We were immediately impressed by how spacious and spotlessly clean our room was, easily accommodating all five of us. As a traveling family, we especially appreciated the thoughtfulness that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived—a huge win! All the amenities provided were great and contributed to a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was very nice, offering plenty of variety for both the adults and the children. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Overall, this was an excellent purchase and we highly recommend it, especially for families!

- Rex (8/5): - Most of the staff was very nice. They put us in a handicap room. The bathroom was terrible when you take a shower it would flood the whole bathroom. Went to complain and instead of offering to move us they just laughed and handed us a bunch towels. There was also mold all around the shower floor. Otherwise the place was very clean and the other people working were very friendly. The breakfast and people working it were excellent. The restaurant at nite was also very good.

Amazing restaurant, food was excellent. Cozy fire pit you can take your drink out and chill out in nature. Amazing staff, amenities and accommodations at a very reasonable rate! And very close to the cute town and beautiful lake. Definite two thumbs up.

We drove out of our way to go back to this location because of these amenities and our past experience. Also breakfast is only served till 9:30. I arrived at 9:20 and the staff was rushing around breaking breakfast down and it made enjoying breakfast impossible. We did like the outdoor sitting area with fireplaces. Would have been nicer with a cocktail.

The room was very nice temperature control was spot on! Free breakfast was very nice also the staff were exceptional and proud of their work! (deservedly). One little bump— pool was a bit chilly. But overall a wonderful three nights.

The piped in music needs a new algorithm. Nothing but 70s and 80s pop music over three days is too much. We noticed no black artists in the playlist. What's that about? Otherwise, we had a good time.

We throughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at this beautiful hotel.The lobby was cozy and very welcoming. We all commented on the cleanliness of the hotel and spaciousness of the rooms. The staff was very friendly beginning with check in, along with housekeeping. Vicki and Lisa were the waitresses and they were accommodating and very friendly. Great breakfast buffet and dinner was delicious. We all enjoyed our entrees. Paul was very helpful setting up a quiet area for us to celebrate the guest of honor. We will definitely return!!
- DAWN (10/5): - It’s getting harder and harder to find a quality hotel that has a good location, great staff, and is very clean. But the Best Western had all those things. And the morning breakfast was very good. I especially appreciated how attentive the staff were in the breakfast area, but also at the front desk. For that matter, the cleaning staff were also excellent, and I gave them a big tip. I really enjoyed my stay, and I would pick this as my number one choice if I were coming to the Hammondsport area again. P.S. I thought I had a billing issue, believing that I’d been billed twice. The manager checked into it immediately and was very helpful. Turns out I was not double billed, but the professionalism in handling my concern was appreciated.

The property is on the newer side, large comfortable rooms, great front desk service and friend breakfast service attendance. I fully recommend it if you are in this neck of the woods. You won't do any better in the area. Perfectly located for wineries, tours and tastings.

- Fred (10/5): Great Hotel in Hammondsport - Very clean updated hotel in Hammondsport. Staff is very friendly, would highly recommend this hotel. There is also a small restaurant and bar in the hotel now called the Red Wing Grill, it has excellent food!

The hotel was extremely clean and smelled nice. The continental breakfast was one of the best that I have ever had with a wide variety to choose from.

- ImaBlueman (10/5): Definitely Recommend this Hotel - We had an excellent stay at the Best Western Hammondsport. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and safe. Ample safe onsite parking. The included Breakfast is good with a nice variety, and better than most Hotel offerings. It is a very short drive to Hammondsport. Normal check-in is at 3:00, but we got in town a little before noon, so we stopped to see if we could check in early, our room was ready, and they let us check in without any problems at all. Staff all very friendly. Excellent choice in the Hammondsport area to stay!
