- לירון ואלעד (8/5): - אהבנו מאוד את האונסן הפרטי, המקלחת הצמודה, עם זרם מים חזק ומפנק, המרפסת שצופה לירוק ולהר פוג'י. המיקום בתוך הטבע, החדר המרווח, שירותים מופרדים מהמקלחת. כמעט ולא צריך לצאת החוצה כדי לקבל שירותים, יש מגרשי טניס, טניס שולחן, בדמינגטון ועוד. יש שמיכות פוך מפנקות. המיטות נוחות. השינה על הפוטון על הטאטאמי קצת פחות מפנקת. קצת מיושן, ארוחת הבוקר נחמדה אבל חוזרת על עצמה, יש מגוון אבל לא מרגיש באיכות הכי גבוהה.

- TSUTOMU (10/5): トータルでは、最高ー！ - 室内に温泉があるのは最高でした。 夕食は、スタッフの対応がとても良く、リーダー的な人柄が他のスタッフにも良い影響であると感じました。 フロントの対応は親切丁寧で良かったです。 又、利用させて頂きます。 最高ー😀 ・本館のお土産売り場が、ゴルフ用品ばかりでつまらないのと 閑散としてて中途半端な感じでした。 あれなら なくてもいい感じがします。 ・部屋のそうじがイマイチ、ホコリがなかりある。 ・部屋の壁紙が剥がれているので貧相に感じた。 直して頂きたい。 ・バルコニーのソファーがシミだらけなので なんとか して欲しい。 ・大浴場は、温度が低く良くなかった。 真ん中の噴水？がださかった。

- Mark (7/5): Okay. - The room was quite nice either way private onsen The public onsen was very low level. I was quite surprised to see Japanese male with extensive tattoos. Also, there were boys treating the onsen as a swimming pool and being very loud and rude while the father did nothing. Very difficult to relax in the environment.

- Ornrumpha (10/5): Perfect holiday - Fantastic fuji view from the balcony! The onsen in the room is very clean and the water temperature is perfect. The staffs are really polite and try to make guest happy with the stay. I really recommend this hotel and wish to be back some days

- Miyuki (5/5): 富士山がとても綺麗でしたが、もう少し高級感が欲しかった - 富士山が見える。 チェックイン前に問い合わせの電話をしたのですが、予約を探すのに時間がかかりすぎです。 ホテルはゴルフ場メインな感じで、全体的に大学サークルの合宿所のような感じ。 山紫水明も高級感は全くありません。 チェックインも女性が5-6人いたのですが、愛想もなく歓迎されている感じもありませんでした。 スタッフ同士が仲が悪そうでチームとして機能してない感じでした。 電話対応してくれた若い男性は感じが良く、清掃の方もリクエストに応じてくれました。 近くにレストランやコンビニが無いのに、部屋には電子レンジも無く、車で他のビルに行って温めなければならないようで、大変不便です。

- MARC ANDRE (9/5): Excellent relaxing and tranquil stay in the forest. - We stayed in the Sanshisuimei cottages which had the private hot spring bath on the room terrace. This was a special experience. The breakfast and dinner was also very good. The checkout process requires the keys brought back to reception, but it’s not a short walk back so if you need to catch the shuttle bus into town you’ll need to plan accordingly.

- Catherine (6/5): Belle chambre mais ça ne vaut pas le prix - La chambre est très grande très agréable et le bain privé sur le balcon est très agréable Ce n’est pas un hôtel C’est un resort avec la réception loin de tout idem pour le restaurant que nous n’avons pas testé car très cher (10 000 yens par personne) Les équipements proposés sont super vieux. Il n’y a pas de bar. Penser à passer au 7-11 avant d’arriver. Personnel incompétent.

- Natalie (10/5): Beautiful room and private Onsen - We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. The staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. We particularly enjoyed chatting with the reception member about her time in Australia, which made us feel very welcomed. The buffet breakfast was great, offering an impressive spread with an excellent selection of both Japanese and Western dishes to suit every taste. We stayed in a Fuji-view room due to overcast skies we did not get a glimps, althought there were beautiful cherry blossom trees in and around the property. the private onsen was simply fabulous, a truly relaxing and special experience. The room itself was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out, with generous space that worked perfectly for our family of four, with room to spare. The hotel is also somewhat removed from nearby amenities, so it is worth planning ahead if you wish to explore dining options beyond the hotel. Dinner is a set menu priced at around $90 AU per person, for those looking for something different, we took the suggestion to visit the Marriott, where we opted for the buffet and were treated to a spectacular salad and dessert bar for about $80AU.

Столько искреннего желания помочь. Соотношение ценны и качества тоже на 10 Ужин в ресторане . Вообще невкусно . Редко так бывает в Японии . Дорогой сет 9.900 . Но как то все настолько безвкусно .Но это к повару . Лафорет отель . Официантка очень сильно переживала ,когда видела , что мы не покушали. Видно было ,что ей прям неудобно .

- Yosuke (6/5): Decent hotel with Fuji view - Room with a view of Mt Fuji and Onsen bath is excellent. No amenities in room and I had to pay for toothbrushes. Dinner was so so with poor pork dish.
- silvia (8/5): Bom hotel, mas distante - Café da manhã bom, quarto amplo e confortável, com ótimo onsen. Equipe muito gentil. Um lugar para chegar e ficar relaxando. A vista do monte Fuji, se não estiver nublado, é ótima. O hotel é distante, precisa pegar um ônibus do hotel na estação de trem. Porém o intervalo é muito grande, tivemos que pegar um táxi para chegar. É praticamente obrigatório jantar no hotel, e o jantar é caro para o padrão japonês. Espere gastar 100 dólares o casal.
