- Michael (10/5): Great centre for exploring Connemara - A friendly local hotel with great food and conveniently located in the village centre with free parking. Nearby are supermarket, bakery, pubs. Beautiful walks in the nearby Clonbur Woods and two minutes’ walk to an excellent playground.

It has a lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff who served us a great breakfast each morning with several choices, beautiful presented. Dinner menu is also excellent especially the lamb!!! Dogs are treated just as well as everyone else staying there - our Chichi felt very much at home! Thank you for looking after us so well Fairhill House Hotel.
