profesionalismo en el personal, en todas sus dependencias. Por ejmplo, el dia de salida no emitiron las factura, asunto que es obligatorio. Se tardaron 10 dias para hacerlo despues de varias llamadas telefonicas. Mi habitancion no tenia aire acondicionado; en su lugar me enviaron un ventilador bastante ruidoso que yo mismo tuve que instalar...en fin.

- DIANA (4/5): - La limpieza es regular, se fue el agua en la última noche de estadía y no dieron razón ni hubo solución hasta el siguiente día, tuvimos que cargar agua a las 2 de la mañana en baldes. El Parqueadero queda al lado del hotel pero no hay seguridad ni cámaras, se nos robaron el logo-emblema del carro y tampoco pudieron darnos razón. Las personas del servicio del restaurante muy atentos y amables.
- Cesar (6/5): Útil para el propósito que tenía - Reservamos este hotel para asistir a la noche de velitas en Quimbaya y para eso sirvió, todo lo demás es frustrante la gente del hotel no conoce los horarios de las actividades del hotel como el tiempo del desayuno, tuvimos problemas de mantenimiento a los cuales no se les dio solución y nos dejaron sin agua toda la noche y luego a las 6 am estaban golpeando la puerta como si fuera un operativo de policía para verificar si seguíamos sin agua cuando en realidad no habían hecho nada, después de las 10 pm solo quedan dos señoras en la cocina que desconocen el funcionamiento del hotel. Para terminar si atractivo el parque una total decepción, solo lo recomiendo si alguien desea perder su dinero.

- Bruno (6/5): Hôtel avec piscine - Établissement isolé mais agréable lorsqu'il y a peu de monde. Il ne faut oublier qu'il se trouve dans un parque d'attraction. Mais cela amène du bruit qu'en journée. Personel très sympathique. Malheureusement pour il y a plusieurs chantier d'agrandissement dont juste contre notre chambre qui nous a apporté beaucoup de bruit et de poussière.
