• Fahd (1/5): Réalité très éloignée des photos, hostel mal entretenu - Absolument rien Je n’ai jamais rencontré un hostel de ce type à travers tous mes voyages. L’accueil est correct et le personnel est gentil, mais l’ambiance générale reste assez particulière, avec notamment une forte odeur de peinture dès l’entrée. Les photos ne reflètent pas vraiment la réalité : l’ensemble est beaucoup plus ancien, usé et branlant que ce qui est montré en ligne. L’espace est extrêmement réduit. Il s’agit essentiellement d’un couloir divisé en deux : d’un côté la cuisine, de l’autre l’accès aux capsules ainsi qu’une salle de bain. La salle de bain manque de propreté et les toilettes sont équipées de douches installées au-dessus. La chambre est très petite, il est difficile de s’y tenir à deux debout. Une odeur désagréable est présente et les casiers ne se ferment pas correctement. Enfin, les capsules elles-mêmes manquent fortement de propreté et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai donc dormi dans une température d’environ 32°C. J’ai ajouté des photos pour illustrer les différents points mentionnés. Pour le même prix, il existe clairement des établissements beaucoup plus propres et confortables..

• Kalani'anela (4/5): Ended up finding another accommodation. - Private capsules were nice and air conditioned. Bathrooms and dorm rooms were dirty. Room on first floor even had a note about the smell inside. Wifi did not work. Did laundry with the laundry service and ended up missing four pairs of underwear — nothing else.

• Igor (1/5): Bed experience - It’s a good location I got the capsule, but I had a allergic skin reaction because of the bed sheets, I don’t know if it was because was dirty or bed bugs. I asked them to changed me for another bed I it was ok after that. But the mattress is pretty uncomfortable, it’s very thin almost like a yoga mat.

• Sabryna (1/5): il faut revoir le ménage et les chambres - Les photos sont pas du tout représentatif de la réalité c’était très sale et très petit. L’hôtel est au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Et les cabines « capsule » sont en réalité un matelas poser sur une planche en bois au moindre geste tout grincé c’est horrible. Le passage dans la chambre est MINUSCULE parce que tout le monde pose ces affaires dans le couloir La seule chose positive c’était le gentil jeune homme à l’accueil il a été très gentil avec moi merci

• Tarkan (5/5): müffelnde Bettwäsche - Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Aber das Bett als ich spät am Abend eingescheckt habe, hat sehr stark gemüffelt. Ich gehe mal von aus dass die Bettwäsche nicht ausgeatuscht wurde🫤 Bettwäsche höchstwahrscheinlich nicht ausgetauscht😟

• Rui (1/5): - Horrible hostel. First the stuff wrongly put me to a 16 beds room (I booked 4 beds room). Then I found there's a very loud constant water pump noise inside the room. They have another same type room empty but he insist switch me to the 16 beds room. The staff was trying to have customers to pay for their fault and take advantage of customers which is unacceptable. Also there was still loud noise both inside and outside my room at 1-2 am.

• Ayoub (10/5): An amazing and private stay with clean facilities - The property was amazing! My capsule was very clean with excellent air conditioning both inside the capsule and the room. It also felt very secure and private, which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom setup was not very comfortable. It would be much better if they could have separate areas for toilets and showers instead of combining them in one space.
