• Carlo C.1968 (9/5): Fantastico - Sono tornato volentieri ad alloggiare in qquesta struttura per i suoi servizi, per la gentilezza e disponibilità del personale tutto e per la vicinanza a luoghi di interesse storico, culturale e religioso. Ancora una volta sono rimasto soddisfatto e spero di tornarci nuovamente La scorsa volta ho dato un 10 perchè non avevo trovato nulla di negativo da sottolineare. Pur rimanendo sostanzialmente soddisfatto, questa volta do' un 9 per due motivi: Il primo è la troppa presenza di bambini chiassosi che hanno trasformato le piscine termali in un "acqua park" Il secondo è il prezzo del soggiorno un po' troppo alto rispetto ad altre strutture vicine anche ad Abano, a parità di servizi.

We asked if aircondition can be switched on because it was very hot in the room, we were told from the reception that they switch on aircondition in June and not earlier. Ottimi servizi in camera e nella parte piscine e spa, personale di sala gentilissimo, ottimo cibo e vario, ottima posizione vicino ai colli, immerso nel verde proprio per un relax assoluto, bellissimo il parco che hanno attorno all’hotel. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

• Benedetta (10/5): Weekend rilassante - Ci siamo trovati davvero bene all’Hotel Apollo. Lo staff è stato estremamente accogliente e disponibile fin dal nostro arrivo, facendoci sentire davvero coccolati. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’atmosfera familiare che si respira nella struttura: abbiamo conosciuto clienti che la frequentano da anni e che ci hanno fatto sentire subito parte della “famiglia”. Torneremo sicuramente, anche per approfittare delle cure termali. Consigliatissimo!!

• Justina (10/5): extraordinary place - The hotel was perfect — the view of the pool and the Euganean Hills was amazing, the room was huge, and the common spaces were huge too. In December there were very few people, so the pools were almost empty. The location is great as well, right next to a regional park at the edge of town. During our stay breakfast was not amazing as claimed in other reviews, but still good. Sometimes we could here people in other room.

• Robert (9/5): Sauberstes Hotel das ich kenne - Das sauberste Hotel in dem ich je war. Man hätte vom Boden essen können. Sehr nettes Personal, regionales Essen, reichhaltiger Wechsel auf der Speisekarte. Schöne große Poolanlage.

Pasta war immer al dente, bei fast vollem Speisesaal, abwechslungsreiche italienische Speisen, immer 4 Gänge Menü, direkter Zugang innerhalb des Hotels zu den Thermen, ruhig gelegen und in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum oder Bahnhof, gepflegte Grünanlage umgibt das Hotel, ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, Matratzen und Kissen perfekt. Schade war, dass die Dusche in unserem Zimmer in der Badewanne integriert war und man beim Aussteigen aufpassen musste

• Fil83 (9/5): Relax termale - Abbiamo trascorso davvero un bel weekend di coppia alle terme. Le piscine con idromassaggio sono ottime. La sezione sauna e bagno turco non è molto grande ma ben organizzata. I servizi sono ottimi, soprattutto colazioni e cene, e lo staff è davvero molto gentile e competente. Si potrebbero estendere gli orari della sauna (solo 2 ore al pomeriggio) e mettere una tendina alla doccia nel bagno della camera.

• Diega (3/5): L’hotel presenta diverse limitazioni non comunicate in fase di prenotazione: orari ridotti per idromassaggi, sauna e bag - Da segnalare la disponibilità e la cortesia del personale, che fa davvero il possibile per soddisfare le richieste degli ospiti, anche se si percepisce che ci sono limiti imposti dalla gestione. Giardino e piscine belle curate e pulite. Siamo rimasti delusi dal soggiorno in questo hotel. Non c’era alcuna indicazione, al momento della prenotazione, che i getti e l’idromassaggio fossero chiusi dalle 12.00 alle 15.30, né che sauna e bagno turco fossero disponibili solo dalle 16.00 alle 18.00 e con obbligo di nudità e asciugamano. Inoltre, la domenica non vengono effettuati massaggi o trattamenti, informazione che sarebbe stata utile sapere prima di prenotare. La colazione, servita fino alle 10.00, è stata un’altra delusione: siamo arrivati alle 9.45 e abbiamo trovato mele e prugne cotte, marmellate confezionate, qualche pezzo di formaggio avanzato e tavoli con piatti vuoti del buffet. Nel complesso, l’hotel non corrisponde alle aspettative né alle informazioni fornite online. Sarebbe opportuno comunicare in modo più trasparente gli orari e le regole dei servizi offerti.

Eine große Auswahl wo jeder was finden kann. Perfektes Service. Höfliches freundliches Personal. Alle sprechen gut Deutsch. Kein aufgesetztes Lächeln für Gäste, sondern ein ehrlich gemeintes Lächeln. Ein Hoch für den, der dieses Serviceteam zusammengestellt und es auch langjährig halten kann. Alle Innen-und Außenanlagen und die Zimmer stets sauber und gepflegt. Große Auswahl bei inkludierten und zusätzlichen Angeboten wie Massagen, Unterwassergymnastik usw. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
