• Samuel (6/5): - The host wasn’t very patient. Spanish isn’t my first language and she was not very patient when answering any questions I had about the property. Location wise, this is the BEST place to visit!
• Nehemias (6/5): - Understanding that a pension is not a hotel this property is okay. Take into consideration that in these places you share bathroom and shower.
• Julian (4/5): - I read the reviews before and want sure what to think, but the ones pointing out little things were accurate. This is a hostel except you get your own bedroom. The bed hurt my back, it was stuffy and hot in the room, the shower had mold all around it, and they don’t accept payment until you’re there which I found very off putting and strange. It’s very walkable but you better not be a light sleeper as it can be louder outside til 1/2am. Overall San Sebastián is just expensive compared to many other great cities and $600 here gets you half of what you’ll get in other cities and twice the rate. Coffee, market, food all very walkable.
• Paola (2/5): - NO lo recomiendo! No hay comunicación entre el staff y los huéspedes. Tienes que resolver tú solo cómo entrar a la pensión después de las 8:00pm, nadie te ayuda. Mala actitud por parte de la sola persona que se presentó al día siguiente.
• Verified traveler (4/5): もう2度と泊まりたくありません。 - ロケーションは非常に便利な場所にありました。これだけは良かったです。 トイレ、バスは他の方と共用で、2つしかないので他の方とかちあうこともあり、常に気を使いました。 用意されているものはカチカチのバスタオル1枚と足拭きマットのみです。　 ランドリーはあると書いてありますが 実際にはなく、自分でランドリーまで行かなくてはなりません。 トップシーズンだからかも知れませんが この施設で、このお値段の高さには本当にビックリでした。
• Verified traveler (2/5): Bra läge, ingen A.C! - Vi blev lite överraskade över att det står på hemsidan att det finns air-condition, men det finns inte. Endast liten fläkt. Man kan inte ha fönstret öppet för det är fest utanför hela natten och då finns m.a.o ingen ventilation i ett 8m2 rum för 2p. Det finns två badrum som är i relativt dåligt skick och ofta upptagna. Platsen för boendet är dock perfekt, inne i Gamla stan med en massa bra restauranger överallt och med två stränder inom 5 min. En surfstrand och en badstrand. De som jobbar där är hjälpsamma med taxi och sånt.
• Niall (8/5): San Sebastián is Amazing - Host was great, but hotel is hard to find due to the fact that it is actually called Pensìon San Thelma not San Juan. San Juan is the street. Beds were pretty uncomfortable and the noise was really bad due to the bar next door. Luckily I had earplugs. On the plus side the location in old town is hard to beat. Bu it is noisy everywhere there late into the night. If you need quiet stay in the newer part of town.

• Andrew (6/5): - Great location. Dozens of restauramts within walking distance, the beach, surrounded by history. Quite noisy at night with people in the street till 4am. Not a quiet location.
• Cynthia (2/5): Overpriced hostel - The top blankets looks worn and not cleaned. The walls are dirty. Did not realize this is a hostel. The bathrooms are vey dirty in the evenings once the not0sp-friendly housekeeper leaves. This is very over-priced
• Marc (10/5): - Very affordable and the check in was quite easy. The rooms were spacious and although there is some construction in the area it really didn't effect our stay. Important to know that the bathrooms are shared by all rooms on the floor not just between rooms. The bathrooms are clean and they lock so it was not a big deal just good to know. Also parking is difficult if you dont drive in the city but there are some parking garages in short walking distance although a little pricey it makes life much easier.
• Juan (10/5): Lugar bueno pero falta - El parqueadero un poco lejos. Un lugar muy sencillo pero suficiente. La verdad no nos dimos cuenta reservando que el baño es compartido.

• Renata (8/5): - The spot has super cool location in the old town. One of shared bathroom is from 80ties, another one modern and new with double shower cabin. However our room desperatly needs refurbishment, especially when it comes to mattreses. In general it is okey, but needs refreshment. You have cofee available for one euro in the corridor. Eventhough it is old building, lift is available there

• FERNANDO (2/5): Ni de coña volvemos - Difícil o casi imposible contactar con ellos por teléfono lo que casi nos cuesta un serio disgusto. Pasotismo pasmoso. Habitación justita con bastante ruido de la calle. El baño no se limpió en todo el día y faltaba papel. En fin, experiencia para olvidar.

• mimi (4/5): - It does not worth the room rate (60euros for my case) - No one responded when check in (I waslocked out in the rain) - Internet does not work at all - Dirty shared bath room - Wall is really thin, the couple next to my room made embarassing noises at night - Drank people on the street kept me awake all the night - Other guests were uneducated, waked me up at 3am with chatting loudly in front of my door チェックイン時、呼び鈴を鳴らしても誰もおらず開けてもらえない。 共用バスルームはカビが目立つ。 ネットは全くつながらない。 壁が非常に薄く、外の喧騒や隣のカップルの嬌声で全く寝られない。 これで60ユーロは全くはありえない。 客層も悪く、深夜3時に酔って共用スペースで騒がれて迷惑だった。
• Jan-Emil (6/5): On a budget? Stay outside San Sebastián - I know this is a pension and the standard is lower. So my review reflects this. The host was service minded and helpful. The location is great, just a short walk from everything and with the sea nearby. But standards aren’t very well in a pension anyway and since you share bath and toilets you get what you pay for. I drove trough Spain from SB to Marbella and the price for this pension should have been 35€ instead of 73€ as you would get a very decent hotel rom even in Madrid for that amount.

• Axel (6/5): Un peu de ménage ne ferait pas de mal - L'accueil à été très sympathique par un employé qui parlait français et qui nous a donné quelques bonnes adresses. Par contre... Le confort et la propreté ne sont pas au rendez-vous. Le sol est assez sale (ne sortez pas de la salle de bain pieds nous) et les lits ne sont pas de première jeunesse. Attention ça couine ! Sinon la pension est vraiment bien placé dans la vieille ville à côté du marché et entre les deux plages de San Sébastian.

• Imogen (6/5): - Comfortable accommodation- spotless on arrival. Warm welcome from the staff. Room was advertised as being serviced so it was disappointing that this didn’t happen. Perfectly fine for one of the cheaper options in an expensive town
• valérie (6/5): Une nuit pas plus - Accueil à la réception très agréable. Personnel aimable. Chambre petite. Il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Chambre insonorisée avec l'extérieur mais d'une chambre à l autre on entend tout. Les voix...les rires...pension le temps d'une nuit car bien placée. Pas très pratique 2 salles d'eau avec wc pour 6 chambres..convient a des jeunes de moins de 30 ans.
• Michael (2/5): Criminal - Locking the Door, Robbing me etc. - I arrived at 00.10 am on a Saturday night at the pension/hotel which has its name because of the street only, a street full of loud nightlife, and by a big surprise realized the front door was closed! I rung two times the two different timbers, waited did it again, went, came back 30 minutes later to do it again, when a man finally answered he would come down to kill me. I kept polite and told him that I had a reservation but he replied over and over again that it was not important but he would come down to kill me. I threatened with the police but went to a local restaurant that called the pension various times while drinking a coffee there but always the machine was ansering and just asking to call later again. I had to look for another place to sleep and until today did not get my money back from these robbers who did not let me go to my paid room, something I never had during my entire life. It is the worst hotel not only in Spain which I after 20 hotels was about to leave but by far the worst anywhere and ever!

• ken (10/5): バル巡りの拠点に最適 - サンセバスチャンのバラ巡りをするにあたって、安くてアクセスの良いホテルを探しているなら、こちらがオススメです。 エレベーターもあるので、大きな荷物を抱えていても大丈夫です。 チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれるので、出発の日も気兼ねなく過ごせると思います。
