• Elme (2/5): - I never been in the accomodation like this. We’re very disappointed while I had shower in the afternoon we checked in. Water is not draining it feels like while I’m having shower it’s like a flooded inside of the shower. Water pressure is not that good. Towels looks like rugs or (basahan) colour didn’t like it. I usually never used towel in the hotels even back home australia. If we go somewhere I always bring my own towel for hygiene. It’s just a bad timing this time right here in M citi suites i didn’t have my towels with me because I left it in my hometown after our holiday. We went out in that evening for dinner and when we came back in the room lights aren’t all working everything aren’t working. It was so hot and dark inside of the room while still trying to swipe the card in to put the lights and air conditioner. So, we have to call the reception about the issue. My husband is not really happy and it’s because I was the one who booked this room so he blame to me and I blame to the property. I never expect that we gonna have an issue on our first day of stay in the property. Not happy at all. We notice in the room the tiles has crack and when you step to it feels like you going down hell lol. It’s dangerous. Totally have bad experience of this property although we only stay for one night but, I will never recommend this property evah.

• Rampelthels (6/5): Lack of maintenance - Room looks new aoutside but the bed, aircon and the itslef is ld and not well maintaind. There is even a cockroach inside the bathroom
• jeroen (10/5): Volgende keer weer - Tweede keer dat ik een enkele overnachting in Cebu city in dit hotel doe dus kennelijk bevalt het mij goed genoeg. Als je daar prijs op sralt veaag wel naar een kamer met raam(en bijbehorend geluid van buiten). Minpuntje dit keer was een grote kluwe haren die van ergens in de badkamer tevoorschijn kwam. Hou er rekening mee sat de koffie bij het ontbijt met melk en suiker is en sat je bij moet betalen als je het zonder wilt....(heb ze aangeraden deze rare policy te veranderen) wifi erg goed

• Theodore (6/5): Short walk to Fuente Circle - The room was very small. A very friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast although they couldn't make coffee without sugar. A short walk to Fuente Circ and Dr.s hospital and mango ave entertainment. Ok 3 star by Cebu standards but only 2 star max compared to the rest of Asia. Worst shower water pressure and hot water I've had in 3 months of travelling.
• Al (8/5): mostly good - great staff, good breakfast, room was basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. the shower head and shower stall had mold on it tho and the water heater wasnt working. location is 1 block n of osmena fuente corcle so it's convienient and walkable to many places.

• Verified traveler (10/5): M Citi - We were in Cebu as our dad was ill and needed to visit the hospital. The hotel was close to the hospital and was fine for us.
• Emmanuel (8/5): - Hotel staff is very helpful. Breakfast is adequate. Our first stay was for 3 nights. Our room did not have any window but had two beds and refrigerator. The shower floor was very slippery. And there was no foot towel provided. A quick call to the front desk fixed the problem. It had a ductless, remote controlled AC which is nice. My wife like it cold so she had it at 22 Centigrade all the time. The room seems to be older because the power is not controlled by key card. Our second stay for 3 nights and our room has a window but with one bed and no refrigerator. It had a window AC pointing directly at the bed. I had to put a tube of ointment to make air flow going up. The room is more cleaner than the previous one. The power is controlled by a key card so the room is always warm when you leave it for a long time. With the window, I heard roasters crow at early morning.

• Aggie (6/5): Convenient to everything - We stayed for 17 days with everyday breakfasts which is good, all the staff is very helpful and courteous and this property are closed to everything, shopping, dine-in, public transports. other things we don't like that our room doesn't have any window and the bath area and vanity sink needs thorough clean-up, needs new towels, bed covers and sheets, we requested for 1or 2 more pillows but we had to pay for it

• tootsie (10/5): Nice hotel easy access around the city - Its good and nice place to stay just the shower needs improvement of the water flows. I booked good for 2 but then I only received 1 towel and there's no rag for the floor in the bathroom. I ask the housekeeping department why is this happened they said not informed by the front desk. But still a good place to stay and good food

Had a few roaches in our bathroom coming through a crack in the floor. Also had trouble with our key cards, they kept deactivating but front desk fixed promptly.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Old but still Good as any... - It was good to be back once again. The property could use a bit of new furnishings. It was a pleasant surprise that there was already a 7-Eleven just around the corner. It's a bit of walk though but it's better than having to walk to the one near the Capitol building or to the one nearest to the hospital. I forgot to ask if they still had that weekly weekend barbecue. I'll definitely book them for another stay this May.

• Charles (8/5): Decent Hotel but not a destination - This hotel is good for the money, but the area of town needs an upgrade. There are other hotels around, but the area gave us a watch-your-back feeling. The hotel had good ac and free bottles of water. The breakfast buffet was nice as well. The roosters outside didn't know when to shut up, though.
• Carol (8/5): - First off, the location was just a 5 minute walk to cfo where my daughter has to attend her pdos.. aside from that, it's close to shamrock for the pasalubong and the robinsons mall. The room has a funky smell, i was expecting to have big windows since i booked for the suite and was looking forward to show to my mom the city view at night. was very disappointed when i asked the staff about it and knew that we're on the 3rd floor and the ones with windows are rhe standard rooms . Shower was not the greatest, no pressure at all. Although service was good since they do room service daily. The comforter isn't comfortable enough since it's kind of yellowish.Food was ok, my brother was added so have to pay 250/day jist for breaky. I and my daughter had to leave on thursday back to canada but mom wanted to stay for another night so i paid all the bills wednesday night. and oh extra pillow is 75php/night.
• amer (6/5): check the taps in toilets before giving the rooms - Every thing was OK but the water pipes in the toilet were leaking called the maintenance man said have change pipes will take few hours I told him i just checked in after have a nap have to take bath the How ? then I called the reception why did not check the pipes before giving the room they said sorry , and told me to change another room , told me to pack all my things so can move to another room.So we packed every thing went to other room and checked the toilet again, but also so so the water pressure not so strong when taking shower too cause the bottom tap does not off completely keeps on flowing too so up the shower had less pressure too. So now no choose left have to stay only because the staff very polite & nice. Location of hotel is very nice.

Friendly, kind, and a true caring attitude toward all of their customers. I plan on making another trip to the Philippines in the coming future and M. Citi Suites is where I will stay. • ED (10/5): Convenient hotel center of the local event. - From the hotel staff, all shifts are all very helpful. Greeters all the time. The included breakfast is local and very good, but if you need something else they will try their best to make it for you. The room is very convenient it includes a safe box for your valuables, I like that a lot. They refresh or change the room every day. I'm very satisfied and I will book there again. The manager gave me a discount rate and let me keep the same room for my extra night, although the room was booked to another guest. • Lang&michael (8/5): Holidays - We checked in this hotel for 1 week together with family and my fiance. The hotel lobby is small but is cozy for a quick breakfast. Food is really good! One of our room was upgraded to accomodate a family member in the same floor. It was very convenient especially with shopping, laundry and other places to eat. Its also walking distance to coffee shops, bake shop, 7 eleven and fruit stands. Bathroom is a bit small and it took us few days to figure out the heater. Overall experience was beyond satisfactory. This is a 3.5 hotel based on facilities but I will give them 4 stars for service. Shout out to a male staff that is so accomodating and the rest of the staff in the kitchen and house keeping. Keep up the great job!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good Wifi, good area, shower heaters don't work - I mostly stayed here because I needed some decent wifi, the last place I stayed was really slow and I had to get some work done. My friend stayed here before and told me its a good place, but the shower heater is extremely bad. He stayed on the fifth floor and I was on the second. My heater had the exact same issue, would sometimes turn on for 20 seconds then it would become disabled. I literally had the shower running for an hour hoping the heat would eventually turn on, if M citi fixed the water heater issue it would of gotten a higher rating from me.
